Quantum information processing using superconducting qubit based on Josephson junction has become one of the mostpromising candidates for possible realization of a quantum computer. In the heart of the qubit circuits, the superconductingmicrowave resonator plays a key role in quantum operations and measurements, which enables single-photon level microwavequantum optics. During last decade, the coherence time, or the lifetime of the quantum state, of the superconducting qubit has beendramatically improved. Among several technological innovations, the improvement of superconducting microwave resonator’squality has been the main driving force in getting the qubit performance almost ready for elementary quantum computingarchitecture. In this paper, I will briefly review very recent progresses of the superconducting microwave resonators especiallyaimed for quantum device applications during the last decade. The progresses have been driven by ingenious circuit design,material improvement, and new measurement techniques. Even a rather radical idea of three-dimensional large resonators havebeen successfully implemented in a qubit circuit. All those efforts contributed to our understanding of the qubit decoherencemechanism and as a result to the improvement of qubit performance.
Capillaria hepatica 感染白鼠에 있어서 蟲卵抗原을 이용한 免疫診斷에 관한 比較硏究

Comparative studies were performed for Capillaric hepatica antibodies with following immunodiagnostic assays : circumoval precipitation reaction(COP) with lyophilized eggs as antigen, indirect fluorescent antibody test (IFAT) with sectioned egg antigen, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) with soluble egg antigen and counterimmunoelectrophoresis (CIEP) with soluble egg antigen. In the first part of this study it was found that every type of egg antigens used were effective and showed almost equal sensitivities with proper immunodiagnostic methods. Additionally, antibodies to C. hepatica were detectable only during short period after experimental infection of embryonated eggs. Sera from 40 white rats infected with 2,000 eggs orally were collected randomly between three and nine weeks after infection and the infection with C. hepatica was identified by necropsy. COP, ELISA & CIEP had diagnostic sensitivities of 85.0% and IFAT, 82.5 %. Sera from 5 white rats infected with 2,000 eggs were collected periodically to observe the changing patterns of antibody titers by IFAT and ELISA, which showed that high titers were detected at weeks 3 and 5, then gradually declined through weeks 9 until to negatively converted at weeks 13. The immunodiagnostic method of choice was recommended as ELISA since the antibodies were detectable with lowest protein contents(1.25 ㎍/ml) of antigen and highest dilution of sera (1 : 3,000), even though the equal sensitivity with other methods by different antigen and antibody conditions.

1920年代の世界のパラダイムは理想主義であった.日本と植民地朝鮮も例外ではない.代表的な現象が理想主義的文化運動の胎動である.日本では、武者小路實篤によって 「新しき村」が表われ、朝鮮では李光洙によって 「修養同友會」という民族運動團體が表われた.武者小路實篤と李光洙は、同時代を生きた人物ではあるが、人間的交流をもっているわけではない.それにもかかわらず、類似な文化運動を起こしたということは、何らかの共通した裝置が動いていたということになる.この裝置がトルストイと夏目漱石である.武者小路實篤と李光洙はトルストイの非暴力思想と、夏目漱石の自己本位的思想を受け入れて、自我完成を成し遂げようとした.將來的には民族あるいは人類の發展に繫がると考えていたのである.問題は自我完成の方式がエリ-ト中心的であったということである.武者小路實篤と李光洙は、自らが優れたエリ-トであった.そのため、彼らの言說は優れた理想ではあったが、現實には寄り付けなかった.彼らは自我完成の資格を文化的エリ-トに限定して、一般民衆を排除した.自らがもっているエリ-トの特權意識が動いて現實と理想の衝突を調整できなかったのである.

The old equipments can be a factor of increase in the cost of fuel and electric power, and a loss of energy. So, We have to improve technical problems to save energy and build an efficient system. Therefore, in this study, a process of maintaining and repairing old equipments in big office buildings, we surveyed the plans of diagnosis on the main equipments and the measures against malfunction, and suggested some solutions when considered, altering the equipments of heat sources. In addition to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of those systems, and compare initial investment and annual operational costs according to classification of heat sources, we will provide evaluation data for selecting the most efficient and economic system.
부분 설절제술을 받은 환자에서의 연마면 인상 및 Direct Metal Laser Sintering 을 이용한 총의치 제작 증례

For the success of complete denture, three essential requirements such as retention, stability and support are needed. Moreover, due to the absorption of residual ridge and scarring due to the surgery, when making a complete denture, which is difficult to form the mandibular lingual margins, various considerations such as the arrangement of the Non-anatomical dl non-anatomical teeth, the polished surface impression, the internally weighted metal framework and the use of the denture adhesive cream are necessary. In this case report, the patient has a severely resorbed edentulous ridge from severe periodontitis and has some soft tissue problems after the glossectomy due to tongue cancer. To obtain additional retention and stability, some trials such as polished surface impression taking, internally weighted metal insertion and minimal pressure impression were done for the better result. Moreover To make a metal framework that precisely shapes the desired three-dimensional shape and reduces the complicated process, minimal pressure impression method and direct metal laser sintering technique were used. 성공적인 총의치를 위해서는 유지, 안정, 지지 세가지 요소가 필수적으로 요구된다. 또한 심한 치조제의 흡수나 수술에 의한 반흔으로 인해 하악 설측변연 형성이 어려운 총의치 제작시에는 무교두 치아배열, 연마면 인상, 무게 보강 내부금속 삽입, 의치 접착 크림의 사용 등의 다양한 고려사항이 필요하다. 본 환자의 경우 심한 치주염으로 심하게 골흡수가 된 무치악 치조제를 가졌고, 또한 설암으로 인한 설절제술로 인해 연조직의 문제를 가진 환자이다. 부가적인 유지와 안정을 얻기 위해 연마면 인상과 내부 보강 금속구조물의 삽입 그리고 최소 가압 인상 등의 방법을 적용하여 보다 나은 임상적 결과를 나타내었다. 또한 원하는 3차원적 형태를 정확하게 부여하고 제작시 복잡한 기공과정을 줄인 금속 구조물을 제작하기 위해 최소 가압 인상 채득과 Direct metal laser sintering이 사용되었다.
