行列多項式 Liapunov 函數 構成에 依한 誘導電動機의 安定度 解析

非線形 시스템을 나타내는 狀態空間의 動特性 모델로부터, 定常狀態 값들이 알려지면, 行列多項式에 依해, Scalar Type의 Liapunov 函數를 構成하고 이를 誘導電動機의 安定解析에 適用시킨다. 線形 시스템에 對한 Liapunov 函數의 構成法은 잘 알려져 있으나, 非線形 시스템의 Liapunov 函數 構成法은 아직 體系化되어 있지 못하다. 따라서, 本 論文에서는, 從來의 定常狀態 附近에서의 Taylor 展開에 依한 線形化 技法에 依存하지 않고, 非線形性을 나타내는 項을 分離하여, 行列變換시킴으로서, 線形시스템의 Liapunov 函數 構成法을 살리고, 非線形性이 强한 誘導電動機의 狀態空間모델에 適用시켰다. 그 結果, 求해진 安定領域은, 線形化에 依한 것보다는 훨씬 넓은 5次元의 超空間으로 表現되는 誘導電動機의 漸近安定領域이 되었다. In this paper, when the steady state values for multidimensional and nonlinear Dynamic Models of State Space Representations are given, Liapunov functions of scalar types using matrix quadratic polynomials are constructed by Special Matrix Transformation Techniques and are applied to Stability Analysis of Induction Motors. Futhermore, Liapunov function construction precedures for linear systems can be specified in detail. But, unfortunately, for nonlinear systems, there are no the complete construction techniques. In this paper, differently from conventional methods using Linearization obtained from Taylor series expansions about steady state operating points. Linear terms and nonlinear ones are individually seperated, and by special matrix transformation techniques, similiar construction procedurs such as in the cases of linear systems, are introduced, and are applied to Stability Analysis of Induction Motor. The hyperspaces of multidimensional stability region, obtained from these techniques, were larger than the obtained ones from conventional linearlization techniques about equilibrium points and were assured to be Asymptotic Stability Region ensuring the stable operation of Induction Motor.
신경병증성 통증 모델쥐 뒤뿌리신경절의 Nitric Oxide Synthase 아형 및 NADPH-diaphorase 발현에 관한 연구

Injury to peripheral nerve somtimes lead to neuropathic pain. Nitric oxide(NO) is increased in the dorsal root ganglia (DRG) of neuropathic pain models, and L-NAME, a nitric oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitor, reduces neuropathic pain. However, it is not known that underlying mechanism of NO involvement in development and maintanence of neuropathic pain. It was found that there were three NOS isoforms-nNOS, eNOS, and iNOS. It is also necessary to investigate NOS isoforms in neuropathic pain. The aim of this study is to investigate NOS isoforms and NADPH-diaphorase expressions and underlying mechanism of NO involvement in neuropathic pain. The 5^th lambar (L5) DRG were obtaind after tight ligation of L5 an L6 spinal nerves for 7 days. Toluidine blue stain, immunohistochemistry for nNOS, eNOS, and iNOS, and NADPH-diaphorase histochemistry were performed. All specimens were observed under light microscope. nNOS expression was increased significantly in the cytoplasm of the DRG of ligated side at 7 day post-ligation (7D PL). eNOS expression was also increased in the blood vessel, a few neurons or satellite cells, and cell membrane of Schwann cells in the DRG of ligated side at 7D PL. iNOS expression was increased in a few blood vessels and cytoplasm of small neurons in the DRG of ligated side at 7D PL. NADPH-diaphorase expression was increased significantly in the neurons of the DRG of ligate side at 7D PL, but NADPH-diaphorase expressions were weak or absent in the blood vessel and Schwann cell in the contralateral DRG and the DRG of ligated side at 7D PL. It is suggested that NOS isoforms may be closely related to development and mantanence of neuropathic pain in order of nNOS>eNOS>iNOS.

<P>Antiretroviral treatment can reduce the death rate of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, and its effectiveness is maximized at the early stage of HIV infection. The present study demonstrates an early stage high-content HIV diagnosis based on multicolor concurrent monitoring of CD4, CD8, and CD3 coreceptors and F-actin cytoskeleton using quantum dot (Qdot)–antibody conjugates at the single cell level. Artificial HIV infection of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) was achieved by the treatment of PBMCs with gp120 glycoproteins. Using the present system, it was determined that the CD4/CD8 ratios of normal PBMCs obtained from the blood samples of 11 adults were in the range of 1.04 to 1.52 as a result of the quantitative counting of single PBMCs while the CD4/CD8 ratios of artificial HIV-infected PBMCs were from 0.045 to 0.63. In addition, the structural changes of actin filament alignments in PBMCs bound to gp120 proteins were clearly observed by the multicolor single cell imaging system. This approach suggests a new model of accurate early stage HIV diagnosis simultaneously providing information on actin cytoskeleton and subtypes of PBMCs as well as their CD4/CD8 ratios.</P><P><B>Graphic Abstract</B> <IMG SRC='http://pubs.acs.org/appl/literatum/publisher/achs/journals/content/ancham/2013/ancham.2013.85.issue-9/ac303727e/production/images/medium/ac-2012-03727e_0004.gif'></P>
