Adhesion Change of AZO/PET Film by ZrCu Insertion Layer
Sang-Won Ko,Jong-Gook Jung,Kyeong-Soon Park,Sil-Mook Lim 한국표면공학회 2016 한국표면공학회지 Vol.49 No.3
In order to form an aluminum-doped zinc oxide (AZO) transparent electrode film on a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrate used for a flexible display substrate, the AZO transparent electrode was produced at low temperature without substrate heating. Even though the produced electrode showed characteristic optical transmittance of 90 % (at 550 nm) and sheet resistance within 100 Ω/sq, cracks occurred 10 minutes after loading applied 2 mm radius of curvature, and the sheet resistance increased linearly. An insertion layer of ZrCu was formed between the AZO film and the PET substrate to suppress the generation of cracks on the AZO film. It was verified that the crack was not generated 30 minutes after the loading of 2 mm radius of curvature, and no increase in sheet resistance was recorded. There was also not cracks in the dynamic bending test of 4 mm radius, but surface resistance was slightly increased. As a result, the ZrCu insertion film improved the interfacial adhesion between the substrate and AZO film layer without increasing sheet resistance and decreasing transmittance.
Document Structure Analysis for Support ODF in Haansoft Hangul
Soon-Bum Lim,Won-Sung Sohn,Yunyong Jang,Soyang Kim,Dong Sun Nam 한국멀티미디어학회 2008 한국멀티미디어학회 국제학술대회 Vol.2008 No.-
The problems begin when you want to do a transfer with others because the internal structure of the data is unknown to users. The ODF(OpenDocument Format) is the ISO standard which has taken advantages of opened format. This will have an effect on the current state of Korean office suite and applications. This paper analyzed features between ODF and haansoft Hangul which is major office suite of Korea. Then we proposed technical guidance tor Haangul supporting ODF. It is expect that it can be applied many cases at the stage of converting between each documents.
A Study on the Performance Evaluation of Energy-Saving Policy by Using Logic Model
Sung-Eun Lim,Soon Tak Suh 한국도시행정학회 2013 한국도시행정학회 학술발표대회 논문집 Vol.2013 No.9
As the so-called "Black out" unprecedented situation has happened, causing power outages and electricity rate increases, a national concern when it comes to energy savings is higher ever. The Seoul city as not only central government but local government has attracted energy-saving policy. Park Won-soon, the mayor of Seoul, established "the project to reduce one nuclear power plant" as a campaign to the public. In addition, Carbon Point Program (Environment Ministry) and Eco-Mileage Program (Seoul city) were introduced. In this situation, it is necessary to come up with an effective alternative through evaluation of performance on energy savings policy pursed by the government in the meantime and analysis of its limitation. As evaluation result of the effectiveness from the project, goals initially established were exceeded. Those of member registration and energy savings are the same. The result of evaluating the effectiveness of the project shows that the reduction of energy savings 1TOE takes one million won and it appears to be efficient in comparison with other program. Most of all, this project is very attractive given that the way is not the energy production system but is energy-saving and cost less, etc., comparing with investment in renewable energy. As a limitation of the study, we failed to clear up the cause of difference between energy-saving adaptive households and ineffective ones.
Antiinflammatory Activity of the Medicinal Plant Geum Japonicum
Soon Ah Kang,Ho Jung Shin,Sung Eun Choi,Kyung Ah Yune,Sun-Joo Lee,Ki-Hyo Jang,Yoongho Lim,Kang-Jin Cho 한국영양학회 2006 Nutritional Sciences Vol.9 No.2
G. japonicum is a perennial herb and the flowering plant has been used as a diuretic and an astringent in Japan and China. However, little information is available about the anti-inflammatory action of G. japonicum. Therefore, the objective of this study was to investigate the antiinflammatory action of fractions from G. japonicum methanol extract Inhibition of NO production was observed when cells were cotreated with fractions of G. japonicum and lipopolysaccharide. We observed that ethyl acetate fraction of G. japonicum inhibited NO production by LPS-activated RAW 264.7 cells, and that the suppression induced by ethyl acetate fraction of G. japonicum was associated with antioxidant activity and direct NO clearance. In addition, only ethyl acetate fraction of G. japonicum inhibited stimulated PGE₂, TNF-α, IL-1β production, whereas water and methyl chloride fractions showed no such effects. The ethyl acetate fraction of G. japonicum methanol extract showed a remarkable scavenging activity on the 1,1-diphenyl-2 picrylhydrazyl radical. Based on the results, ethyl acetate fraction of G. japonicum may be useful source as natural antioxidants and antiinflammation. Therefore, the results obtained from this study provide an alternative protective mechanism of ethyl acetate fraction of G. japonicum and provide information on the potential use of ethyl acetate fraction of G. japonicum in chemoprevention or pathogenic conditions related to overproduction of NO and PGE₂. However, the mechanism of the inflammatory effect must be evaluated through various parameters for induction of NO production.
