ML 기법에 기반을 둔 측정치 융합기법을 가진 다중표적 방위각 추적 알고리즘

Recently, Ryu et al. proposed a multiple target DOA tracking algorithm, which has good features that it has no data association problem and simple structure. But its performance is seriously degraded in the low signal-to-noise ratio. In this paper, a measurement fusion method is presented based on ML(Maximum Likelihood), and the new DOA tracking algorithm is proposed by incorporating the presented fusion method into Ryu's algorithm. The proposed algorithm has a better tracking performance than that of Ryu's algorithm, and it sustains the good features of Ryu's algorithm.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>In high-speed modern industries, high-temperature stability of materials is essential. A promising high-temperature material currently attracting attention is silicon carbide (SiC)-based ceramic matrix composites (CMC). However, a disadvantage of these materials is their reduced lifetime in an oxidizing atmosphere. To overcome this, environmental barrier coating can be employed. In this study, we aimed to fabricate an environmental barrier coating using suspension plasma spray with Yb<SUB>2</SUB>Si<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>7</SUB>, which exhibits excellent oxidation resistance and a similar thermal expansion coefficient to SiC. To prepare the crystalline Yb<SUB>2</SUB>Si<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>7</SUB> coating layer, the gas concentration of the plasma spray was adjusted, and then the suspension manufacturing solvent was adjusted and sprayed. The prepared coating samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscopes, and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy to determine phase and microstructure changes. Highly crystalline ytterbium disilicate was observed at low plasma enthalpy with no hydrogen and 20% addition of water.</P>

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P><B>Purpose</B></P> <P>We describe a rationale for the re-classification of the BRCA1 c.5539T>C (L1780P) variant using a clinical evidence.</P> <P><B>Methods</B></P> <P>A retrospective review was conducted to identify all patients with breast or ovarian cancer and the L1780P variant between 2002 and 2015 at a single institution.</P> <P><B>Results</B></P> <P>We identified the BRCA1/2 genetic mutation test results of 1223 breast cancer patients and 174 patients with ovarian cancer. Of the 160 BRCA 1/2 variant unknown significance, 16 (10.0%) patients were identified as having the L1780P variant. Among them, 10 had breast cancer, 4 had ovarian cancer, and 2 had both breast and ovarian cancer. Thirteen (81.3%) patients with this variant had family histories of breast or ovarian cancer. Two (16.7%) also had comorbid ovarian cancer. Two patients with this variant showed that co-segregation of the disease in multiple family members and family histories of breast and ovarian cancer. This variant was found to be either absent or at extremely low frequency in general population databases.</P> <P><B>Conclusion</B></P> <P>The L1780P variant might confer to “Likely pathogenic” according to a clinical evidence and the ACMG standards and guidelines. A nation-wide or global survey and a functional analysis are needed to confirm the pathogenicity of the L1780P variant.</P>
