0.2ZnAl2O4/0.8Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 ceramics with good dielectric temperature stability were synthesized by controlling sinteringbehavior. The relationship between sintering conditions, microstructure, and dielectric properties of ceramics was studied. Cubic structures were confirmed in all ceramics. Double sintering (DS) behavior can effectively improve the density, and thegrain size has no obvious change compared with non-repeated sintering. The maximum dielectric permittivity (220 at 10 kHz)and minimum leakage current (3.98×10-6 A/cm2 at 0.25 kV/cm) are obtained in the DS ceramics, which is superior to thoseof the single sintering ceramics. This can be ascribed to the higher relative density of the DS ceramics in contrast to the singlesintering ceramics. More importantly, the temperature stability of the DS sample in all samples is optimal due to the highsurface energy at grain boundaries and improved density. This work demonstrates a route to produce ceramics with weaktemperature sensitivity for microwave applications.

Pichia pastoris is a suitable host for selecting mutant enzymes, since it can secret many gene products to the medium. However, poor transformation efficiency is often encountered. This makes it difficult to obtain a large number of transformants necessary to thoroughly cover a large library. We report here that pre-coating DNA with polyethyleneimine and dextran sulfate increased gene integration significantly in Pichia electroporation. This improvement on integrative efficiency has been proved in different voltage, resistance, cell phase, and DNA concentrations. The condensed DNA nanoparticles make Pichia available as a host for screening large libraries of random mutants.

Grain weight (GW) or grain size is the most important target not only as a major component of grain yield, but also associated with the cooking quality in rice breeding program. In a previous study, two loci for grain weight, gw8 and gw9, have been fine map to about 306.4kb and 37.4kb, respectively, in backcross populations derived from a cross between the Korean japonica cultivar Hwaseongbyeo and Oryza rufipigon (IRGC 105491). Both O.rufipogon alleles increased GW in the Hwaseongbyeo background despite the fact that O. rufipogon was the small-seeded parent. To test the effect of pyramiding the QTLs for grain weight, an F2 population consisted of 226 individuals was developed derived from the cross between the two QTLs (gw8 and gw9), and used MAS to select nearly isgenic lines for two QTLs and a pyramiding line. Molecular genotyping of F2 population revealed the existence of interaction between gw8 and gw9. Moreover, the interaction was also confirmed by phenotypic analysis of four QTL-NILs. The results suggest that epistasis interaction is important genetic basis in determining yield traits in rice.
Validity Analysis of Spray Model by Comparing Simulated with Measured Spray Liquid and Vapor Phase

Gasoline direct injection (GDI) Engine is proved to be a key technology to save energy and reduce emissions, which improves the overall engine performance. Spray injection affect the fuel-air mixing directly and computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software is utilized to model the macroscopic shape of the spray and the vapor mass. In this paper, the liquid and vapor phase of the spray of a one-hole injector was studied both experimentally and numerically. The structure and concentration distribution of the vapor phase of the spray, vapor mass and spray penetration were measured using laser induced exciplex fluorescence (LIEF) technique in a constant volume chamber. The simulations were performed by the CONVERGE software. Both the spray penetration and Sauter Mean Diameter (SMD) employed in the simulation were calibrated with the in-chamber measurements. The comparison of vapor concentration between the simulated results and the measured results acquired from the chamber suggest that the evaporation model of the single component fuel has significant influence on the simulated results. In addition, an analysis based on the present evaporation model has been made in this study. The results show that the 2-D plane and local line distributions of vapor concentration in simulation do not best match those from the experiments. It is found to get higher vapor concentration in the simulation model, suggesting that the relationship between vapor concentration and evaporation rate should be considered and further verified.
중국 고등학교 운동선수의 운동스트레스와 정서조절 및 중도탈락의도의 관계

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships of sport related stress, emotional regulation, and drop-out intention among Chinese highschool athletes. Three hundred thirty responses were collected from the highschool athletes in Sand-Dong province, China. After the initial; screening process, responses from 318 participants were used for further analyses including the descriptive, confirmatory factor, and reliability analyses. Then, structural equation modelling was performed. The results showed that, first, instruction and practice related stress factors (sport related stress) positively influenced suppression factor (emotional regulation) while privacy dissatisfaction factor negatively influenced cognitive re-evaluation factor. Next, cognitive re-evaluation factor showed significant influence (positive) on the drop-out intentions of student, parents, and school-board. Finally, instruction and practice related stress positively influenced drop-out intention of school-board. The results from this study emphasize the importance of the management of sport related stress that can eventually influence the drop-out of highschool athletes.

Photocatalytic degradation has received considerable emphasis since it shows signifi cant possibilities in environmentalpollution. In this work, ternary Z-scheme heterojunction g-C 3 N 4 /TiO 2 /Ti 3 C 2 photocatalysts are designed and fabricated. The Z-scheme heterojunctions formed on the surfaces of g-C 3 N 4 and TiO 2 dramatically modify the photocatalyticperformances of the compound under illumination. Meanwhile, in this process, multilayer Ti 3 C 2 , as the transport mediumof Z-scheme heterojunction, is tightly bonded to TiO 2 generated by hydrothermal oxidation and g-C 3 N 4 with large specifi csurface area, which eff ectively facilitates the space charge separation and depresses the charge recombination. When theaddition amount of TiO 2 /Ti 3 C 2 is 80 mg and calcined at 450 ℃ for 4 h, g-C 3 N 4 /TiO 2 /Ti 3 C 2 has the greatest photocatalyticperformance, and the kinetic constant for degradation methyl orange (MO) was about 3.62 times that of g-C 3 N 4 and 14.55times that of Ti 3 C 2 , respectively. This work illustrates that g-C 3 N 4 /TiO 2 /Ti 3 C 2 has outstanding potential and off ers novelinsights for designing and synthesizing new ternary heterojunction materials.
