末梢性 顔面神經麻痺에 대한 韓方 治療 및 韓·洋方 協診 治療의 臨床的 考察

Objective : The purpose of this study is comparison of clinical treatment outcome between oriental medicine group and oriental-western medicine group about Bell's palsy Methods : We measured the facial palsy changes of the patients who were admitted for Bell's palsy in the Oriental Medical hospital of Dong-eui medical center from 07-01-2003 to 07-12-2004. Bell's palsy patients were divided into two groups. One group(A group) was treated by Oriental medicine treatment. The other group(B group) was treated by Oriental-Western medicine treatment. The effects of these treatment was evaluated by Yanagihara's unweighted grading system. Results : B group was marked more higher than A group in treatment outcome. We discovered that it is significant differences between two groups after 1 week and after 2 week in treatment stage. Conclusion : These results provided that B group was more effective than A group in treatment of Bell's palsy. For clearly comparing the effect of Oriental medicine treatment and Oriental-Western medicine treatment on Bell's palsy, more numbers of sample and longer duration of treatment are needed.

반도체 후공정 제조 시스템의 생산일정계획은 순서 의존적 셋업과 재유입 공정과 같은 제약 조건이 있어 매우 복잡하다고 알려져 있다. 동시에 생산 요구량, 사용 가능한 설비 및 초기 셋업 상태의 변동성에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해 생산일정계획 문제를 자주 풀어야 한다. 대형 반도체 제조 시스템의 경우 위와 같은 빈번한 변동성에 대응하면서 제한 시간 내에 고품질의 일정계획을 획득하기 어렵다는 점이 문제의 난이도를 더욱 증가시킨다. 이를 해결하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 심층강화학습 기반의 반도체 생산일정계획 기법을 제안한다. 구체적으로 deep deterministic policy gradient 기반 심층강화학습 기법과 Wolpertinger 정책을 활용하여 작업-설비 쌍의 연속적인 특징을 근사해 행동 공간을 효율적으로 줄이는 방식을 고안하였다. 제안된 방법의 우수성을 검증하기 위해, 현실 규모에 근접하는 반도체 패키징 라인 생산일정계획 문제에 대한 실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과 제안된 기법들이 규칙 기반, 메타휴리스틱 및 다른 강화학습 기법을 능가하는 동시에 고려된 메타휴리스틱보다 짧은 계산 시간을 요구한다는 것을 보여준다.

정보화 그리고 세계화 시대의 흐름과 함께 국가의 위상 및 기술 경쟁 력이 발전함에 따라 산업기술에 대한 유출피해도 꾸준히 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 산업기밀 유출의 주요인으로 인적자원을 꼽을 수 있다. 조직 은 산업보안과 관련하여 인적자원 관리를 위해 보안정책을 수립하고 있 지만, 수립 후 정책의 관리에 대해서는 미온적인 대응을 하고 있다. 이 에 본 논문에서는 조직에 보안문화를 형성하여 인적자원의 인식과 행동 을 통제하기 위한보안정책의 수립부터 배포, 운영, 모니터링을 통한 정 책관리 측면에서의 핵심성공요인을 알아보고자 한다. In the era of information technology and the globalization, the leakage of the industrial technology has been increasing as the national status and the technology competitiveness continue to develop. And the human resources is the main factor of leaking the industrial secret. The organization establishes the security policy to manage the human resources in terms of industrial security. However, the organization shows lukewarm or passive attitudes about the policy management. The aim of the policy is to form the security culture and to control the perception and behavior of the human resources. Therefore, this paper will explain the key factor of successful policy management through the establishment, distribution, management, and monitoring of the security policy.
동자침(洞刺鍼)과 풍지혈(風池穴) 자락(刺絡)의 혈압강하(血壓降下) 효과(效果)

Objective : The aim of this research was to investigate the depressive effect of acupuncture on Dong and depletion on Fungchi-point(G20) in stroke patients. Methods : We measured the blood pressure of the patients who were admitted in the Oriental Medical hospital of Dongeui medical center from 21. Dec. 2001. to 2. Oct. 2002. 41 stroke patients were devided into two groups. 15 patients were treated by acupuncture on Dong. The other 26 patients were treated by depletion on Fungchi-point(G20). The activity of daily living was measured. If systolic blood pressure was over 160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure was over 90mmHg, acupuncture on Dong and depletion on Fungchi-point(G20) were performed. Then 30 minutes and 60 minutes later, systolic. diastolic blood pressure and pulse rates were measured. Results : After 30 minute of treatment, both acupuncture on Dong and depletion on Fungchi-point(G20) significantly depressed systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure. After 60 minute of treatment, both acupuncture on Dong and depletion on Fungchi-point(G20) were significant in depressing systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure. Pulse rates significantly changed in depletion on Fungchi-point(G20) but did not significantly change in acupuncture on Dong. Conclusions: These results suggest that both acupuncture on Dong and depletion on Fungchi-point(G20) are effective in depressing systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure.

재활용된 암버력-토사의 회복탄성계수 예측모델이 개발되었다. 반복삼축시험을 통한 회복탄성계수의 전통적 평가방법은 큰 입경을가진 자갈에는 실현 불가능하다. 미세한 차이가 있는 비선형 전단탄성계수를 이용하여 회복탄성계수를 산출하는 대체기법을 제안하였다. 현장에서 측정한 최대전단탄성계수와 대형공진주 시험으로 구한 감소곡선을 이용하여 회복탄성계수 예측모델을 개발하였다. 이 예측모델을 김천의 고속도로공사현장에서 재활용한 암버력-토사에 적용하여 모델인자 AE, nE, εr a 를 각각 9618, 0.47, 0.0135,0.8로 제안하였다. A prediction model of resilient modulus(ER) was developed for recycled crushed-rock-soil mixtures. The evaluation of ER, using the "orthodox"repeated loading tri-axial test, is not feasible for such a large-size gravelly material. An alternative method was proposed hereby using the subtle different modulus called nonlinear dynamic modulus. The prediction model was developed by utilizing in-situ measured shear modulus(Gmax) and its reduction curves of modeled materials using the large free-free resonant column test. A pilot evaluation of the model parameters was carried out for recycled crushed-rock-soil-mixture at a highway construction site near Gimcheon, Korea. The values of the model parameters(AE, nE, εr and a) were proposed as 9618, 0.47, 0.0135, and 0.8, respectively.
신세뇨관(腎細尿管) 상피세포(上皮細胞)에서 산화(酸化)로 유발(誘發)된 apoptosis에 대한 호도약침액(胡桃藥鍼液)의 방어효과(防禦效果)

Objective: This study was undertaken to evaluate the role of lipid peroxidation in oxidant-induced apoptosis and effect of JS on the apoptosis in opossum kidney (OK) cells, an established renal proximal tubular cells. Methods : Exposure of cells to 0.1mM tBHP for 2hr did not induce apoptosis, but subsequent incubation in normal culture medium for 18hr after tBHP treatment induced apoptotic cell death which is dependent of tBHP concentration. Results : JS decreased tBHP-induced apoptotic cell death in a dose-dependent fashion and at concentrations higher than 0.01 mg/ml completely prevented the apoptosis. tBHP-induced apoptosis was prevented by the lipid soluble antioxidant N,N'-diphenyl-p-phenylenediamine (DPPD) and water-soluble antioxidant Trolox. tBHP increased lipid peroxidation, which was inhibited by JS and DPPD. tBHP-induced DNA damage was prevented by JS and DPPD. Conclusion : These results indicate that tBHP induces apoptosis through a lipid peroxidation-dependent mechanism and JS exerts the protective effect against the apoptosis by preventing peroxidation of membrane lipids.
