        艺术社会学语境下清代颜真卿书法接受现象探析

        The phenomenon that a school of calligraphists in Qin dynasty accepted Yan Zhenqing’s calligraphy widely is a dynamic process of artistic self-discipline and heteronomy which produced by Yan Zhengqing ,the subject and the society and culture of Qin dynasty. The style of seal characters and the acceptance of the unsophisticated style in Bei Qi’s tablets are the gene of epigraphy in Yan Zhenqing’s handwriting. The upright character of both handwriting and morality are the factors of habitude that Yan Zhenqing’s handwriting was widely accepted in Qin dynasty. In addition, the admiration of Yan’s handwriting in Qin dynasty is also affected by the communication with epigraphy and calligraphy and the independent choice made by a school of calligraphists in Qin dynasty because of politics and culture. 清代“文字狱”使得这一时期文人将研究领域转向金石考据,“乾嘉之风”使得传统帖学以“二王”为代表的书法审美范式受到了碑学的冲击,并出现了群体书家师法颜真卿书法的现象。本文基于阿诺德·豪泽尔的艺术社会学理论,以清代书家群体对颜真卿书法的推崇这一现象为论点,从艺术与社会的互动关系角度探讨清代书坛这一现象。碑学帖学转换、碑学地位提升是颜真卿书法在清代广被接受的影响因素之一,而颜真卿书法中碑与帖的基因同样也影响着清代书坛书家群体的选择。

        A Real Time Traffic Flow Model Based on Deep Learning

        Urban development has brought about the increasing saturation of urban traffic demand, and traffic congestion has become the primary problem in transportation. Roads are in a state of waiting in line or even congestion, which seriously affects people's enthusiasm and efficiency of travel. This paper mainly studies the discrete domain path planning method based on the flow data. Taking the traffic flow data based on the highway network structure as the research object, this paper uses the deep learning theory technology to complete the path weight determination process, optimizes the path planning algorithm, realizes the vehicle path planning application for the expressway, and carries on the deployment operation in the highway company. The path topology is constructed to transform the actual road information into abstract space that the machine can understand. An appropriate data structure is used for storage, and a path topology based on the modeling background of expressway is constructed to realize the mutual mapping between the two. Experiments show that the proposed method can further reduce the interpolation error, and the interpolation error in the case of random missing is smaller than that in the other two missing modes. In order to improve the real-time performance of vehicle path planning, the association features are selected, the path weights are calculated comprehensively, and the traditional path planning algorithm structure is optimized. It is of great significance for the sustainable development of cities.

        Influence of Particle Shape on the Density and Compressive Performance of Calcareous Sand

        Particle shape influence the bearing capacity of calcareous sand foundations in island reef engineering. An improved Computer Image Analysis method that combined with mathematical statistics was proposed to categorize and sort different shapes of calcareous sand particles within the size range of 5 – 10 mm. Three single-shape calcareous sand specimens (granular ᅠ ᅠshape, dendritic shape, long strip shape) were obtained. A new self-developed vibration device was used measuring the maximum density of calcareous, the shape and content as the variables in the orthogonal test. On this basis, the lateral compression tests were carried out to assess the influence of particle shape on the density, compressive performance of calcareous sand. Test results showed that better discriminability was achieved by taking mean flatness (EL/B) as the quantification parameter of the particle shapes. The average flatness EL/B of specimens is approximately normally distributed in the statistical results. The shape and content of sand particles had an obvious influence on the density of calcareous sand. The compressive properties of calcareous sands with different particle shapes have obvious differences. After loaded, the particle size distribution of specimen improved, the average flatness EL/B of the granular-shaped specimens increased, while that of the dendritic-shaped and the long-strip-shaped specimens decreased, the average flatness EL/B of the specimens tended to be uniform. The relative fracture rate Br and the load value Pmax satisfied the exponential function fitting relationship. Therefore, it can be argued that particle shape should be taken into consideration when optimizing the foundation design in island reef engineering to achieve better compressive performance of the foundation.

This metal-free transition process is characterized by mild reaction conditions, atom economy, short reaction time and a high yield with a decreased amount of by-products.

        Basic Elements Acting Mechanism of Electrical Machines from the Perspective of the Airgap Field Modulation Theory

        The objective of this paper is to investigate the mechanism of the three basic elements of electrical machines, namely the source, modulator and fi lter, acting separately and together from the perspective of the general airgap fi eld modulation theory. Evolution of individual elements on the modulation eff ects are illustrated by representative topologies, based on which the mutual coupling relation of the basic elements is demonstrated. For instance, the variation of the source or fi lter has an obvious eff ect on the modulator such as local saturation, and the principal pole pair combinations of source and fi lter then the eff ective harmonic components in modulated airgap fi eld are mutually interrelated etc. In addition, diff erent kinds of modulation behaviors due to the element spatial adjustment are introduced to provide initial design and future topology optimization guidance. It is proven that it is possible to enhance the output characters of a typical magnetic fi eld modulated machine via reasonable selection of element confi guration. Electromagnetic performances evolution based on 2-D fi nite element analysis together with experimental verifi cations are provided to demonstrate the eff ectiveness of theoretical analysis.

        Experimental Evaluation on Defuzzification of TSK-type-based Interval Type-2 Fuzzy Inference Systems

        With A2-C0 and A2-C1 models, this study conducted a series of experimental evaluation on four kinds of type reduction and defuzzification algorithms, namely Karnik-Mendel iterative procedure (KM), Nie-Tan method (NT), q factor method (QF) and modified q factor method (MQ), to show which algorithm exhibits better performance. In the experimental part, the accuracy, computational cost and stability of these methods are compared, and the accuracy between different defuzzification methods are analyzed statistically with the Wilcoxon Nonparametric Test. It is shown that for both A2-C0 and A2-C1 models, the NT, QF and MQ method could save around 80% development time than KM. The associated improvement for the accuracy and stability caused by KM are mainly concluded as: 1) for the A2-C0 model, less than 5% and around 10% than NT, about 0% and less than 5% than QF and around 20% and about 40% than MQ; 2) for the A2-C1 model, more than 60% and over 70% than NT and less than 20% and more than 30% for both QF and MQ. It becomes clear that for the A2-C0 model, the NT and QF method are better choices; while for the A2-C1, KM is a better choice when high accuracy and stability are the prerequisites but if the accuracy, stability and cost of development time are considered synchronously, QF and MQ are better. During the design of the A2-C0 and A2-C1 structures, the reported results provide us a map for the most suitable selection of the defuzzification approach among these four kinds of methods.

        Mixtures of Tea and Citrus maxima (pomelo) Alleviate Lipid Deposition in HepG2 Cells Through the AMPK/ACC Signaling Pathway

        Tea and citrus maxima are natural, medicinal homologous plants, typically used for making beverages, which have anticancer, antiobesity, and antioxidation properties. Green tea, yellow tea, and black tea were combined with citrus maxima to obtain green tea and Citrus maxima (GTCM), yellow tea and Citrus maxima (YTCM), and black tea and Citrus maxima (BTCM). The biochemical components of these mixtures were analyzed, and their possible effects and mechanisms on relieving liver lipid deposition were explored. The tea polyphenols, free amino acids, phenolamine ratio, and caffeine were comparable in YTCM and GTCM, being significantly higher than those in BTCM. In addition, the content of esterified catechins, nonesterified catechins, and total catechins in YTCM was significantly higher than those in GTCM and BTCM. All three mixtures of Citrus maxima tea significantly reduced lipid deposition in HepG2 cells, with GTCM and YTCM being slightly more effective than BTCM. Regarding the possible mechanism, Western blot analysis revealed that the three Citrus maxima tea mixtures could activate the AMPK/ACC signaling pathway, upregulate the expression of p-AMPK, p-ACC, and CPT-1 proteins, and downregulate the expression of SREBP1c and fatty acid synthase proteins to inhibit fat synthesis, thereby relieving lipid deposition in liver cells. In conclusion, as a novel and healthy beverage, Citrus maxima tea has the potential to alleviate liver lipid deposition, and further could be responsible for obesity treatment.

      • Protein-based soft micro-optics fabricated by femtosecond laser direct writing

        <P>In this work, we report a novel soft diffractive micro-optics, called 'microscale kinoform phase-type lens (micro-KPL)', which is fabricated by femtosecond laser direct writing (FsLDW) using bovine serum albumin (BSA) as building blocks and flexible polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) slices as substrates. By carefully optimizing various process parameters of FsLDW (e. g., average laser power density, scanning step, exposure time on a single point and protein concentration), the as-formed protein micro-KPLs exhibit excellent surface quality, well-defined three-dimensional (3D) geometry and distinctive optical properties, even in relatively harsh operation environments (for instance, in strong acid or base). Laser shaping, imaging and other optical performances can be easily achieved. More importantly, micro-KPLs also have unique flexible and stretchable properties as well as good biocompatibility and biodegradability. Therefore, such protein hydrogel-based micro-optics may have great potential applications, such as in flexible and stretchable photonics and optics, soft integrated optical microsystems and bioimplantable devices.</P>
