A 0.5 wt% GNP/Al composite was prepared by powder metallurgy and hot pressing. The numerical simulations and experimentsof porthole die extrusion were performed at 440 °C, 460 °C, 480 °C and 500 °C. The effect of extrusion temperatureon the microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites was studied. The results showed that the composite nearthe welding zone underwent dynamic recrystallization due to the large strain to form fine grains, some of which grew tocoarse grains because of the local high temperature. The extrusion temperature influenced the properties of the 0.5 wt%GNP/Al composite along both the extrusion and transverse directions. This influence is combined with synergistic effectson the recrystallization of the grain, fluidity and plasticity of the matrix, determined by the delamination, distribution andstructure of graphene and welding behavior in the welding zone. Therefore, the comprehensive mechanical properties ofthe composite reached the highest values in the extrusion direction and the transverse direction at 460 °C; the TEM imagesshowed that the graphene and aluminum matrix were in contact with each other via a small wavy transition overlapping zoneor that interaction forces caused by welding and shearing allowed the formation of a direct interface with the Al matrix. Thedeformed graphene formed a good interface with the matrix, ensuring outstanding mechanical properties in the welding zone.
Characterization of anorthite-based porcelain prepared by using wollastonite as a calcium source

The porcelain based on anorthite (CaO • Al2O3 • 2SiO2) has been developed using wollastonite (CaO • SiO2) as a calcium source. The slip casting was applied to obtain green body with high-strength. The sintering behaviors of the green specimens were evaluated by determining linear shrinkage, water absorption, bulk density and flexural strength. It was found that the anorthite porcelain fired at 1215 o C had excellent technical properties such as water absorption: 0.00% and flexural strength: 109.5 MPa. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis results showed the high flexural strength was due to the densification of microstructures and the formation of high crystalline content in the porcelain body. In addition, thermal expansion performance and appearance quality of the final product were discussed.

To investigate the effects of AMP on letrozole-induced PCOS rats. All SD rats were randomly divided into normal, PCOS, metformin group (Met, 265 mg/kg) and AMP group (1 g/kg) and weighed every three days. After 21 days of continuous administration, oral glucose tolerance test was performed, and the blood glucose(BP) level was measured. After execution, calculate the relative weight of bilateral ovaries. Serum levels of FSH, LH, E2, T and FINS were detected by ELISA assay. Serum levels of TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C were detected by the kit and calculated the LH/FSH ratio and HOMA-IR level. Compared with the normal group, body weight and relative weight of ovaries, BP level and serum levels of T, LH, LH/FSH ratio, FINS, HOMA-IR, TC, TG, LDL-C, and E2, FSH, HDL-C in model group increased. Compared with the PCOS group, body weight in the Met group and AMP group was lower, BP level and serum levels of T, LH, FINS, HOMA-IR and LDL-C in the Met group and AMP group were significantly lower and the level of HDL-C was higher. Armillaria mellea polysaccharides can improve hormone disturbance, glucose metabolism and abnormal lipid level in letrozole-induced polycystic ovary syndrome model rats.

To observe the effect of cyanidin-3,5-O-diglucoside(C3G) on intestinal fibrosis in a model of dextran sulphate sodium (DSS)-induced mice with colitis. Colitis was induced in C57BL/6 mice by addition of DSS to drinking water. Clinical (body weight, colon length and colon weight) and histologic changes were evaluated. In addition, colon levels of interleukin-1β, IL-6, IL-18, IL-17A, tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Relative to the DSS group, the mice in the C3G treatment group increased in body weight, colon length, and the ratio of colon weight to length was significantly lower (P<0.05). The DAI index of mice in the intervention group was lower than that in the colitis model group (P<0.05). Histological observation also found that the intervention of C3G is able to reduce the infiltration of inflammatory cells in colon tissue induced by DSS. The results of Masson staining suggest that the intervention of C3G also reduces the occurrence of intestinal fibrosis in mice with colitis. Our results suggested that C3G is an activity to improve inflammation and intestinal fibrosis in DSS colitis mice.

Purpose: Elevation in serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels is a biomarker for metabolic syndrome (MS); however, the relationshiphas not been fully investigated within the reference interval of ALT levels. Our objective was to explore the relationship between serum ALT levels within the reference interval and MS in Chinese adults. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study included 16028 adults, who attended routine health check-ups at Shengli OilfieldCentral Hospital from January 2006 to March 2012. The reference interval of serum ALT level was defined as less than 40 U/L. Logistic regression models and restricted cubic spline were used to evaluate the association of ALT with MS. Results: The prevalence of MS in the total population was 13.7% (6.4% for females and 18.4% for males). Multiple logistic regressionshowed that ALT levels were positively associated with MS after adjustment for potential confounding factors. The odds ratio of MS in the top quartile was 4.830 [95% confidence interval (CI): 2.980–7.829] in females and 3.168 (95% CI: 2.649–3.790) in males, compared with the ALT levels in the bottom quartile. The restricted cubic spline models revealed a positive non-linear dose-response relationship between ALT levels and the risk of MS in women (p for nonlinearity was 0.0327), but a positive linear dose-response relationship in men (p for nonlinearity was 0.0659). Conclusion: Serum ALT levels within the reference interval are positively associated with MS in a dose-response manner. ElevatedALT levels, even within the reference interval, may reflect early dysmetabolic changes.
Research on roll-forming bending angle distribution function based on five boundary conditions

The bending angle is an important parameter in roll forming, in which the rationality of the bending angle distribution in each pass directly impacts roller design, the smoothness of the roll-forming process and product quality. In the past research, it is generally recognized that the projection track of the edge of the profile section in the horizontal plane follows a cubic curve, which can be used to determine the bending angle of each pass according to the boundary conditions. However, this method has some limitations and does not guarantee that the distribution of the bending angle is the most acceptable one. In this study, a hat-shaped steel channel is chosen as the research object and the different bending angle distribution methods are discussed. In addition, a bending angle distribution function based on five boundary conditions is proposed and the curve equation for the projection track of the edge of the profile section in the horizontal plane is constructed. At the same time, different bending angle distribution results are obtained by adding various boundary conditions, furthermore, the numerical simulations and comparative analyses are performed. Finally, combining the numerical simulation with the experiment, the optimal bending angle distribution results are obtained.

To explore the effect of C3G on intestinal mucosal injury in 5-FU induced BALB/c mice. Mice were randomly divided into normal, model and C3G groups. After the last administration, mice were anesthetized, and calculated the thymus and spleen indexes. The ileum was used to stain with H&E observation. Serum levels of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10 and TNF-α were determined by ELISA kits. Compared with the normal group, the model group had diarrhea, body weight and thymus and spleen index decreased significantly, intestinal villus epithelial cells fell off, crypt structure was destroyed, and inflammatory cell infiltration was observed. The body weight, thymus and spleen indexes of the treatment group and the prevention group decreased less, and the levels of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 were significantly decreased, and the level of IL-10 was significantly increased relative to the model group. The intestinal villi structure was relatively complete, and a small amount of crypt structure was destroyed, with a small amount of inflammatory cell infiltration, which reduced the mucosal damage. The administration of C3G could protect intestinal mucosa from 5-FU-induced injury.

Endometrial carcinoma aff ects the uterine lining. Endogenous activity, intrinsic targeting, and ability to engage with a host defence system make exosomal vehicles (EVs) a viable cancer treatment alternative. Due to these benefi ts, mesenchymal stem cell (MSC)-derived EVs loaded with carboplatin and paclitaxel could resemble immune cells to fi ght cancer. This study found that Car-Pac@EVs downregulated endometrial cancer (EC) cells relative to normal endometrium. Car-Pac@EVs' eff ects on ECC-1 and HEC-1A EC cells at diff erent doses were examined in vitro. To detect cancer, MTT, fl ow cytometry, and transwell assays were used. Protein expression was measured by Western blotting and qRT-PCR. Car-Pac@EVs were aff ected by time- and dose-dependent EC cell proliferation reductions. In EC cells, Car-Pac@EVs triggered apoptosis. Car- Pac@EVs formulation reduced EC cell migration and invasion by reducing MMP-2 expression via Rac1/NF-κB signalling. The results indicated that Car-Pac@EVs may be an eff ective EC diagnosis and treatment target.
