The old equipments of heat sources can be a factor of increase in the cost of fuel and electric power, and a loss of energy. Exceeding time limit allowing building equipments to be sustainable has lead to the decline of building's performance. Their reasons considerably require of amelioration at building's performance. Therefore, in this study, a process of maintaining and repairing old equipments in office building, we surveyed the plans of diagnosis on the main equipments and the measures against malfunction, and suggested some solutions when considered, repairing the equipments of heat sources. and compare initial investment and annual operational costs according to classification of heat sources, we will provide evaluation data for selecting the most efficient and economic system.

The fire at Joong-Ang Ro station of Daegu happened It might be ended as fire happening but proceeded to the disaster giving numerous damage because of the incomplete system of disaster prevention we had taken the lack of understanding and specialization about When Joong-Ang Ro station was restored, situation involved about volunteer system is that some of volunteer teams went back in a few days and activity of volunteers wasn't continued until the restoration was completed Because the volunteer system is thought as a field of social well-being and it was rarely focused on disaster, that situation appeared This paper shows the situation of support and management of volunteers during restoring Joong-Ang Ro station of Deagu There are comparison and analysis of support and management for volunteer among the cases of domestic disaster and foreign one in this paper to suggest the efficient support and management system for volunteer in disaster

Underground spaces are actively being developed. Especially, the trend of this development is horizontally to connect other buildings by underground floors, that is, to make underground passages among buildings, it seems to be a great network space. Many inexperienced pedestrian are not aware of these passages and are anticipated to be exposed to a great of danger when there is a fire. It happened that the fire at Joong-Ang Ro station of Daegu. It might be ended as fire happening. However, it proceeded to the disaster giving a number of damage because of the incomplete system of disaster prevention. Now we will need the new fire fighting activity's system at the conflagration of underground space. This study is to research the fire fighting activity and to analyze the fire fighting system at the Daegu subway fire. And This data will use in base of fire fighting activity at the conflagration of underground space.

In Korea, the Seoul subway line 1 was opened In 1974 and the subway service is being operated In Seoul, Pusan, Daegu, and Inchon The subway station is related to a underground shopping mall that was developed as complex spaces According to the time of people's stay at the underground space, the necessity about the safety countermeasure of the underground space has been enlarged Consequently, the efforts to minimize the damage of human life and property from similar underground fire occurrence or disaster is important In this research, we analyzed the survivors behavior's pattern and the way of evacuation from the Daegu subway fire disaster on Feb 18 2003, In which 192 people were killed and 148 injured We investigated about survivors of the Daegu subway fire and analyzed the factors of human behavior and evacuation in the underground space fire As a result of research, greater part of the interruption to escape is the loss of the direction to escape We need to install with suitable guidance devices according to the fact we have The device should be equipped with not only visual indication but also with tangible and audible
하수처리장 처리수의 工業用水 재이용시 經濟性 評價에 관한 硏究

To provide against shortage of water resources, the importance of treated sewage is recognized and its using is increased, and yet the rate of reusing it is 2.9% in 2000. Rate of treated sewage is high and the quality of water in the sewage is being improved by advanced water treatment in Daegu, but the rate of reusing wastewater treatment in Daegu is low, and that in S-sewage disposal plant which has the highest rate of reusing it in Daegu is about 11%. As compared with the amount of water supplied(in 2001) of a local autonomous entity, the rate of using domestic water as industrial water in Daegu reaches the highest level at 441ℓ. In this study, after the actual state of operation of S-sewage disposal plant is analyzed, economic evaluation is estimated when wastewater of S-sewage disposal plant is reused as industrial water in the Third industrial complex. This research is anticipated to be fundamental data for diversifying reuse.
주택의 신축과 해체시 건설폐기물의 발생종류와 처리방법 비교ㆍ분석에 관한 연구

The housing construction has been quickly changed by construction of apartments since 1960. An obsoleted apartment house has been increased by political measures with quantitative enlargement of housing supply. The redevelopment and reconstruction of housing have been activated as an alternative plan. The redevelopment and reconstruction for existing buildings increases in construction wastes, which is influencing on both management and disposal of construction wastes, besides the quantitative augmentation of construction wastes have an effect on both society and environment. Therefore the management and disposal system of construction wastes is demanded from a side of the both society and environment. The purpose of this study offers basic data to compare and analyze both the kinds of construction wastes and the ways of disposal of these wastes generated when founding and dismantling residential buildings.
