The purpose of this study is to find an optimal R&D method of products by applying dynamic characteristics such as signal-to-noise ratio. Taguchi proposed a new experimental method for parameter design. He quantified quality in terms of the total loss incurred by a society from the time the product is shipped to the customer. The parameter design is a process for finding product designs that are insensitive to noise such as manufacturing and environmental variabilities. This can be achived by employing the signal-to-noise(S/N) ratio to mesure quality characteristics and orthogonal arays to study many design parameter that is a time and cost effective method for R&D application of dynamic characteristics.

The purpose of the study was to investigate and find the metabolic and strength response to the effects of Gin Seng intake on weight reduction in Wrestlers. Ten subjects experienced five to eight years fro were used for the study. They are attending at university and engaging in wrestling program. The subjects were divided into experimental and control groups. Five exeprimental group was supplemented Korean Gin Seng with the amounts of 600g for eight weeks. The pre-post test methods was conducted. The metabolic test using the Ergo-Oxyscreen (Jager co. German) were obtained during the ergometer bicycle tests. The subjects were seated on the bicycle for two minutes after two minutes resting period, and pedalled with 60rpm at the beginning with free loading for two minutes, and increased the 0.5KP load every one minute. The exercise on the bicycle was continued until the subjects were exhausted. The metabolic data such as weight, MV(minute ventilation)., BF(breathing frequency), Heart rate, Vo_2ml kg/min., and Time. were calculated automatically and printed out the data every minute. The grip and back strength tests were obtained using the dynamometer (T.KK. Japan), and leg strength(180/sec, 30/sec.), power, isometric maximal strength, and endurance were measured through Cybex-Ⅱ system. After pre-test, exprimental group was begin to intake Gin-Seng for eight weeks, and control was start to reduce their body weight. As the results of the study, conclusion to be drawn as follows; 1. <P>Adipose tissue-derived stem cells (ASCs) in the form of stromal vascular fraction (SVF) and cultured expansion have been applied in clinical settings in some countries to treat osteoarthritis (OA) of knees, one of the most common debilitating, incurable disorders. Since the first report of successful cartilage-like tissue regeneration with autologous adipose SVF containing ASCs, there has been a gradual increase in the number of publications confirming such results. Thus far, most of the reports have been limited to treatments of OA of knees. Recently, successful applications of adipose SVF in treating OA of ankles and hips have been reported. In addition, several groups have reported modified methods of applying adipose SVF, such as combining bone marrow stimulation with adipose SVF or adding additional extracellular matrix (ECM) in treating OA. Here, we present an updated, systematic review of clinical effectiveness and safety in treating OA of knees, ankles, and one hip since 2016 using ASCs in the form of adipose SVF or in cultured expansion, along with a description and suggestion of potential biological mechanisms of cartilage regeneration.</P>
Breeding of Cut Spray Chrysanthemum ‘ Yes Ruby ’ with Thermotolerance

고온기 화색발현이 우수하고 연중생산이 가능한 수출용 스프레이국화 신품종을 육성하기 위하여 충남농업기술원 화훼 연구소에서 2010년 분홍색의 모본 ‘Borami’를 방임수분하였다. 2011년에 종자를 파종하였고, 이중 화형과 화색이 우수한 개체를 선발하여 ‘SP11-148-01’로 계통명을 부여하였다. 2011년부터 2013년까지 주년 생산성을 위해 전조, 자연, 차광재배로 특성을 각각 검정하였고, 생육 및 개화특성은 화형과 화색이 비슷한 자주색 스프레이국화인 ‘Kingfisher’를 대조품종으로 조사하였으며, 2013년 ‘Yes Ruby’로 품종등록 출원하였다. ‘Yes Ruby’는 자주색의 설상화와 연녹색의 통상화로 가을 작형 개화기는 10월 24일로, ‘Kingfisher’의 10월 29일에 비해 빨랐다. ‘Yes Ruby’의 초장과 줄기굵기는 각각 94.9cm와 7.7mm로 ‘Kingfisher’의 89.2cm와 6.4mm보다 컸다. ‘Yes Ruby’의 꽃 직경은 6.2cm로 ‘Kingfisher’의 5.0cm보다 컸으며, 꽃잎수도 ‘Yes Ruby’가 25.7개로 ‘Kingfisher’의 23.3개보다 많았다. 착화수는 두 품종 모두 비슷하였으며, 흰녹병 저항성은 ‘Yes Ruby’가 2단계, ‘Kingfisher’는 3단계의 감염 정도를 나타내어 흰녹병에 대한 저항성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 재배상 유의사항은 ‘Yes Ruby’는 겨울철 균일한 개화가 이뤄지지 않아 겨울철 야간온도를 18℃ 이상으로 관리해줌으로써 균일개화를 유도할 수 있다. 또한 생장억제제인 Daminozide을 처리함으로써 설상화수를 늘려 볼륨감 높은 꽃봉오리를 형성할 수 있어 고온기에도 화색발현이 우수하고 연중생산이 가능하여 안정적 수출을 통한 농가소득 증대에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. A spray chrysanthemum cultivar `Yes Ruby` was developed for its year-round production ability and control of summer discoloration by the Flower Research Institute of Chungcheongnam-do Agricultural Research and Extension Services, Korea. In 2010, the female parent ‘Borami’ with its pink flowers was open-pollinated, and the first selection was made the following year, resulting in ‘SP11-148-01’. Adaptation trials were conducted for 3 years for the candidate line on various characteristics, including the floral qualities of the light, natural, and shade cultures from 2011 to 2013, by comparing with the ‘Kingfisher’ cultivar as the control. ‘Yesan SP-44’ was created in 2013 and registered as the spray chrysanthemum cultivar ‘Yes Ruby’ same year. The ‘Yes Ruby’ ray flowers were red-purple and its disk flowers were yellow-green. The natural flowering time of ‘Yes Ruby’ on October 24, earlier than that for ‘Kingfisher’ (October 29). Its height and stem diameter of 94.9 cm and 7.7 mm, respectively, which are higher and thicker than those of ‘Kingfisher’ (89.2 cm and 6.4 mm respectively). The ‘Yes Ruby’ flower size and number of petals increased to 6.2 cm with 25.7 petals each, which is significantly larger and with more petals than ‘Kingfisher’ (5.0 cm with 23.3 petals each). Although the flower number of ‘Yes Ruby’ was similar to that of the control, it is more resistance to white rust, showing an infection degree of 2, which is lower than that of ‘Kingfisher’ (infection degree, 3). However, careful temperature controls are required (> 18℃) during winter to standardize flowering. The number of petals on the ‘Yes’ of these many attributes, including the year-round production and stable flower color in summer, the new chrysanthemum cultivar ‘Yes Ruby’ is expected to contribute to increasing crop yields as well as to strong consumer preferences for this plant.
