        악교정 수술 후 하악과두의 위치 및 골변화에 관한 단층방사선학적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to aid in the evaluation of prognosis of temporomandibular joint following orthognathic surgery. For this study, 20 patients(40 TMJ) who undergone orthognathic surgery were examined. Preoperative and postoperative tomograms of TMJ were taken. And the subjects were divided into 3 groups according to postoperative periods. The obtained results were as follows ; 1. There were no significant differences between preoperative and postoperative changes in joint spaces in each group and between groups(p<0.05). 2. There were no significant differences between preoperative and postoperative ratio of joint space(p<0.05). 3. There were no significant differences between preoperative and postoperative changes in the range of motion of condylar head(p<0.05). 4. The bony changes of condylar head were observed in 14(35%) condyles(6 erosion, 2 flattening, 5 double contour, 1 osteophyte).

      • 전산화단층상을 이용한 안면골의 3차원재구성상의 비교 연구

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the spatial relationship of facial bone more accurately. For this study, the three-dimensional images of dry skull were reconstructed using computer image analysis system and three-dimensional reconstructive program involved CT. The obtained results were as follows : 1. Three-dimensional reconstructive CT results in images that have better resolution and more contrast. 2. It showed good marginal images of anatomical structure on both three-dimensional CT and computer image analysis system, but the roof of orbit, the lacrimal bone and the squamous portion of temporal bone were hardly detectable. 3. The partial loss of image data were observed during the regeneration of saved image data on three-dimensional CT. 4. It saved the more time for reconstruction of three-dimensional images using computer image analysis system. But, the capacity of hardware was limited for inputting of image data and three-dimensional reconstructive process. 5. We could observe the spatial relationship between the region of interest and the surrounding structures by three-dimensional reconstructive images without invasive method.

      • 기름골의 품질관련 특성 평가 : Cyperus esculentus L., var sativus Boeck

        기름골의 일반적인 이화학성분과 기름을 추출하여 기름의 특성을 평가한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 기름골의 일반성분 중 조지방과 조섬유의 함량은 각각 22.4%, 13.3%이고, 총 아미노산 함량은 6,882.4㎎%로 cystein과 isoleucine의 함량이 1,572㎎%, 905㎎%로 가장 높았다. 2. 기름골 전분의 아밀로스 함량은 46.9%였고, RNA 측정결과 최대, 최저 및 최종점도는 각각 451, 280 및 375RNA였다. 3. 기름골 기름의 산가와 과산화물가는 2.1, 6.2meq/㎏이며 지방산 함량은 oleic acid가 70%를 차지하였다. 4. 기름골 기름의 토코페롤 측정결과 α, β, γ, δ가 모두 검출되었고, 그 중 α-tocopherol이 약 15㎎%로 가장 많이 함유되었다. 5. GC/MS를 이용하여 향기성분을 분석한 결과 주된 향기성분은 2.5dimethyl pyrazine으로 약30%를 차지하였다. The objective of this study were to evaluate quality characteristics of the chufa tuber and its oil. The results are summarized as follows : Crude fat, crude fiber and total amino acid were 22.4%, 13.3% and 6.882㎎% of the chufa tuber, respectively. Amylose content of chufa starch was 46.9% and maxium. Minimum and final viscosity of amylogram characteristics in chufa starch were 451, 280 and 375 RVA, respectively. The acid value of oil was 2.1 and peroxide value was 6.2meq/㎏. The content of oleic acid, a major fatty acid in chufa oil, was 70%. Four type of tocopherol were detected and α-tocopheral was shown to be the major tocopherol. The volatile component was measured by GC/MS. 2.5-Dimethyl pyrazine was the dominant volatile component in the whole chufa oil.

      • 브러시리스 직류 전동기의 센서리스 고속 특성 개선

        This study applies sensorless strategy that is based on detecting of terminal voltages for sensing the rotor position in real time. And, by providing high PWM frequency, a current ripple and a torque pulsation are removed. Also, and accuracy of position detection at high speed are improved and a high speed operation range is expanded. The sensorless driving system is implemented with an IPM module and 87C196MC one-chip microcontroller. For confirming the validity of the proposed methods. experimental results from a prototype motor of rating 300W have shown. From the results of experiment, the Performance characteristics of high speed operation for permanent magnet brushless DC motor (BLDCM) driving systems are improved.

      • 발기부전 검사에서 천연색 복합초음파촬영술과 야간음경발기검사의 일치도

        We intended to know that the result of color duplex ultrasonography corresponded to that nocturnal penile tumescence rigidity in the diagnosis of erctile dysfunction. We performed both color duplex ultrasonography and nocturnal penile tumescence rigidity in 15 erectile dysfunction men. Colr duplex ultrasonography was done with a 7 MHz. color Doppler unit after intracorporeal pharmacological injection and measured maximal arterail diameter, peak systolic velocity, end-diastolic velocity and the results were compared with rigidity and tumescence in nocturnal penile tumescence rigidity using RigiScan. The positive predictive value, negative predictive value, sensitivity, specificity, overall accuracy of color duplex ultrasonography was reasonable when the result of color duplex ultrasonography was compared with the that of nocturnal penile tumescence rigidity. According to this results, color duplex ultrasonography could not only predict but also correspond to nocturnal penile tumescence. Therefore, we suggest that color duplex ultrasonography can relpace nocturnal penile tumescence rigidity if psychogenic and neurogenic erectile dysfunction are distinguished by history and neurologic examination.

        경계강조 보간법을 이용한 디지탈방사선사진상의 개선에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to aid in the use of the digital images by edge-detect interpolation for direct digital periapical images using edge-detect interpolation . This study was performed by image processing of 20 digital periapical images; pixel replication, linear non-interpolation, linear interpolation, and edge-sensitive interpolation. The obtained results were as follows: 1. Pixel replication showed blocking artifact and serious image distortion. 2. Linear interpolation showed smoothing effect on the edge. 3. Edge-sensitive interpolation overcame the smoothing effect on the edge and showed better image.

        The purpose of this study is development of experiment catchment for hydrological monitoring at Urban Watershed. The location of test basin is Dong-Eui University, Gaya Dong, Pusan, Karea. For the collecting of basic hydrologic data of experiment catchment, topography inquiry and survey was conducted, and sub-basins data, such as areas of test basin and impervious layer, were arranged. On the basis of that result, a drainage pattern was drawn up and for the collection of hydrological data such as the rainfall data and the water-level data-EMS installed at Dong-Eui Univ. in 1998, and AWS-DEU(Automatic Water-level Station-Dong-Eui Univ) installed at the point of the end discharge.

      • 새로운 스위칭함수를 이용한 가변구조 위치제어기

        A control system of brushless dc machine position control based on Variable Structure System approach is presented. In order to simplify the overall control system and to improve the robustness of position controller, a new switching function which composed of linear combination of only measurable state variables Sr(x) and Sr(x) is defined. With this proposed method, good dynamic and steady state behaviors of the overall system are obtained without any external load torque observer. A general PWM amplifier is replaced by an ON―OFF pattern generator for digitalization and a digital signal processor(DSP) is used for high speed switching. Experimental results are given to demonstrate the validity of the proposed control method.
