        대학 축구선수의 무산소성 예비량과 무산소성 운동능력의 상관성

        N/A This study employed 11 university soccer players for assessing anaerobic capacities related to ATP-PC and/or lactate system. It was investigated correlation among anaerobic capacities from Critical Power test, from Wingate test, and from Isokinetic test. Also, the study investigated regression formula which could expect anaerobic reserve(AR) from variables measured in Wingate and Isokinetic test. There were significant but intermediate correlation between AR and WIN5, (r= .62, P< .05) and WIN30(r= .64, P< .05). There was no statistically significant but intermediate correlation between AR and WIN10 (r= .52, P> .05). The study used stepwise method for multiple regression by Wingate variables to produce AR. The result showed that WIN30 had significant effect and indicated regression formula (Y= 1.3323(WIN30)-14737.758) to explain 41.2% variation of AR. Stepwise method was done for multiple regression on Isokinetic variables to produce AR`s inferred possibility by extensors TW of 60˚ /sec as regression (Y= 10.6737 (TW)+2083.9403) explained 42.9% variation of AR. In the correlation between measured variables of Wingate and Isokinetic extensors there was no significance of intermediate correlation in 60˚ /sec PT and WIN5(r= .53, P> .05) and in TW and WIN5(r= .56 P< .05) statistically. Also, There was significance of intermediate correlation in PT and WIN10 (r= .65, P< .05), no significance in TW and WIN10 (r= .57, P> .05), in PT and WIN30(r= .58), and no significance in TW and WIN30(r= .46, P> .05). In the correlation between measured variables of Wingate and Isokinetic extensors, there was significance of intermediate correlation in 180˚ /sec PT and WIN10 (r= .69, P< .05) and significant correlation in Isokintic 180˚ /sec PT and WIN30(r= .65, P< .05). The data suggested that anaerobic reserve assess true anaerobic ability not including the energy component of anaerobic glycolyses. Also, the study provides preliminary data on the anaerobic abilities in university soccer players as assessed by the Critical Power test, Wingate test, and Isokinetic test.

        Improvement and Application for Environmental Conservation Value Assessment Map (ECVAM) of Nationwide Land in Korea

        This study is aiming at improving the Environmental Conservation Value Assessment Map (ECVAM) of National Land in Korea. The ECVAM items are composed of legal and environmental/ecological assessments. A popular method applied to ECVAM is an overlay environmental/ecological assessment items. The purpose of this study is to offer complementary items of the ECVAM by examining assessment items. In this study we assessed the ECVAM by five methods. Method 1 is Grade 1 areas of each administrative district; Method 2 is comparing overlapped areas of each assessment items Grade 1, 2 and permission of each assessment items duplication; Method 3 is Grade 1, 2 areas by only singular assessment items; Method 4 is Grade 1 areas only of Method 2; and Method 5 is Grade 2 areas only of Method 2. Method 1 showed Seoul and other metropolitan cities revealed a large proportion of Grade I regions by the legal assessment items. Gang won-Do, showed a large proportion of Grade I regions by the environmental/ecological assessment item. Method 2 showed 93.4 % of diameter Grade II (standard for stability); forest diameter item accounted for 99.9 % by Method 3, Method 4 showed 95.7 % of forest diameter, and forest density accounted for 66.4 % by Method 5. This study contributes to reduce the complexity in the process of manufacturing ECVAM of National Land, and to raise the flexibility in the process of managing and updating this map.

        고교 단거리 육상 선수의 무산소성 예비량과 무산소성 운동능력의 상관관계

        The purpose of the study was to investigate relationship between anaerobic reserve (AR) from critical power test and anaerobic capabilities from Wingate and isokinetic test. Three different tests were administered to 12 high school sprinters on a Monark cycle ergometer and Kin-com isokinetic equipment. Means, standard deviations, Pearsons product-moment correlations, and simple linear regressions were obtained by using SPSS-Window program. To examine the important factors contributing to AR, stepwise regression analysis were performed using anaerobic capabilities from Wingnte and isokinetic tests as independant variables. Based on the findings of the study, the following conclusion has been derived: 1. There were significant moderate correlations of anaerobic reserve with WIN10, WIN20, and WIN30 respectively. 2. There were not significant correlations of anaerobic reserve with any isokinetic extensor and flexor variables. 3. The stepwise regression analyses revealed that only WIN30 contributed to predicting anaerobic reserve (72.9%) significantly. In conclusion, the results of the study demonstrated that the critical power test is a reliable and valid method for the measurement of anaerobic ability in the high school sprinters. The data suggested that anaerobic reserve assess true anaerobic ability not including the energy component of anaerobic glycolysis. Also, the study provides preliminary data on the anaerobic abilities in the sport of sprint as assessed by the critical power test, Wingate test, and isokinetic test.

        스마트 미디어 환경의 시각 인터페이스 디자인에 관한 연구

        최근 웹뿐만 아니라 모바일 전반을 아우르며 디지털 디바이스의 사용자 환경(UI :User Interface) 디자인 패러다임이 새롭게 변화하고 있다. 이러한 변화 가운데 디바이스가 다양해지고 콘텐츠들이 많아지면서 사용자들은 타 기기에서도 웹 서비스를 일관성 있게 제공받기를 원하게 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 스마트 미디어 환경에 대해 이해하고, 웹사이트 UI디자인 동향을 수집하여 특징을 알아보고, 그에 따라 분류된 레이아웃, 스크롤, 해상도, 그래픽요소, 기술 요소를 기준으로 브랜드, 프로모션, 쇼핑몰, 3가지 유형의 사례 분석을 진행하였다. 그 결과 레이아웃은 콘텐츠가 단순하고 비주얼이 강화된 일반 그리드, 브로슈어 레이아웃과 스마트기기에 적합한 블록 레이아웃의 형태가 나타났다. 스크롤은 전반적으로 태블릿, 폰에 좀 더 적합한 싱글 페이지 구조의 세로 스크롤 사이트가 늘어나고 있음을 알수 있었다. 해상도 반응의 경우 다양한 해상도에 대응하는 반응형 웹사이트가 늘어나고 있고, 그래픽 요소의 경우 직관적이고 신뢰할 수 있는 사진 이미지의 사용이 많았다. 기술적 요소는 스마트 기기에 적합한 html5, jQuery의 적용이 많았고, 세로 스크롤 방식을 통해 마우스 휠이 아닌 넘김 방식으로 스토리에 맞는 모션이 혼합되어 차별화된 경험을 제공했다. 이러한 결과로 도출된 동향을 통해 추후 웹사이트 제작 시기초자료로 활용할 수 있으리라 기대한다. Recently, with the web as well as mobile digital devices, the user experience (UI: User Interface) is a new design paradigm is changing. Among these changes, the device As more users are diverse and content to other devices, in addition to the PC consistently provide Web services were to be won. In this research, a smart media environment for the understanding and design trends by collecting website UI features to learn, and accordingly classified layout, scroll, resolution, design elements, technical elements, based on brand, promotion, shopping malls, three type of case analysis was conducted. As a result, the content, the layout is simple and regular grid with enhanced visuals, brochure layout and is suitable for smart devices in the form of a block layout appeared. Scroll structure as a whole tablet, phones, a more suitable structure of a single-page vertical scroll was found that increasing the site. Resolution corresponding to different resolutions reaction responsive Web sites is growing, graphic elements, the intuitive and reliable use of photographic images respectively. Technology components suitable for the smart devices html5, jQuery application of the common vertical scrolling mouse wheel over the story in a way that meets a non-feed is a mixture of motion were differentiated experience. As a result, the derived trends as a basis for making future web site can use to expect that.

        부모역할 인식과 양육효능감이 어머니의 행복감에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 어머니의 부모역할 인식, 양육효능감, 행복감에 대한 일반적인 경향을 살펴보고, 부모역할 인식, 양육효능감, 행복감의 관계를 파악하여 부모역할 인식과 양육효능감이 어머니의 행복감에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 경남지역 어머니를 대상으로 2019년 11월 7일부터 12월 13일까지 자료를 수집하였고, 회수된 설문지 273부를 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어머니의 부모역할 인식과 양육효능감, 행복감은 전반적으로 약간 높은 수준인 것으로 나타났으며, 어머니의 일반적 특성에 따라 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 부모역할 인식, 양육효능감, 행복감은 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 행복감에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변인은 양육효능감의 하위요인 중 유능감이었으며, 다음으로 부모역할 인식의 하위요인 중 부모역할에 대한 투자, 월수입 500만원 이상 순으로 나타났다. 따라서 어머니의 행복감을 증진시키기 위해서는 높은 양육효능감과 올바른 부모역할 인식을 갖는 것이 중요하다. 이를 위해 양육효능감을 높이기 위한 부모교육 프로그램 개발과 부모교육을 실시할 필요가 있으며, 어머니의 행복감 향상을 위해 부모 역할에 대한 투자를 늘릴 수 있는 지원정책이 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to investigate trends in parental role perception, parenting efficacy, and happiness based on the general characteristics of mothers and to identify correlations among the three factors, and to analyze the effect of parental role perception and parenting efficacy on mothers happiness. Data were collected from Nov. 7 to Dec. 13. 2019, using questionnaires for mothers in Gyeongnam area. 273 collected questionnaires were analyzed through SPSS 25.0 program. The results of this study are as follows. First, mothers parental role perception, parenting efficacy, and happiness of mothers were generally high level, and there was a significant difference according to the general characteristics of mothers. Second, there were high positive correlations between parental role perception, parenting efficacy, and mothers happiness. Third, happiness is influenced mostly by competence of sub-factor in parenting efficiency, followed by investment in parental roles of sub-factor in parental role perception, monthly income of over 5 million won. Therefore, in order to improve mother s happiness, it is important to have high parenting efficacy and correct parental role perception. To this end, it is necessary to develop a parent education program and conduct parent education to increase parenting effectiveness, in order to improve mother s happiness, it is necessary to have an economic support policy to expand investment in parental roles.

        Carnosine Promotes Exhaustive Swimming Capacity in Mice

        To investigate the effect of carnosine on exhaustive exercise, swimming tests were conducted weekly with loads corresponding to 5% of body weight attached to the tails of mice, and the swimming time to exhaustion was measured. Eighty male ICR mice were divided into four groups, to which carnosine was administered at doses of 0 (control), 10, 50, and 250 mg/kg/day, respectively, for a period of four weeks. At the end of swimming exercise challenges, serum biochemistry, oxidative stress enzyme activity, and antioxidant enzyme activity in tissues were determined. Treatment with 250 mg/kg carnosine resulted in a significant increase in swimming times to exhaustion, compared to the control group in the first (P<0.01) and third week (P<0.05). Significantly lower serum lactate levels were observed after the swimming exercise in the carnosine-treated groups (10 and 250 mg/kg), compared with the control (P<0.01). Malondialdehyde levels in the liver (10 and 50 mg/kg carnosine treated groups) and skeletal muscle (250 mg/kg carnosine treated group) were significantly lower, compared with the control (P<0.05). Significantly lower protein carbonyl levels in skeletal muscle were observed in the 50 and 250 mg/kg carnosine treated groups, compared with the control (P<0.01). Superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities in skeletal muscle did not differ significantly among the groups. These results indicate that carnosine may improve swimming exercise capacity by attenuating production of lactate and reducing oxidative stress in mice.

      • Appropriate Resistance Intensity for Activation of Infraspinatus and Control of Anterior Translation of the Humeral Head

        Background In general, external rotation (ER) exercises are commonly used in rotator cuff retraining programs to improve stabilization ability. ER exercises at 90° of shoulder abduction are common and effective in strengthening the infraspinatus (ISP). However, if the ISP is weak during ER at 90° shoulder abduction, the posterior deltoid muscle (PD) is overactivated, which can lead to anterior translation of the humeral head. Therefore, the selective activation of ISP muscles is an important factor in rehabilitation. Objectives We investigated the muscle activities of the ISP, PD, and middle trapezius (MT), the ratio of the ISP to PD muscle activities, and the anterior translation of the humeral head in response to three resistance intensities during sitting external rotation (SITER) exercises. Methods A total of 12 healthy women recorded changes in the anterior translation of the humeral head using a load cell, the muscle activities of the ISP, PD, and MT, the ratio of the ISP to PD muscle activities using surface electromyography (EMG) during SITER under three different intensities [low (10-20%) medium (45-55%) high (60-70%)]. Results The ISP, PD, and MT amplitudes were highest at high intensity, followed by medium and low intensities during SITER (p < 0.001). The muscle activity ratio was significantly highest at medium intensity compared with low and high intensities (p = 0.031). The anterior translation of the humeral head was highest at high intensity, followed by medium and low intensities during SITER (p < 0.001). Conclusions Medium intensity (45-55%) was the most appropriate intensity during the SITER exercise. However, anterior gliding of the humeral head was the lowest at low intensity. Therefore, during ER exercises, we should think about how to control the anterior gliding of the humeral head.

      • Prurigo nodularis with HIV-infected patient

        Prurigo nodularis (PN) is a chronic dermatosis of unknown etiology characterized by discrete, intensely pruritic, symmetric, papulonodular lesions primarily on the extensor surfaces of the extremities. It is commonly seen in persons infected with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and with low CD4 counts. The pathophysiology of prurigo nodularis in the HIV infected population is particularly interesting and has not been investigated thoroughly. Prurigo nodularis is usually associated with HIV because it is easy to diagnose prurigo nodularis in HIV patients. However, it is difficult to diagnose HIV infection in a patient prurigo nodularis. We herein, report a case in confirming the HIV infection diagnosed with prurigo nodularis.
