재래종 참외 종자 및 생육초기 주요형질의 유전력과 상관관계 분석

This experiment was conducted to obtain some basic imformation for korean native oriental melon breeding. Genetic variability, heritability, and correlation on 13 characters were analyzed. The results are summarized as follows; 1. Among 13 characters, plant height and length of lateral shoot showed high level of GCV(110-362%) and ECV(89-101%). The rest characters showed low level of GCV(7-21%) and ECV(0.16-9%). 2. Heritabilities of 13 characters investigated were high as over 50%. Especially those of hypocotyl length, 100-seed weigth and seed width were very high (> 95%). 3. High level correlation values were observed among seed characters and seedling characters. 4. Plant characters of early growth stage, except leaf stalk length, were not related with characters of seed or seedling 5. In early plant growth stage, plant height and length of lateral shoot were correlated positively with number of node, number of lateral shoot, leaf length and leaf width.

Background: Recently, noise coming from the neighborhood via floor wall has become a great social problem. The noise between the floors can be a cause of physical and psychological problems, and the different types of floor impact sound (FIS) may have the different effects on the human’s body and mind. The purpose of this study is to assess the responses of subjective feeling, task performance ability, cortisol and HRV for the various types of floor impact. Methods: Ten men and 5 women were enrolled in our study, and the English listening test was performed under the twelve different types of FIS, which were made by the combinations of bang machine (B), tapping machine (T), impact ball (I) and sound-proof mattress (M). The 15 subjects were exposed to each FIS for about 3 min, and the subjective annoyance, performance ability (English listening test), cortisol level of urine/saliva and heart rate variability (HRV) were examined. The sound pressure level (SPL) and frequency of FIS were analyzed. Repeated-measures ANOVA, paired t-test, Wilcoxon signed rank test were performed for data analysis. Results: The SPL of tappingmachine (T) was reduced with the soundproof mattress (M) by 3.9–7.3 dBA. Impact ball (I) was higher than other FIS in low frequency (31.5–125 ㎐) by 10 dBA, and tapping machine (T) was higher than other FIS in high frequency (2–4 k ㎐) by 10 dBA. The subjective annoyance is highest in the combination of bang machine and tapping machine (BT), and next in the tapping machine (T). The English listening score was also lowest in the BT, and next in T. The difference of salivary cortisol levels between various types of FIS was significant (p = 0.003). The change of HRV parameters by the change of FIS types was significant in some parameters, which were total power (TP) (p = 0.004), low frequency (LF) (p = 0.002) and high frequency (HF) (p= 0.011). Conclusions: These results suggest that the human’s subjective and objective responses were different according to FIS types and those combinations.

Onycholysis is defined as a distal or distal lateral separation of the nail plate from the underlying or lateral supporting structures including nail bed, hyponychium, and lateral nail fold. Trauma, infection, psoriasis, thyrotoxicosis, and numerous drugs are common causes of onycholysis. However, there are few specific data on nail findings in Behcet’s disease (BD). In this paper, we report on a 60-year-old man with BD, with no past history except BD, who developed recurrent onycholysis. The symptoms of onycholysis are considered to be recurrent depending on the activity of BD. The nail lesion showed improvement after classic treatment of BD and topical steroid ointment.

<P>A new concept for preparing hollow metal oxide nanopowders by salt-assisted spray pyrolysis applying nanoscale Kirkendall diffusion is introduced. The composite powders of metal oxide and indecomposable metal salt are prepared by spray pyrolysis. Post-treatment under a reducing atmosphere and subsequent washing using distilled water produce aggregation-free metal nanopowders. The metal nanopowders are then transformed into metal oxide hollow nanopowders by nanoscale Kirkendall diffusion. Co<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> hollow nanopowders are prepared as first target materials. A cobalt oxide–NaCl composite powder prepared by spray pyrolysis transforms into several Co<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> hollow nanopowders by several treatment processes. The discharge capacities of the Co<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> nanopowders with filled and hollow structures at a current density of 1 A g<SUP>−1</SUP> for the 150th cycle are 605 and 775 mA h g<SUP>−1</SUP>, respectively. In this paper, Medical institutions have different types of database structures for each, We design and implementation mapping system for health information data exchange to solve problems that is not easy to interwork with integrated. Integration of medical information system in order to analyze the structure and the mapping between XML and DBMS module is designed Extract Multiple tables handling, module design. Mapper for handling multi-table implementation designed to implement a data output function was assessed using Evaluation of the results of a multi-table processing module, the results were compared to a single processing module can generate an XML document that can express the depth of the DBMS and the relationships between the tables, the response rate is about 20% better results could be obtained.

<P>Abstract</P><P><B><I>Background/Aims:</I></B> Atrial fibrillation (AF) often coexists with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), and chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a major risk for AMI. However, the combined impact of CKD and AF on the mortality and morbidity in AMI population has not been determined. <B><I>Methods:</I></B> Between January 2004 and December 2009, a total of 4,738 AMI patients were enrolled prospectively. Patients were divided into four groups according to the combined status of CKD and AF. The primary endpoint was a combination of 5-year major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events (MACCE). <B><I>Results:</I></B> The prevalence of AF was significantly higher in CKD patients than in non-CKD patients (6.76 vs. 3.31%, p < 0.001). The highest cumulative event rate of MACCE and death was observed in patients with both CKD and AF (68.5 and 64.0%), respectively. In multivariable analyses, compared with patients with neither AF nor CKD, hazard ratios (HR) for composite of MACCE were 1.66 (95% CI, 1.14-2.41), 1.24 (95% CI, 1.06-1.46), and 2.10 (95% CI, 1.42-3.13) for patients with AF only, those with CKD only, and those with both CKD and AF, respectively (p for interaction = 0.935). Patients with both CKD and AF had a greatest risk for all-cause mortality (HR 2.54; 95% CI, 1.60-4.53), and the significant synergistic interaction was observed between CKD and AF (p for interaction = 0.015). <B><I>Conclusion:</I></B> The combined effect of AF and CKD on the risk of MACCE after an AMI is stronger than any separate condition, and it confers a synergistic effect on the all-cause mortality risk.</P><P>© 2014 S. 게이트 심근관류 SPECT의 정량적 평가를 위해 사용되는 자동화된 정량화 소프트웨어(AutoQUANT)는 획득 자료 처리과정에 따라 측정치 오차가 발생할 것으로 예상된다. 동일한 환자를 대상으로 다른 조건의 변화 없이 QPS (Quantitative Perfusion SPECT) 프로그램에서 Myocardial extract 전후에 따른 정량적 지표를 구하여 평가하고자 한다. 2010년 6월부터 2010년 12월까지 부산대학교병원 핵의학과에서 Tc-99m MIBI 게이트 심근관류 SPECT를 시행한 환자 중 51명(남:여=34:17, 평균나이 $66.45{\pm}9.92$)을 대상으로 하였다. 심근의 단축단면상을 이용하여 원형 관심영역은 배후영역을 제외한 심근영역에서 설정한 자료를 획득하였다. AutoQUANT를 이용한 QPS 프로그램에서 일과성허혈확장(Transient Ischemic Dilation, TID), 부하기 관류결손 범위율의 합(Extent of Stress Defect, ESD)과 부하기 관류점수 합(Summed Stress Score, SSS)을 구하여 비교 분석하였다. QPS 프로그램에서 Myocardial extract 적용 전과 적용 후 정량적 지표의 상관계수는 TID (r=0.98), ESD (r=0.99), SSS (r=0.99) 모두 좋은 상관관계를 보였다. 95% 신뢰수준에서 TID (p=0.78), ESD (p=0.31), SSS (p=0.19) 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 육안분석에서는 판독에 영향을 줄 수 있을 만한 영상의 차이는 발견할 수 없었다. QPS 프로그램에서 Myocardial extract 적용 전과 적용 후 정량적 지표(TID, ESD, SSS)는 모두 좋은 상관관계가 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었고, 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. Myocardial extract 영상처리기법이 비교적 간단하여 심근관류 SPECT 영상의 질을 올릴 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: As to analytical method of data, the AutoQUANT software in which it is used quantitative rating of the myocardial perfusion SPECT are reported that there is a difference. Therefore the measured value error of the mutual program is expected to be generated even if the quantitative analysis is made data of the same patient. The purpose of this study is to offer the comparative analysis of myocardial extract method in Quantitative Perfusion SPECT. Materials and methods: We analyzed the 51 patients who were examined by Tc-99m MIBI gated myocardial SPECT in nuclear medicine department of Pusan National University Hospital from June to December 2010(34 men, 17 women, mean age $66.5{\pm}9.9$). We acquired the extracted image in myocardial extract protocol. QPS program that uses the AutoQUANT software measured TID(Transient Ischemic Dilation), ESD(Extent of Stress Defect), SSS(Summed Stress Score). Then analyzed the results. Results: The correlation of appyling myocardial extract is TID(r=0.98), ESD(r=0.99), SSS(r=0.99). In the 95% confidence limit, there was no satistically significant difference(TID p=0.78, ESD p=0.31, SSS p=0.19). After blinding test with a physician for making a qualitative analysis, there was no difference. Conclusion: Quantitative indices in QPS program showed good correlation and the results showed no statistically signigicant difference. The variance between method was small. therefore, the functional parameters by each method can be used interchangeably. Also, we expect patient's satisfaction.
