팬데믹 이후 온라인 교육 플랫폼에 대한 수요가 급증하면서 소비자들이 의사 결정을 위해 온라인 리뷰에 더욱 의존하게 되었습니다. 본 연구는 중국 온라인 고객 리뷰가 온라인 교육에서 소비자 구매 행동에 미치는 영향을 조사합니다. 신뢰, 리뷰 감정, 리뷰의 양과 시의성을 분석하여 이러한 요인들이 소비자 결정에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 이해하고자 합니다. 회귀 모델을 사용한 결과, 부정적인 리뷰, 시기적절한 피드백, 많은 양의 리뷰가 소비자 구매 결정에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 코스 가격은 반비례 관계를 나타냅니다. 또한, 인지적 신뢰와 감정적 신뢰는 리뷰와 구매행동 간의 관계를 매개하며, 소비자 결정 성향에 역 U자형 효과를 나타냅니다. 이러한 통찰은 온라인 교육 제공자에게 온라인 리뷰를 관리하고 활용하여 소비자 신뢰를 증진시키고 판매 성과를 향상시킬 필요성을 강조하는 유용한 시사점을 제공합니다. In the post-pandemic era, the demand for online education platforms has surged, leading to increased consumer reliance on online reviews for decision-making. This study investigates the impact of Chinese online customer reviews on consumer purchase behavior in online education. By examining the role of trust, review sentiment, and the quantity and timeliness of reviews, the research aims to understand how these factors influence consumer decisions. By using regression model, findings reveal that negative reviews, timely feedback, and a higher volume of reviews positively affect consumer purchase decisions, while course pricing demonstrates an inverse relationship. Furthermore, cognitive and affective trust mediate the relationship between reviews and purchase behavior, highlighting a reverse U-shaped effect on consumer decision inclination. These insights provide valuable implications for online education providers, emphasizing the need to manage and leverage online reviews to foster consumer trust and improve sales performance.
PLCE1 Gene in Esophageal Cancer and Interaction with Environmental Factors

Objective: To study the PLCE1 gene rs2274223 polymorphism with regard to esophageal cancer and its interaction with diet, lifestyle, psychological and environmental factors in Southwest Shandong province. Materials and Methods: A case series study (case-case) was conducted. Questionnaire data were collected and 3 ml-5ml venous blood was drawn for DNA extraction among the qualified research subjects. PLCE1 gene polymorphism was detected after PCR amplification of DNA. SPSS 13.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data. Results: The three genotypes A/A, A/G and G/G PLCE1 gene rs2274223 was 31, 16 and 4 cases, accounting for 60.8%, 31.4%, 0.08% respectively. The difference of three genotypes (AA/GA/GG) proportion between negative and positive family history of patients was statistically significant, ${\chi}^2=6.213$, p=0.045. There was no statistically significant relationship between PLCE1 gene rs2274223 polymorphism and smoking, drinking, ${\chi}^2=0.119$, p=0.998, and ${\chi}^2=1.727$, p=0.786. There was no linkage of the three rs2274223 PLCE1 gene genotypes (AA/GA/GG) proportion with eating fried, pickled, hot, mildew, overnight, smoked, excitant food, eat speed, salt taste or not (p>0.05). or with living environment pollution and nine risk factors of occupational exposure (p>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in TS scores between different genotype of rs2274223 PLCE1 gene. Conclusions: The PLCE1 rs2274223 polymorphism has a relationship with family history of esophageal cancer, but does not have any significant association with age, gender, smoking, alcohol drinking, food hygiene, eating habits, living around the environment and occupation in cases.
Hopf-Fold Bifurcation Analysis in a delayed Gause-Type Predator-Prey Models

In this paper, we analyzed the distribution of the roots of the associated characteristic equation for the Gause type predator-prey model. The point of bifurcation and a group of conditions of existence of Hopf-Fold bifurcation were obtained at the coexisting equilibrium. There are complex dynamic phenomenons such as periodic motion, quasi--periodic motion and bursting behavior by the numerical simulations.

Background: This study aimed to identify any association between the p73 gene G4C14-to-A4T14 polymorphism and risk of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in the south of China. Materials and Methods: We genotyped the p73 gene polymorphism of peripheral blood DNA from 168 patients with NSCLC and 195 normal controls using HRM (high resolution melting) and PCR-CTPP (polymerase chain reaction with confronting two-pair primers). Results: The results of genotyping by HRM and PCR-CTPP were consistent with direct sequencing, the p73 genotype distribution in 168 lung cancer patients being as follows: GC/GC 101 cases (60.1%), GC/AT 59 cases (35.1%), AT/AT 8 cases (4.8%). The carriers of AT/AT genotype had a significantly reduced risk of NSCLC (OR=0.370; 95%CI: 0.170-0.806; p=0.010) as compared with non-carriers. However, we found no relations between p73 genotypes and histological type (p=0.798, $x^2=0.452$), tumor stage (p=0.806, $x^2=0.806$), or lymph node metastasis (p=0.578, $x^2=1.098$). Conclusions: Our findings suggest that the p73 G4C14-to-A4T14 polymorphism may be a modifier of NSCLC susceptibility in the Chinese population.

Yunnan Baiyao is a famous Chinese medicine that has long been directly applied to wounds to reduce bleeding, pain, and swelling without causing infection. However, little is known about its ability to prevent infection. The present study aimed to assess in vitro the anti-virulence activity of an aqueous extract of Yunnan Baiyao (YBX) using Pseudomonas aeruginosa as a pathogenic model. We found that a sub-MIC (2.5 mg/ml) of YBX can efficiently interfere with the quorum-sensing (QS) signaling circuit. Real-time polymerase chain reaction analysis showed that a sub-MIC of YBX downregulated the transcriptions of lasR, lasI, rhlR, and rhlI,which resulted in global attenuation of QS-regulated virulence activities, such as biofilm formation, and secretion of LasA protease, LasB elastase and pyocyanin. Further, YBX reduced the motility of P. aeruginosa related to QS, and impaired the formation of biofilms. These results suggest that YBX may possess global inhibitory activity against the virulence of P. aeruginosa and that YBX may also exhibit antimicrobial activity in vivo. The present study suggests that Yunnan Baiyao represents a potential source for isolating novel, safe, and efficacious antimicrobial agents.

부사“都”는 일상회화에서 사용빈도가 아주 높은 부사이다. 중국학자와 한국학자들이 “都”에 관한 많은 연구를 하였다. 하지만 대부분 연구는“都”의 의미 분석에만 치중하고어법화과정에 관한 연구는 많이이루어지지 못 하는 있는 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 “都”의 어법화 과정을 고찰하고“都”의 여러 가지 의미의 발생과정을 알아보고자 한다. “都”의 기원은 春秋戰國時代사료를 살펴보면 처음에는 명사로“城邑”의 의미로 사용되었었다. 漢代에 와서 동사로“聚集,彙聚”의 의미로 바뀌었다. 南朝에 와서는“都”가 동사를 강조하는 어기조사로 많이 사용되었고, 六朝時期에는“都”점점 문장 속에“강조와 비교”의 어기로 나타났다. 현대에 들어와서는 일반적으로 “都”의 의미를 세 가지로 구분하였다. 즉, 범위부사, 어기부사 그리고 시간부사이다. 하지만일부 학자들이“都”를 시간부사의 의미가 없으며, 단지 특정한 관련어 속에서만 그 의미를 부여하는 것으로 간주하였다. 본인도 그 의견에 동의를 하고 있습니다. 본 논문에서는“都”가 가지고 있는 의미가 명사에서 동사로, 동사에서 부사로 변천하는 과정을 예문을 통해서 상세히 고찰했다. 또한 저자는 연구를 통해서“都”의 의미에 대해 더욱더 정확한 시야를 가졌고, 앞으로 “都”에 관한 심도 있는 연구가 되기 위한 기반으로 삼을 것이며, 독자들도 이 논문을 통해“都”에 대한 연구에 더 많은 관심을 가졌으면 한다.

In Pseudomonas aeruginosa, a quorum sensing (QS) system regulates the expression of many virulence factors. N-acyl homoserine lactone (HSL) is the signal molecule of QS system. In order to find a novel HSL binder to interfere with QS signaling and to attenuate P. aeruginosa virulence, an amino lactam surrogate (ALS) of HSL was used as a target to screen HSL aptamers with the technique of systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment (SELEX). Eight HSL aptamers with high affinities for 3O-C12-HSL (20 nM ≤ Kd < 35 nM) or C4-HSL (25 nM < Kd < 50 nM) were finally obtained. In vitro QS-inhibiting study of P. aeruginosa showed that HSL aptamers could inhibit virulence in a dose-dependent manner. ALSap-8 which bound C4-HSL primarily acted on the rhl system and inhibited the secretion of pyocyanin. ALSap-5 which bound 3O-C12-HSL not only showed strong inhibitory activity on biofilm formation as well as secretions of LasA protease and LasB elastase, but also reduced pyocyanin secretion. Since the las system is capable of activating the rhl system mildly, we speculated that ALSap-5 can simultaneously interfere with the las and rhl systems. High-affinity aptamers against HSL in this study are novel QS and virulence-inhibitors, and may have potential as drug candidates for the treatment of P. aeruginosa infection.
