Direction Fourier transform has been used to measure small in-plane displacement of a specimen in speckle interferometry. A rectangular steel plate with a circular hole at the center has been used as the specimen.Thirty-two interference fringe images of the specimen each of which has different phase of π/16 radians have been obtained by phase shifting method of speckle interferometry in optical experiment and they have been used for direction Fourier transform. The results of in-plane displacement of the specimen by the phase shifting method and direction Fourier transform have agreed well with those by finite element method.

목적: 최근 미세단충촬영기가 개발되면서 미세한 해면골의 2차원 및 3차원 영상을 분석할 수 있는 방법이 소개되었다. 저자들은 미세단충촬영기 및 유한요소모델을 이용하여 괴사된 대퇴골두 해면골의 미세구조 및 기계적 특성을 분석하여 대퇴 골두 무혈성괴사의 치료법 중에서 골두 보존술에 도움이 되는 자료를 구하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 미세단층촬영기를 이용하여 7개의 괴사된 대퇴골두의 제1압박골소주군 부위를 촬영하여 미세구조영상을 얻어 구조분석 및 유한요소모델을 만들었다. 이들 모델은 3개의 부위(Zone)으로 나뉘어 유한요소해석을 수행하였다. 결과: 결과는 반응부위(Zone Ⅱ)에서 구조적 특성과 기계적 특성의 중요한 변화를 보였다. 특히, 골소주 두께, 골 체적비, 반력, 그리고 영률은 다른부위(Zone Ⅰ and Zone Ⅲ)에 비해서 중요한 증가를 보였다. 그러나 Zone Ⅰ과 Zone Ⅲ에서는 중요한 변화가 없었다. 결론: 반응부위에서 구조적 특성과 기계적 특성이 강해진 것은 ONFH의 골두보존술에서 부분전치환술시 시멘트를 중요하게 지지해 줄 것으로 생각된다. 따라서 Zone Ⅱ는 임플란트의 함몰을 피하기 위해서 이 부분을 보존하는 것이 유리하다고 사료된다. Purpose: The development of micro-CT has recently been introduced for the analysis of the 20 and 30 micro-images taken with the high-resolution technique. The aim of this study was to analyze the microstructural and mechanical properties of trabecular bone with osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) by using micro-CT and the finite element model, and we wanted to elucidate ways to help surgeons during headsaving procedures. Materials and Methods: Seven bone cores obtained from human femoral heads with osteonecrosis were scanned using the micro-CT system. Based on the micro-images, the finite element model was created in three region within the ONFH, respectively, and finite element analysis was then performed. Results: The results showed salient changes of the microstructural and mechanical properties in the reactive zone (Zone Ⅱ) specimens. Specifically, there were significant increases in the trabecular thickness, the bone volume fraction, the reaction force and Young's modulus. However, no significant differences in the other zones were found. Conclusion: The Zone Ⅱ within the ONFH has a strong microstructure and good mechanical strength. The results of our study, are impotant for surgeons when they are cementing a partial resurfacing implant to preserve the femoral head during treatment for ONFH. Thus, we suggest that Zone Ⅱ should be preserved as much as possible to avoid implant subsidence.
의료용 N95 마스크 착용방법에 대한 교육 전,후 밀착계수 비교

Objectives: This study compares the differences of fit factors before and after training on the N95 mask. The results will be utilized to suggest the need of providing effective training on respirator use. Methods: A total of 49 study subjects were tested, comprised of nurses from a general hospital and undergraduate nursing students from a medical school. Anthropometric measurements of face length and face width were compared with the NIOSH(National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) panel. Fit factors(FF) were measured with TSI Portacount Pro+ 8038 before and after on-site training regarding the proper use of respirators. The FF pass/fail criterion was set at 100. Results: Two subjects(4.1 %) passed the fit test before training on use of the N95. However, 36(73.5%) of the 49 passed the test after training. Overall the FF(GM(GSD)) was 13.4(3.2) before training, but improved to 106.6(2.1) after training, which was statistically significant. These findings suggest the efficacy of educational intervention, and the performance of the direct on-site training proved to be better than that of the traditional educational methods. Conclusions: This study showed the effect of on-site training of the N95 respirator among health care workers(HCW). Therefore, providing effective training on the use of N95 for HCWs before their work assignments will greatly reduce exposure to harmful agents. It is recommended that fit testing be mandated to check for adequate protection being provided by the given respirators.

This study is to analyze and compare improved curing sheet with blue sheet in order to verify the performance related to tensile stress. As results, it is confirmed that improved curing sheet(MP+BBS1) is better than the blue sheet at using field already. Synthetically, curing sheet improved by MP is analyzed to be available instead of the original because it is superior to tensile stress.
