        Mt. Sulak is located on the border of Yangyang and Rinje Gun, Korea(38˚8′ N, and 128˚28′ E.). Mr. Sulak is the highest mountain of the Taiback Mountains which run Korean Peninsula from north to south and the peak Taichoug is the highest of it (above the sea level 1709m.). The Plants of Mt. Sulak have been first collected by Dr. T. Ishitoya & TaiHyun Chung in October 1923 and the first study of this mountain was Dr. T. Nakai's survey of Spiraea pubescens var. lasiocarph Nakai in 1928^⑼ The flora of this mountain has been partly surveyed by many scholar, but no one has ever surbeyed the entier flora of this mountain and as an first attempt toward it Tai-Hyum Chung & Il-Koo Lee published 109 families, 305 genera and 642 species(contained varieties and formae) in 1959. ^(23) The writers are now presenting as the results of survey of 1962 (July 30-August 5) and synthetieal survey of the theories which have been published till today. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The plants of Mt. Sulak are composed of 127 families, 376 gebera, 758 species, 181 varieties, 14 forma and 812 Kind in all. (2) The distribution of this mountain, comparing by Climate Division* of Dr. T.         董氏鍼의 頸項痛 治療에 관한 臨床的 考察

        Objective : The purpose of this study was to evidence the effect of Dong-Shi Acupuncture by improving degree of forty four patients who have received a Dong-Shi Acupuncture therapy at Dong Eui oriental hospital OPD and chiefly complained for neck pain and related symptoms. Materials and Methods: Forty four patients were diagnosed with physical inspection and readiography, and investigated into the effect of treatment sharing before treatment and after 2 weeks and 4 weeks treatment by Dr. Kim's method. Results and Conclusions: The conclusion of this study was that improving degree of forty four patients who have received a Dong-Shi acupuncture therapy for all items and excellence of the Dong-Shi Acupuncture was evidenced.

      • 자동측정망 데이터를 이용한 국내 항공기소음 실태 조사

        Currently domestic criteria for the aircraft noise is being adapted WECPNL(weighted equivalent continuous perceived noise level), while internationally preferred method is L_(dn) which is originated from L_(eq) and can evaluate even environmental noise. WECPNL used in domestic as a evaluation method is only for the aircraft noise. It is, therefore, not adequate for the evaluation of residents' injury, moreover, it is very difficult to measure the aircraft noise with WECPNL due to the complicated calculating procedures as long as automatic measuring system is not used This study aims to propose alternative evaluation method for the aircraft noise. To achieve this purpose, the data measured by automatic measuring system in 5 places among domestic airports from 1998 to 2002 were gathered and calculated with three evaluation method ; WECPNL, L_(eq) and L_(dn) and the results calculated from different methods were compared and analyzed. At the same time, it was investigated problems generated from the actual operating of the automatic measuring system and that remedy was presented.

      • 복합막을 통한 기체의 투과

        The permeabilities, diffusivities of oxygen, nitrogen, helium and carbon dioxide were measured by the volumetric method in each of silicone, cellulose acetate, and their composite membranes. The permeation characteristics of the cellulose acetate membrane was adjusted by changing the evaporation time of the solvent in polymeric solutions casted on a glass plate. The permeabilities and diffusivities did not change with increasing pressure difference but. except for carbon dioxide, increased exponentially with temperature. The diffusivity was higher for the gases with smaller molecular diameter while th solubility was higher for the gases with higher boiling points. The permeabilities in the composite membrane determined from the experiments showed a good match with the theoretical values calculated from the permeabilities in single membranes, while the diffusivities showed discrepancies within 10% range. The order of component membranes in th composite was not obtained as a simple ratio of permeability to diffusivity. The permeation characteristics of the cellulose acetate-silicone composite membrane was dominated by the denser cellulose acetate side.

      • 공정제어에의 應用을 위한 마이크로 콤퓨터 시스템의 개발

        마이크로 프로세서를 이용한 디지탈 공정제어 수단이 고찰되었다. 관심의 초점은 분산-종합제어에 적합한 단말제어 프로세서에 두었다. 시험 제작된 프로세서는 8개의 제어 루우프를 운전하는 독립된 제어장치이며 동시에 종합제어를 위하여 상위 전산기와 데이타 교환이 가능하도록 설계 되었다. 주기적 샘플링에 의한 비례-적분-미분(PID)제어방식을 기본으로 하고 있으며 파라메터 값에 의하여 PI,PD등으로 축소될 수 있도록 하였다. 시험 장치에서는 주기를 2초로 하였는데 A/D변환기의 적절한 선정에 의하여 0.2초정도 까지는 쉽게 단축할 수 있다. 조작자용의 프로세서에 대한 고찰은 최소한의 기능을 가진 것에 한정하였으며 이는 실제 적용 현장과 관련하여 기능이 확장되어야 할 것이다. 사용된 마이크로 프로세서는 범용의 것으로 단말용에는 M6800계통을, 조작자용에는 SC/MP계통을 사용하였다. A microprocessor based digital process controller has been studied. The objective was to develope a stand-alone terminal processor for distributed on-line control systems. The prototype terminal proposed in this paper has the capability of handling eight independent control loops under the supervisory control of main computer and/or operator console. The control algorithm follows analog PID action based on periodically sampled data. The control action can also be reduced to PI,PD and so forth through parameter assignment. Availability of A/D converters to the authors limited sampling period to 2 seconds, but it could easily be reduced to 0.2 sec. employing appropriate A/D devices. The number of operational functions of console processor is kept minimum in this study, the expansion of which should be done for particular application. Hardware implementation was done with general purpose microprocessors; M6800 system for terminal and SC/MP system for console.

        석고판 경량 간막이 벽체의 구성방법에 따른 차음성능에 관한 연구

        This paper aims to investigate the characteristics of partition walls which are light weighted, dry walls of gypsum boards, These partition walls are prospected to be new ones to cope with M.C.(Modular Coordination), flexibility, non-bearing system, substitution to masonry works. The number of tested partition walls are 16 which are varied with core materials, depth and construction methods. These partitions of sound insulation characteristics of light weighted partitions were tested in reverberation room. And compared with 0.5B and 1B masonry wall of sound insulation performance, the partitions are evaluated by R_w performance. The sound insulation performance of the gypsum board partitions are as good as the performance of masonry wall.

      • 분산 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 이동 에이전트 보안 구조

        이동 에이전트 기반의 분산 컴퓨팅 환경에서 에이전트의 안전한 수행을 보장하기 위해 인증과 접근 제어를 제공하는 보안 서비스가 제공되어야 한다. 이러한 보안 서비스는 에이전트의 이동성을 고려해 여러 보안 도메인(Security Domain)에서도 효율적으로 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 MASIF를 기반으로 CORBA 보안 서비스를 이용하여 이동 에이전트 보안 구조를 제안하였다. 분산 에이전트 환경에서의 키 분배 문제를 해결하기 위하여 공개키 기반 구조를 MASIF에 적용하였으며 제안된 인증과 접근 제어 기법으로 에이전트 플랫폼에서의 보안 구조를 성립하였다 제안한 구조는 MASIF에 기반하기 때문에 다른 에이전트 플랫폼과의 호환성을 가진다. To guarantee safe execution of mobile agents in distributed agent environment, authentication and authorization security service must be provided. These security service should be efficiently applied across multiple security domains In this paper, based on CORBA security service specification[2], we propose the security service architecture for MASIF[1]-based mobile agent system. PKI is implemented to eliminate key distribution problem in distributed agent environment, the security architecture is established by proposed authentication and authorization mechanisms in agent platforms. Since proposed security architecture based on MASIF, it is interoperable with other mobile agent platforms

        손상평가도를 이용한 용접구조물의 균열형 결함에 대한 사용적합성 평가

        Flaws nucleated during operation of structures such as nuclear power plants, petroleum facilities and gas equipment raise many safety problems, and thus the integrity assessment of crack-like flaws in structures has been very important. Since large-scale structures include weldments with complex micro-structures and inhomogeneous material properties, it is essential to consider both metallurgical and mechanical factors. In this study, a methodology for integrity assessment in welded structures was developed based on API 5L X65 grade natural gas pipeline (an approximately 2400 ㎞ pipeline in Korea). A failure assessment diagram(FAD), which includes all failure modes from linear elastic fracture to plastic collapse, was used for integrity and fitness-for-service(FFS) assessment of the pipeline. Since tensile properties and fracture toughness of base metal, weld metal and heat affected zone(HAZ) are required for the FAD, tensile tests and fracture toughness tests were performed on each region. In particular, the evaluation of representative properties of HAZ make it possible to assess FFS accurately by using the HAZ-based FAD when crack-like flaws exist in HAZ. This HAZ-based FAD is different from current codes, which assess integrity by the material properties of weld metal or base metal even when flaws exist in HAZ.

      • 공증 기능을 제공하는 오프-라인 전자 지불 기법

        전자 상거래를 구현하기 위해서는 안전한 지불 구조가 제공되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 감지 불가 전송 기법[1,2]을 사용한 비대화형 엔티티 인증 기법과 Horster 기법[5,6,7]을 기반으로 메시지 복원 기능을 제공하는 공정 은닉 서명 기법을 제시한다. 또한 이를 직접 Brands가 제시한 오프-라인 전자 지불 시스템[3,8,9]에 접목한다. 인증 단계가 비대화형으로 수행되므로 엔티티 인증에 효율적이고, 메시지 복원 기능을 갖고 공개 검증 기능을 제공하는 은닉 서명을 적용하기 때문에 카운터 방식을 사용한 스마트 카드 기반 전자 지불 시스템[8]에 효과적으로 적용할 수 있었다. 전자 화폐에 대해서 신뢰 센터에 의한 공정성 검토 기능을 추가로 제공하므로 전자 지불 시스템의 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다. The requirements for realizing the electronic commerce are to implement the compatible secure payment framework. In this paper, we propose both the non-interactive entity authentication scheme that is combined with oblivious transfer protocol[1,2] and the message recovery fair blind signature based on Horster's scheme[5,6,7]. And these techniques are directly applied to the Brand's off-line electronic payment system[3,8,9]. As it is done by non-interactive manner, we can also get efficiency in entity authentication. Additionally, as the used signature scheme provides a message recovery function with publicly verifiable properties, it is efficiently applicable to the counter based off-line electronic payment scheme[8] using additional devices such as smart card. Therefore, the reliability of proposed electronic payment system can be enhanced by using this supplementary fairness on its electronic cash with a trusted judge.

        공초점 레이저 주사 현미경을 이용한 법랑질 초기 우식 재광화의 정량적 분석

        Dental Caries which has high prevalence rate, accounts for majority of dental diseases. Many treatment and preventive treatment has been developed, thereby reducing the prevalence rate, but in our country, flouridization has not spread widely yet, so prevention has not been done satisfactorily. When dental caries progresses, irreversible damage of tooth structure occurs. In initial dental caries. Demiteralized tooth structure can be remineralized, so restorative treatment is unnecessary. In the study, 20 teeth restored with composite resin without fluoride release were used and divided into two groups. Incipient dental caries were artificially made and remineralization procedure was done for 1 and 2 weeks, for each group. Changes in mineral contents aroud the margins were analysed with confocal laser scanning microscope. The results were as follow. 1.Both total fluorescence of the lesion and average fluorescence of the lesion of remineralized samples decreased compared to demineralized state. (p<0.01) 2.Confocal laser scanning microscopy can be used in quantitative analysis of mineral change. In result, confocal laser scanning microscopy can be used in quantitative analysis of mineral change and it could be used in many different fields of dentistry in the future.
