국립중앙박물관 보존과학팀에서는 서화유물도록 발간 사업의 일환으로 초상화 3점을 보존처리 하였다. 그 중 조경영정은 조선 17세기 대표적인 선무공신상(宣武功臣象)으로 1997년 기증된 유물이며, 견본채색 전신상으로 족자표장이 되어 있다. 이 영정은 화견(畵絹)이 배접지와 완전히 들떠 있으며, 안료의 박락 등 열악한 상태를 유지하고 있었다. 이에 보존처리 전 과학적 조사(현미경 조사, XRF, X-ray)를 통해 제작기법 및 재질을 조사하고 해체, 클리닝, 배접지 제거, 결손부 보강, 배접, 마무리 순으로 보존처리 하였다. Conservation science team of the National Museum of Korea has conducted conservation treatment for 3 pieces of portraits as a part of project for publishing illustration book of relics of paintings and writings. Among them, portrait scroll of Jo Gyeong is a representative portrait of Seonmoogongsin rank in 17th century of Joseon, which was donated in 1997 and its whole body painted on silk was scrolled. This portrait was in poor state including the silk of portrait got loose from lining paper completely and exfoliation of the pigments. Accordingly before preservation treatment, production technique and the quality of the material lining were surveyed through scientific study(investigation through microscope, XRF, X-ray) and preservation treatment was conducted in order of disassembly, cleaning, removal of lining paper, infiling of the missing parts, lining, finishing.

급성 크롬산 중독은 드물지만 다양한 경로로 흡수되어 치명적인 독성을 유발할 수 있다. 저자들은 비교적 적은 범위의 크롬산에 의한 피부 화상 후 발생한 급성 신손상을 진단하고 혈액투석을 포함한 치료로 호전된 증례를 경험하여 문헌고찰과 함께 이를 보고하는 바이다. The metal chromium is widely used in industry. Hexavalent chromium is a strong oxidizing agent, and exposure to some hexavalent compounds can cause serious problems, such as skin ulcers, acute gastroenteritis, acute tubular necrosis with renal failure, and hepatic necrosis. We report a case of acute kidney injury following skin exposure to hexavalent chromium, which burned a relatively small percentage of the total body surface area (TBSA). A 49-year-old man developed oliguria and acute kidney injury 3 days after burning about 5% of his TBSA with chromic acid solution, causing second- to third-degree chemical burns. His creatinine level increased to 12.5 mg/dL. The patient underwent hemodialysis with supportive care. His renal function improved and the dialysis was discontinued. The serum and urine chromium concentrations also decreased. (Korean J Med 2017;92:70-73)
Neuropeptides SP and CGRP Underlie the Electrical Properties of Acupoints

<P>Electrical skin measurements at acupuncture points (acupoints) have been utilized as a diagnostic and therapeutic aid for more than 50 years. Although acupoints are described as having distinct electrical properties, such as high conductance and low impedance, the underlying mechanisms are currently unknown. The present study investigated in a rat model of hypertension whether the high conductance at acupoints is a result of the release of the neuropeptides substance P (SP) and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) during neurogenic inflammation in the referred pain area. When plasma extravasation from neurogenic inflammation was examined by exploring the leakage of intravenously injected Evans blue dye (EBD) to the skin, extravasated EBD was found most frequently in acupoints on the wrist. The increased conductance and temperature at these acupoints occurred during the development of hypertension. The increase in conductance and plasma extravasation at acupoints in hypertensive rats was ablated by cutting median and ulnar nerves, blocking small diameter afferent fibers with resiniferatoxin (RTX) injection into median and ulnar nerves, or antagonizing SP or CGRP receptors in acupoints. In turn, intradermal injection of SP or CGRP resulted in increased conductance and plasma extravasation in naïve rats. Elevated levels of SP and CGRP were found in the acupoints of hypertensive rats. These findings suggest that the high conductance at acupoints is due to vascular leakage following local release of SP and CGRP during neurogenic inflammation.</P>
델파이 조사와 계층 분류를 이용한 한국 산림전통지식 체계 연구

본 연구는 우리나라의 기존 산림전통지식을 체계화하여 다른 국가들의 전통지식과 대응할 수 있도록하고, 숲의 효과적인 이용 및 관리를 위한 기초자료로 활용하기 위하여 산림전통지식 유형분류체계를 수립하고자 하였다. 산림전통지식 유형분류체계의 초안은 세계재산권기구(WIPO)의 전통지식자원분류(TKRC)에 기반하여 국제적 분류기준에 대응할 수 있게 분류를 시도한 것으로, 전통지식 관련 분야의 전문가들을 대상으로 총 두 차례의 델파이 설문을 통해 그 체계를 수정·보완하고자 하였다. 결과적으로 산림인문사상, 산림자연생태, 산림생활경관, 산림생산·이용기술, 산림관리·사회정책 5개 지식범주 및 33개 유형, 29개 무형의 중분류 지식항목의 체계를 도출할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 델파이 조사법을 통해 기존에 없던 산림전통지식 유형분류체계를 수립하여 우리나라 산림전통지식을 이해할 수 있는 기반을 제공하고, 지식 자원에 대한 국제적 대응이 가능하도록 했다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. 연구결과로 제시한 산림전통지식 유형분류체계는 향후 지속적인 문헌 조사 및 현장연구를 통해 세부항목을 계속 수정·보완하여 데이터베이스로 구축할 계획이다. This study was conducted to establish the criteria and indicators of Traditional Forest Knowledge (TFK) of Korea to coping with international convention and treaty relating with traditional forest knowledge, and to excavate practical discipline for effective use and management of forests resources at the perspective of sustainable development of society in Korea. The draft of the classification for TFK was developed by Traditional Knowledge Resources Classification (TKRC) of World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). It attempts to respond to international classification standards, and to revise the classification system using Delphi technique. As a result, we could derive a classification system of 5 Subsection, 33 tangible and 29 intangible Classes : Forest Humanities Philosophy/ Forest Nature Ecology/ Forest Life Landscape/ Forest Product ·Technique/ Forest Management · Social Policy. The purpose of this study is to provide a basis for understanding the TFK in Korea and to enable international responses to knowledge resources by establishing a classification system for TFK through the Delphi survey. We will continue to modify and supplement the detailed TFK classification system through a continuous literature surveys and on-site researches.
