Test and Analysis on the Interference to the CBTC Systems by Wi-Fi Signals
Li Ming,Wang Hua-shen,Zhao Hong-li,Zhu Li 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of u- and e- Service, Scienc Vol.8 No.3
Communication-Based Train Control (CBTC) system is an automated train control system using bidirectional train-ground communications to ensure the safe operation of rail vehicles. The interference from Wi-Fi signals to the CBTC signals has significant impacts on the train control performance. Most of previous works use data from simulation platform. This paper proposes a method to test the Wi-Fi interference to the Communication Based Train Control(CBTC) systems. The test is made mainly based on real subway, and supplemented by laboratory simulation platform. The collected data is to be compared and analyzed. The test result shows that the signal transmission mode of waveguide is the most reliable, followed by the leaky cable. The transmission mode of free wave has the worst anti-interference capability to Wi-Fi signals. This is because that both the waveguide and leaky cable transmission have a better encapsulation compared with the free space transmission. Also applying for specific bands can effectively reduce the interference transferred from Wi-Fi signals to the CBTC.

Gaeumannomyces graminis var. tritici is a soil borne pathogenic fungus associated with wheat roots. The accurate quantification of gene expression during the process of infection might be helpful to understand the pathogenic molecular mechanism. However, this method requires suitable reference genes for transcript normalization. In this study, nine candidate reference genes were chosen, and the specificity of the primers were investigated by melting curves of PCR products. The expression stability of these nine candidates was determined with three programs-geNorm, Norm Finder, and Best Keeper. TUBβ was identified as the most stable reference gene. Furthermore, the exopolygalacturonase gene (ExoPG) was selected to verify the reliability of TUBβ expression. The expression profile of ExoPG assessed using TUBβ agreed with the results of digital gene expression analysis by RNA-Seq. This study is the first systematic exploration of the optimal reference genes in the infection process of Gaeumannomyces graminis var. tritici.
Recovery Voltage Measurements of Oil-immersed Transformer
Ming-hua Li,Ming Dong,Yan-ming Qu,Zhang Yan 한국전기전자재료학회 2006 Transactions on Electrical and Electronic Material Vol.7 No.5
One of the methods currently being investigated as a possible non-intrusive diagnostic tool for condition monitoring of power transformer and cable is the recovery voltage measurement, which will be improving the ability to detect the content of water concentration and the ageing process in the insulation system and may thus be an indicator of insulation quality and its ageing status. The polarization phenomenon was studied using RVM with oil-paper samples. In order to interpret its mechanism, the Extended Debye model was introduced. With different circuit parameters, various simulation results were gotten. Furthermore, with the test samples of different ageing condition, measurements are accomplished in the lab. On the basis of this experiment as well as theoretical analysis, correlations between polarizations and ageing were analyzed.

Li, Hua-Ying,He, Hui-Bo,Han, Wen-Qiang,Yang, Jun,Gu, Tao,Li, Yuan-ming,Lyu, Sung-Ki Korean Society for Precision Engineering 2015 International Journal of Precision Engineering and Vol.16 No.4
TiN and TiAlN coatings were deposited on the surface of AISI 5140 steel and cemented carbide YT15 by magnetron sputtering technique (MSP). The reciprocating sliding tests of TiN and TiAIN coatings on the surface of AISI 5140 steel were performed to investigate the friction coefficients of coatings affected by various normal loads with friction pair of 304 stainless steel balls. Dry machining tests on AISI 5140 hardened steel were carried out with the TiN and TiAlN coated tools on a CA6140A lathe. The effects of cutting speed on cutting forces and surface roughness of TiN and TiAlN coated tools were obtained and analyzed to assess the cutting performance of coated tools. The microcosmic micrographs of wear areas of coated tools were observed and investigated by scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrum. The results show that the friction coefficients of TiN coatings are lower than that of TiAlN coatings. The cutting force of TiAlN coated tool decreases and flank wear resistance enhances in comparison with TiN coated tool. The wear form and mechanisms of TiN coated tool are mainly crater wear on the rake face and adhesive wear and abrasive wear on the flank face. The wear form and mechanisms of TiAlN coated tool are mainly adhesive wear, the breakage of cutting edge and the damage of tip, accompanied with diffusion and oxidation wear.

A 12-week-old baby with a vein of Galen aneurysmal malformation (VGAM) was successfully treated with performing transarterial microcatheter-directed embolization with Berenstein Liquid Coils and n-butyl cyanoacrylate in the feeding arteries. Post-procedure angiography showed a marked decrease of the blood flow into the dilated vein of Galen. Three months later, follow-up angiography showed that the vein of Galen aneurysmal malformation had totally disappeared, and the baby recovered very well without any sequelae. We report here on this interesting case along with a review of the relevant literature, and we aim to enhance physicians' awareness of the treatment for VGAMs.
Endophytic Fungal strains Specifically Modified the Biochemical Status of Grape Cells
Li-Hua Huang,Ming-Zhi Yang,Xiu-Jin Ao,An-Yun Ren,Ming-Quan Yuan,Han-Bo Zhang 한국식물학회 2018 Journal of Plant Biology Vol.61 No.4
Previously, specific interactions in morphologywere observed between grape cells and endophytic fungalstrains during a dual culture experiment. However, thebiochemical impacts of these fungal endophytes on grapecells is also expected due to their potential application in grapequality management. After assessed multiple physiochemicaltraits to those grape cells which have co-cultured with differentendophytic fungal strains in this study, and found the presenceof fungal endophytes obviously triggered ROS stress responsesin grape cells, and the biochemical status in grape cells weredifferentially modified by different fungal strains. In thosetested endophytic fungal strains, RH37 (Epicoccum sp.),RH6 (Alternaria sp.), RH32 (Alternaria sp.) and RH34(Trichothecium sp.) conferred greater metabolic impacts ongrape cells. And soluble protein (SPr), total flavonoids (TF),total phenols (TPh) and malondialdehyde (MDA) on the otherhand, were sensitive biochemical parameters which can beinfluenced in greater ranges than other detected parameters. Most interestedly, fungal endophytes shaped metabolitespatterns in grape cells during the dual culture appeared fungalgenus/species/strain-specificity. The work confirmed thesignificance of fungal endophytes in grape metabolic regulationand elucidated the possibility to purposely manage grapequality using tool of fungal endophytes.
