        카릴 처칠의 『소유자들』에 나타난 여성의 경제력과 모성

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the reversal of conventional gender roles, women’s economic power and motherhood in Caryl Churchill’s Owners. In Owners, male characters are passive and dependent on their wives, whereas female characters are more active and independent. Churchill avoids focusing on mere biological differences and displays new directions and possibilities for women’s liberation. This paper examines how women’s economic power affects the domestic environment and relationship with a husband through an analysis of two female characters. This paper also discusses motherhood, which has been idealized and degraded by men, and revitalize the power of motherhood that is exerted not only in the domestic environment and personal aspects, but also in the social aspect. Owners shows that women should have economic means which will provide them with independence and liberation from oppression and have motherhood to change themselves and others. Both economic power and motherhood could be a powerful methods in overcoming oppression.

        도로 차선검출에 적합한 고속 호프변환 방법

        This paper proposes a novel Hough transform method that is suitable for road-line detection. The Hough transform is the most efficient and intuitive way to detect straight road lines. Previous methods for detecting straight road lines have used the general Hough transform. If the range of the vehicle’s motion and the camera’s position are restricted, the line candidate region in the road image can be limited to a narrow range. We propose a novel Hough transform method considering these characteristics. Our proposed method efficiently generates the Hough space, reducing the memory usage and generation time. Because of the error-filtering effect of the proposed Hough transform, we can reduce the detection error and detection time. Compared with previous Hough transform methods, the accuracy of the proposed method is the same or higher. The proposed Hough transform method, which has the advantage of lower memory usage and short computing time, is quite suitable for embedded systems.

        This research is analysis by specialized facilities and architectural system through architectural and cultural policy in France. France has continuously developed architectural and cultural policy by cognizing importance relationship between architecture and culture since 1959. Specially, the IFA-Chaillot focused studying and systemizing architectural heritage, and spreading to the masses. And the FRAC Centre prepare progressive museum rather than publishing, exhibition and collecting experimental architecture around world. These two facilities provide very important suggestion to us facing cultural period.

      • Directional Filter와 Harmonic Filter 기반 화자 분리

        Automatic speech recognition is much more difficult in real world. Speech recognition according to SIR (Signal to Interface Ratio) is difficult in situations in which noise of surrounding environment and multi-speaker exists. Therefore, study on main speaker's voice extractions a very important field in speech signal processing in binaural sound. In this paper, we used directional filter and harmonic filter among other existing methods to extract the main speaker's information in binaural sound. The main speaker's voice was extracted using directional filter, and other remaining speaker's information was removed using harmonic filter through main speaker's pitch detection. As a result, voice of the main speaker was enhanced.

        담장허물기사업이 거주민의 커뮤니티의식 및 안전의식에 미치는 영향

        Crimes occurred in the residential areas have led to the increasing fear of crime as well as the decreasing outdoor activity. Crime victims suffer both mental and physical aftereffects over a long period of time and this aftereffect caused by crimes has been emerged as the most serious social problems in modern society. As for the crime prevention, the traditional approach only relying on the police force has its own limitation in our rapidly changing society. Therefore, a new approach applying the concept of “Crime Prevention Through Environment Design (CPTED)” into physical environment must take into consideration, in order to prevent the crime and create safe space. Such efforts would improve the quality of life. Currently, the City of Seoul has been conducting “Wall Removal Project” that primarily aims to provide more parking lots through removing walls in a residential area. As such projects are able to bring out great impact on the residents’ sense of community and the feeling of safety, research from the safety perspective is in demand. The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between physical environment and the residents’ sense of community and sense of safety. To this end, this paper adopted case study method with survey questionnaire. The study sites was selected by the following conditions: 1) two areas completed Wall Removal Project, 2) two areas adjacent to the completed Wall Removal Project site and 3) two areas apart from Wall Removal Project site. This study concluded that the residents in the Wall Removal Project completed possess the strong sense of community and safety compared to other residents. This study identified that Wall Removal Project contributes not only to provide additional parking lots in residential area but also to increase the residents’ sense of community and decrease the fear of crime.

        전 세계적으로 매 15초마다 1명 사망, 매 15초마다 153명 부상, 매년 231만 명 사망, 매년 3억 1700만 건 사고발생으로 건강과 안전 사건, 사고 및 관련 비용에 대해 무시무시한 통계가 나오고 있다. 많은 조직이 일반 보건안전 가이드라인, 국가별 혹은 산업표준을 사용하지만, 이 중 어느 것도 글로벌 적합성을 입증 받지는 못하고 있다. 국제 표준과 모범사례를 이용해 안전보건경영 시스템을 일치시키자는 것은 전 세계적인 요구였으며, 이 표준은 지역, 국가, 그리고 글로벌 단위에서 선진국과 개도국 모두에 적용이 가능할 것으로 보인다. 참고할 수 있는 국제 표준과 더불어 적절한 기반과 교육이 함께 제공 된다면 조직은 더 나은 미래를 위하여 안전보건 리스크를 해결할 수 있을 것이다. There are gruesome statistics about health and safety incidents, accidents and related costs, with 1 worldwide every 15 seconds, 153 injuries every 15 seconds, 231 million deaths each year and 317 million accidents each year. Many organizations use general health safety guidelines, national or industry standard standards, none of which have been proven to be globally conformable. It was a global need to align safety and health management systems with international standards and best practices. This standard is likely to be applicable to both developed and developing countries at regional, national and global levels. If appropriate standards and training are provided along with international standards that can be referenced, the organization will be able to address safety and health risks for a better future.

        영업비밀 요건의 변천에 따른 대응방안에 대한 소고 -비밀관리성을 중심으로-

        급변화하고 있는 4차 산업혁명 시대속에서 다양한 아이디어를 바탕으로 스타트업 등을 통해 사업군이 다각화되고 기술집약적 사업 중심의 비중이 커지면서 자신만의 고유기술 또는 노하우를 어떻게 관리하느냐에 따라 기업의 존폐가 달라지기도 한다. 최근 영업비밀 침해에 따른 분쟁이 증가하고 있지만 영업비밀로서 인정받기 위해서는 영업비밀에 해당할지라도 비밀로써 관리를 하지 않았다면 영업비밀로 보호를 받을 수 없게 된다. 따라서, 비밀관리성을 중심으로 국내외 입법례와 비밀관리성 판단기준 변천에 따른 판례를 살펴본 결과 입법상의 변화가 기존 판례의 태도 및 실무적 측면에서의 영향은 적어보여 이에 대한 차등적 판단기준과 입증책임의 전환 등 제도적 마련을 위한 제언을 하고자 한다. In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, which is rapidly changing, business groups diversify through startups and other means based on diverse ideas, and as the emphasis on technology-intensive businesses increases, the existence or abolition of enterprises may change depending on how they manage their own technologies or know-how. In recent years, disputes arising from the infringement of trade secrets have been increasing. However, in order to be recognized as trade secrets, even if they fall under the category of trade secrets, they cannot be protected as trade secrets unless they are kept secret. Accordingly, the Ministry of Secrecy and Management has examined legal precedents at home and abroad and judicial precedents based on changes in the standards for determining confidentiality. As a result, legislative changes have little impact on existing judicial precedents in terms of attitude and practice, we would like to make institutional recommendations, such as changing the burden of differential judgment and proof.

        새로운 VO, HO 지도를 이용한 차량 주행환경의 수직 장애물 추출

        본 논문에서는 스테레오 카메라를 이용하여 차량 주행 중에 만날 수 있는 도로상의 수직형 돌발 장애물과 고정 장애물을 자동으로 추출하는 기술을 제안한다. 연속된 스테레오 영상 프레임들과 각 프레임의 좌, 우 영상 사이의 차영상들을 이용하여 도로 영상의 관심영역에 대한 시차를 획득하고, 기존 수직(V) 및 수평(H) 시차지도(disparity map) 와는 달리 물체의 실제 크기에 비례하는 VO(Vertical Object) 및 HO(Horizontal Object)라는 새로운 지도를 생성한다. VO 및 HO 지도를 이용하여 추출할 물체의 후보를 선정하고 선정된 후보영역간의 병합, 정제를 통하여 최종적으로 도로 상의 수직 물체들을 추출하였다. We present a new computer vision technique which can detect unexpected or static vertical objects in road driving environment. We first obtain temporal and spatial difference images in each frame of a stereo video sequence. Using the difference images, we then generate VO and HO maps by improving the conventional V and H disparity maps. From the VO and HO maps, candidate areas of vertical obstacles on the road are detected. Finally, the candidate areas are merged and refined to detect vertical obstacles.

        상부 코일히터를 갖춘 나선재킷형 태양열 축열조의 성능예측을 위한 CFD 해석모델 개발 및 검증

        태양열 온수급탕 시스템에서는 태양열 에너지가 집열판에서 획득되고 열매체로 전달되어 최종적으로 온수의 형태로 축열조에 저장된다. 본 연구에서는 상부 코일히터를 갖춘 나선재킷형 축열조의 축열성능 특성을 정확하게 해석할 수 있는 전산유체역학 모델을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 고려한 축열조는 벽면에 열매체의 나선유로가 형성된 맨틀형 축열조의 일종으로 시스템 설계 단순화, 저유량 운전, 성층화 촉진 등의 장점을 지닌다. 또한 축열조 내부에 추가적인 코일히터가 장착되어 축열성능과 성층화의 추가적인 향상을 도모할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 개발된 해석모델의 검증은 실제 태양열 온수급탕 시스템의 실증실험 결과와 비교를 통하여 수행되었으며, 온수의 온도변화, 열매체의 온도변화, 성층화 온도분포의 측면에서 잘 일치하는 결과를 얻었다. In a solar domestic hot water (SDHW) system, solar energy is collected using collector panels, transferred to a circulating heat transfer fluid (brine), and eventually stored in a thermal storage tank (TST) as hot water. In this study, a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model was developed to predict the solar thermal energy storage in a hybridtype TST equipped with a helical jacket heater (mantle heat exchanger) and an immersed spiral coil heater. The helical jacket heater, which is the brine flow path attached to the side wall of a TST, has advantages including simple system design, low brine flow rate, and enhanced thermal stratification. In addition, the spiral coil heater further enhances the thermal performance and thermal stratification of the TST. The developed model was validated by the good agreement between the CFD results and the experimental results performed with the hybrid-type TST in SDHW settings.

        알제리 부그졸 신도시 프로젝트에서의 도시설계 작업 과정에 대한 연구

        건축기술의 비약적인 발전에 비해 국내 건축계에선 아직 도시설계에 대한 인식과 디자인 기법이 아직 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문은 국내 도시설계 분야의 국제적인 경쟁력을 갖추기 위하여 알제리 부그졸 신도시 프로젝트에서 도시설계 작업의 실제 진행과정에 주목한 연구이다. 계약, 기본설계, 종합배치계획, 계획의 실행 단계 등 각 단계별 업무의 종류와 결과물을 살펴보고, 주요 논의사항을 정리하였다. 이러한 작업과정과 국내 신도시개발의 계획체계를 비교함으로써, 국내도시설계에 대한 세 가지 시사점을 도출할 수 있다. 첫째, 도시설계 작업에 대한 올바른 이해 및 수행능력이 필요하다. 둘째, 도시설계에 대한 실질적인 전문교육이 필요하다. 셋째, 해외도시에 대한 다양한 전문연구 및 자료축척이 필요하다. Compared to the remarkable development of construction technology, urban design techniques and awareness of urban design are still insufficient. In order to develop international competitiveness, this paper focuses on the urban design process conducted for Boughezoul New City in Algeria. Looking at the result and step by step work of every project phases, includings – contracting, basic design, general master planning, and plan execution – it summarize the main issues and discussions. Comparing this course of action and Korea’s new town development planning system, three implications for urban design are suggested. First, there is a need for proper understanding and ability to perform urban design work. Second, there is a need for practical professional training for urban design. Third, there is a need for a variety of specialized research and data on overseas cities.
