        컨테이너 검색기 이송대차 추진용 선형 유도전동기의 2차측 리액션플레이트 재질에 따른 특성 연구

        This paper presents the analysis of the analysis of thrust characteristics of linear induction motors(LIMs) according to secondary reaction plate. LIMs are well known as high speed transport systems, which can obtain thrust directly without gears and links, or auxiliary mechanisms. A simple structure, easy maintenance, and less environmental pollution are advantages of LIMs. In transport systems using LIMs, the secondary reaction plate is an important design factor, because it has considerable impact on the cost of the railway as well as the performance of the LIMs. This paper deals analyzed the characteristics of linear induction motor used for moving the vehicle of container scanner. Thrust, efficiency and load characteristic were interpreted with FEM regarding two models whose material of secondary reaction plate was copper and aluminum. It suggested the interpretation of thrust, efficiency and power factor characteristic along slip and compared the operation ability of linear induction motor through characteristics analysis along the load.

        상생발전을 위한 수직·수평적 세수공유제도 도입 방안

        지속가능한 지방자치 발전을 위해서는 안정적인 세입이 확보되어야 한다. 그러나 우리나라 지방자치는 재정측면에서 중앙국가에 종속되어 있고, 자주 세원은 서울 경기에 편중되어 있어 독립된 지방자치로 발전해 나가지 못하고 있다. 지방의 재정이 중앙에 종속되어 자주재원이 부족한 지방자치단체는 이전재원 확보를 위해서 서울 사무소를 운영하는 등 이전재원확보 경쟁에 나서고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 비도시 지역인 농어촌 지역의 경우 인구의 고령화에 따라 인구가 점차 감소하고 있고 노령인구 증가에 따른 사회복지 수요는 매년 빠르게 증가하고 있어 지방재정의 어려움이 가중되고 있다. 본 연구는 서울 경기에 편중된 취득세와 국세의 중요 세목인 법인세를 세수공유 하는 일정 성장률 이상 세수 증가분은 지방으로 이전하게 하는 제도를 설계함으로서 수도권의 재원이 지방세 이전될 수 있는 시스템을 구축하여 비수도권에서 안정적으로 세입을 확보하고 중앙과 지방, 수도권과 비수도권이 서로 상생할 수 있는 세수공유 시스템을 구축해 보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 세수공유 시스템을 통해서 정상적인 세수보다 증가하는 이상적인 세입 증가가 발생하는 경우 이를 지방으로 이전시킴으로써 경기변동 및 부동산 시장의 변동에 따른 추가 세입분을 공유할 수 있게 하여 수도권과 비수도권 모두가 상생할 수 있는 제도적인 구조를 구축하는 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 공헌점은 지방자치단체가 직면한 인구고령화라는 사회적인 문제에 선제적으로 대응하기 위한 방안으로 상호협력을 바탕으로 하는 세입분야의 세수공유를 통한 혼합재정 조정 방안을 제시하였다는데 그 의미가 있다. For the sustainable development of local government, it should be ensured a stable revenue. Korea local governments rely on the central government in terms of financing. Local governments are competing to obtain central government grants. The population is decreasing gradually but the welfare needs is increasesing because of elderly population increase. As a result, local financial difficulties is increasing. This study targeted the tax revenue sharing for win-win strategy between the central and local governments. The central government and local governments can help each other through tax revenue sharing. Urban and rural areas also can help through tax revenue sharing. This study proposes Mixed tax revenue exchange sharing Model. This model helps getting a stable revenue for local governments by mitigating rapid changes in economic cycles and property market. Contributions of this study is to present win-win model between the central and local governments. That is good solution for an aging society.

      • Experimental Studies On extension of survival time for tumor bearing and immunomodulatory effects of Yukgunjatang,Soshihotang,Houttunynia Herba

        In order to investigate the effects of Yukunjatang. Soshihotang. Houttuynia Herba. on extension of survival title for tumor bearing effect after developing of tumors followed by being grafted with the Sarcoma-180 cells and immunomedulatory effects in mice. the extracts of its herbal medicines were orally administered to mice for 21 days. The experimental studies were performed for observation of extention of survival time for tumor bearing effect, quantitation of T cells and B cells, Interleukin-2 productivity, delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH), lymphocyte transformation for cell mediated immune response, hemagglutinin titer and hemolysin titer far humoral immune response and splenic natural killer cell activity (NKCA) in ICR or C5 7 BI/6mice. The results were summerized as follows: 1.Yukgunjatang and Soshihotang were significantly recognized to extend the survival time of tumor bearing mice (p < 0.05 respectively). 2. For the effect of T cell and B cell quantitation, the only Soshihotang-medicated group showed a significant increase on Interleukin-2 productivity (P < 0.05). 3.Yukgunjatang-medicated group showed a significant increase on Inlerleukin-2 productivity (p < 0.05). 4.Delayed type hypersensivity was not significantly increased in all sample groups as compared with control group. But Houttuynia Herba-medicated group showed a little higher than that of the control group. 5.Natural killer cell activity was not significantly increased in all sample groups as compared with control group. But Houttuynia Herba-medicated group showed a little higher than that of the control group in E/T ratio 50:1 6.Lymphocyte transformation was significantly increased in Soshihotang, Houttuynia Herba, and Soshihotang plus Houttuynia Herba-medicated groups (p < 0.01, p < 0.02. p < 0.02 respectively). 7.Serum antibody titer was not significantly increased in all sample groups as compared with control group. Acoording to tole above results. Yukgunjatang, Soshihotang, and Hottuynia Herba are considered to suggest useful herbal medicines on extension of survival time for tumor beraring and immunomodulatory effect. And then it is expected that medicines are more helpful in treatment of cancer patients.

        Severe Endobronchial Inflammation Induced by Aspiration of a Ferrous Sulfate Tablet

        Iron supplements such as ferrous sulfate tablets are usually used to treat iron-deficiency anemia in some elderly patients with primary neurologic disorders or decreased gag reflexes due to stroke, senile dementia, or parkinsonism. While the aspiration of ferrous sulfate is rarely reported, it is a potentially life-threatening condition that can lead to airway necrosis and bronchial stenosis. A detailed history and high suspicion of aspiration are required to avoid delays in diagnosis and treatment. The diagnosis can be confirmed by bronchoscopic examination and a tissue biopsy. Early removal of the aspirated tablet prevents acute complications, such as bronchial necrosis, hemoptysis, and lobar consolidation. Tablet removal is also necessary to prevent late bronchial stenosis. We presented the first case in Korea of a ferrous sulfate tablet aspiration that induced severe endobronchial inflammation.

        Isolation and characterization of high-CO2 sensitive Nannochloropsis salina mutant

        Carbon acquisition and utilization are fundamental processes required for the growth and metabolism of algae, eukaryotic organisms that play a crucial role in global carbon cycling and contribute to the primary productivity of aquatic ecosystems. Algal cells rely on carbonic anhydrases (CAs) to facilitate the acquisition of inorganic carbon (Ci) and its conversion into bicarbonate ions (HCO3−) for various cellular processes. Understanding the molecular mechanisms that underlie Ci regulation is vital for unraveling the adaptation of algae to different CO2 conditions and enhancing the production of algal biomass. In this study, we characterized mutant algae showing robust growth under low CO2 conditions but impaired growth in high CO2 environments. Our investigation revealed a significant reduction in intracellular Ci content in the mutant, suggesting a disruption in Ci regulatory mechanisms. Through molecular analysis, we identified the pKIWI502 gene homolog as one of the mutated loci, which played a critical role in Ci regulation and was responsible for the mutant phenotype. Introduction of the intact pKIWI502 gene into mutant algae resulted in the recovery of high-CO2 sensitivity and the restoration of intracellular Ci content. These findings highlight the possible role of the pKIWI502 homolog in pH homeostasis and Ci regulation, and provide insights into the molecular basis of the mutant phenotype. Furthermore, our study improves the understanding of algal physiology and offers potential strategies for enhancing algal biomass production and carbon capture technologies.

        Effects of Bio-degradable Mulches on the Yield of Maize and the Density of Soil Microbe

        The use of polyethylene film has a problem such as increasing rural environmental contamination, collection costs and farmers' workload. The objective of this study was to evaluate bio-degradable films in terms of yield of maize and soil environment. Treatments were bio-degradable film A (BDF A), bio-degradable film B (BDF B), high density polyethylene (HDPE), and non-mulched (NM) soil. Daily mean values of soil temperature (10 cm depth) under BDF A, BDF B, and HDPE were higher than in NM soil by 2.2, 2.8, $3.1^{\circ}C$ respectively. In the mulching cultivation of maize, bio-degradable film began to degrade from 50~60days after the planting. The degradation was much progressed in the harvest time and almost decomposed in the following spring. The weight of ear of maize was not shown significantly by mulching treatments. There were little changes of soil chemical properties for the bio-degradable film mulching. After using bio-degradable films, the contents of biomass-C and dehydrogenase activity increased from 92 to $137{\sim}147mg\;kg^{-1}$, and from 87 to $123{\sim}168mg\;kg^{-1}$ respectively.

        Effects of Home Based Serious Game Training (Brain Talk™) in the Elderly With Mild Cognitive Impairment: Randomized, a Single-Blind, Controlled Trial

        Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) increases with aging society. Serious games may be effective in improving cognitive function in patients with MCI; however, research on their effects remains insufficient. This study aimed to confirm the efficacy and safety of cognitive rehabilitation training using a serious game (Brain Talk™) for the elderly with MCI. Twenty- four elderly individuals with MCI were randomized into study and control groups. The study group received 12 training sessions (30 min/session, 3 times/week), whereas the control group did not receive training. Blinded evaluations were conducted before and after the training and four weeks after the training. The primar y outcome measures were the Korean Mini-Mental State Examination (K-MMSE) and K-MoCA (Korean Montreal Cognitive Assessment). Secondar y outcome measures were the Semantic Verbal Fluency Task (SVFT), Trail-Making Test-B, and 2-back test. In the study group, the K-MMSE, K-MoCA, and SVFT scores after finishing the training and 4 weeks after training showed a significant increase; however, there was no significant change in the control group. No significant differences were obser ved between the two groups. Cognitive function significantly improved in the study group after training. Home-based serious games are considered helpful in improving cognitive function
