        서울특별시 종로구 대중목욕탕의 수질 중 미생물 오염도 조사 연구

        The aim of this study is to investigate microbial sanitary condition of public baths in Seoul, Korea. A total of 28 water samples were collected from 14 different public baths and sudatoriums. The prevalence of fecal indicator microorganisms such as total coliform, fecal coliform, and Escherichia coli was characterized. In addition, bacteria in water was membrane filtered by 0.45um nitrocellulose membrane, and the filter was analyzed by both cultivation and PCR amplification of partial 16S rRNA gene. The levels of chlorine were measured for each of water samples. More than 40% of 14 collected water samples, the concentrations of total coliform bacteria exceeded the water quality for bath water guideline. There was no significant correlation between chlorine residue and the presence of total coliform. Various microorganisms including pathogenic microorganisms were identified from cultivation and subsequent analysis of 16s rRNA gene sequences. Our results suggest that appropriate hygiene practice and continuous monitoring is needed for reducing health risk associated with public bathhouses.

        합성화학물질들이 환경으로의 유입은 인체에는 물론 환경생태계에 많은 영향을 미치므로 이들의 유해성 검증은 매우 중요한 일이라 할 수 있다. 실제 산업체에서 사용되는 수많은 화학물질들의 유전적 손상 유발유무는 유해성검증에서 무엇보다 중요한 일이라 할 수 있다. 이에 산업체 공정과정에서 널리 사용되는 것으로 알려진 17종의 합성화학물질에 대해 마우스의 말초 혈의 망상적혈구를 이용한 in vivo 소핵시험을 수행하여, 소핵형성 유발유무를 관찰하였다. 양성대조군으로 사용된 mitomycin C는 음성대조군과 비교시 유의하게 소핵을 유발하는 반면, 비교적 마우스에서 높은 50% 치사량을 보이는 benzoyl chloride, p-toluene sulfonic acid 및 4,4'-sulfonyldianiline 등의 합성물질들을 포함한 총 17종의 물질들은 본 실험결과 통계적으로 유의하게 소핵을 유발하지 않는 것을 관찰 할 수 있었다.

        고등학교 디지털교과서를 대비한 ‘중국어Ⅰ’ e-book 현황 연구

        A digital textbook is a textbook with the structure and contents of a paper textbook, but with digital functions added to it. According to the textbook development plan of the Ministry of Education, currently digital textbooks were distributed only for English subjects in high schools, and ‘Chinese I’ subjects are still in the form of e-books. However, the Ministry of Education plans to announce a new curriculum in 2022, and there is a possibility that ‘Chinese I’ will be converted into a digital textbook in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the digital textbook in depth and prepare to reflect the current status of the 'Chinese I e-book' in the development of new textbooks. Thus, this paper examined the development principles of high school digital textbooks, analyzed the pros and cons of the ‘Chinese I’ e-book, and then made suggestions for the future development of digital textbooks. Among the 11 types of current 'Chinese I' textbooks, 4 types of textbooks were selected because these e-books cover the four language skills separately and provide relatively various viewer functions. First, the paper examined the differences between digital textbooks and e-books through the concept of high school digital textbooks. Next, the development principle was derived through the verification standards of digital textbooks. Based on these principles, the four ‘Chinese I’ e-books were divided into eight areas: unit introduction, listening, speaking, reading, writing, activity, confirmation problem, and culture, and the strengths and weaknesses of each area were analyzed. The current 'Chinese I' e-book provides additional teaching and learning materials not found in paper textbooks through various viewer-providing functions, and encourages self-directed learning and learning by level. However, it is necessary to provide additional functions that can promote various interactions between teachers and students, students and students, and students and content. In addition, by strengthening the platform area, the insufficient areas in teaching/learning materials, methods, and evaluation must be supplemented. In the future, we expect the development of digital textbooks that are much more effective than e-books.

        일상성의 문화적 잠재력 연구: 싱어송라이터의 ‘길거리 노래’를 중심으로

        본 논문은 일상성의 의미화 과정을 통해 문화적 창조성의 잠재력과 그 가능성을 고찰하는 데 목적이 있다. 우리의 일상은 사소하기도 하고 특별하기도 한 순간들을 경험하면서 다양한 사건이 일어날 바탕이 되는 중요한 위치를 가진다. 일상성은 지배체계가 간섭하지 못하는 잔여적인 영역의 저항성과 창조적 실천성이 결합된 일상생활의 무대에서 드러난다. 일상성이 의미화되는 과정은 일상을 다양하게 재해석, 재창조하는 적극적인 문화 생비자에 의해 일상적 소통 마당을 형성한다. 이를 밝히기 위해 일상적 삶을 무대로 한 예술 활동이 어떤 문화적 잠재력을 갖는지에 대해 싱어송라이터의 ‘길거리 노래’를 사례 연구로 살펴보았다. ‘길거리 노래’는 마이너리티 영역에서 주류 문화체계의 정형화된 의미를 통합, 변환, 재가공해 일상적인 ‘길거리’로 확장시켜 나간다. 일상을 무대로 한 거리예술은 소유할 수 없는 공간을 새롭게 전유함으로써 이동, 운동, 변화를 이끌어 내고, ‘일상 예술’이라는 자기영역을 확보한다. 이러한 새로운 문화체계는 일상의 영역에서 이루어진다. 여기에서 일상의 예술양식은 일상성을 기반으로 한 내용적 측면과 현장성, 즉흥성, 유동성의 형식적 측면을 내포한다. 그리고, 일상 예술은 생산과 소비가 결합된 상호작용적이고 직접적인 소통방식의 새로운 문화체계를 독자적으로 형성한다. 일상 예술의 잠재력은 문화 공공성, 다양성, 개방성을 지향하는 일상성을 원동력으로 새로운 문화 마당을 부상시킨다. 이 가능성은 상업성, 획일성, 폐쇄성으로 정형화된 주류문화의 구조적 한계를 극복하고, 물신주의적 소비대중으로 전락한 현대인의 왜곡, 축소, 소외된 일상을 회복시켜 새롭게 거듭나는 삶의 비전을 제시한다. This thesis aims to study of the potentiality and the possibility of cultural creativity as the process of making meaning from everydayness. Everyday life occupies a prominent position in various events happened while experienced trivial and special moments. Everydayness is revealed on the stage of life which is combined the creative practicality with the resistance in residual areas independent from the mainstream system. The process of making meaning from everydayness creates the atmosphere of everyday communication by an active and cultural prosumer who recreates and reinterprets the various ways of everyday. This study examined a singer-songwriter’s ‘street song’ which has a certain cultural potentiality of art activities on the stage of everyday life. This street song in minority areas could be extended into everyday-street by integrating, converting and reprocessing meaning of t he standardized cultural mainstream system. A street art on the stage of everyday life derives the movement, the activity, and the change from having the space which could be possessed and secures its domain in the ‘everyday art’. This new cultural system is achieved in the area of everyday life. The everyday art pattern includes the aspect of content based on everydayness and structural aspect of reality, improvisation and liquidity. And, Independently the everyday art was formed the new cul-tural system with a directive and interactive communication combined with the production and the consumption. The potentiality of everyday art emerges as new cultural place through driving force of the everydayness which pursues the public cultural service, the cultural diversity and the cultural openness. The possibilities with cultural potential of everydayness overcame structural limitations on the mainstream culture’s which is stereotypical with a commercial viability, uniformity and closeness. And this also recovers modern people who degraded to fetishistic consumer and everyday modern life which has been distorted, curtailed and alienated. Therefore this presents a vision of a new life.

        미숙아 통증지표(Premature Infant Pain Scale) 개발

        Purpose: To develop and validate a scale suitable and efficient scale for use in clinical practice as to assess pain in premature infants. Method: Pain indicators identified by observation of preterm infants. A cohort of preterm infants was studied prospectively to determine the construct validity, inter-rater reliability, and internal consistency of the scale. The PIPS uses four indicators of pain: corrected gestational age, heart rate, oxygen saturation, behavioral state. The validation study included 45 premature infants with gestational age of 37 weeks or less. Results: The inter-rater reliability of the PIPS was acceptable, with Pearson correlations ranging from .720 to .970. Internal consistency was high: Cronbach's alpha coefficients ranged from .551 to .653. There was a strong correlation between the PIPS and PIPP scores (each researcher's r=.743, each indicator's r=.914). Although gestational age showed no association between these factors and the sum, the other variables were positively associated with the sum. Time needed to calculate PIPS scores is was less than Premature Infant Pain Profile (PIPP) scores(p<.000). Conclusion: The validation data suggest that the PIPS is appropriate and efficient for assessing pain in premature infants. Further studies are required about to determine appropriate interventions for each pain score on the PIPS.

        다문화 멘토링에 참여한 멘토의 진로지도 유형과 경험에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 다문화 멘토링에 참여한 멘토의 진로지도 유형과 경험을 살펴보는데 있다. 이를 위해 설정한 연구 문제는 첫째, 멘토의 진로지도 유형을 살펴보고 둘째, 멘토의 진로지도 경험을 탐색하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 진로지도의 유형은 ``학습형``, ``정보 탐색형``, 그리고 ``주도성 강화형``으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로지도에 따른 경험은 ``지원자``와 ``의구심``으로 도출되었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 멘토들이 멘티에게 시행하는 진로지도 유형을 살펴볼 수 있었으며, 멘토의 진로지도 경험을 통해 멘티에게 필요한 지원탐색과 멘토의 진로지원 전략 개발에 기초방안을 마련할 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to examine the types of career guidance of mentors who participated in the multicultural mentoring. The research questions are as follows. First, the types of career guidance for mentors will be examined. Second, the mentors`` experiences of career guidance will be studied. The results of the study are as follows. First, the types of career guidance revealed to be "learning type", "information searching type", and "initiative reinforcement type." Second, the experiences followed by career guidance were drawn as "supporter" and "doubt." Through these results, we were able to examine the types of career guidance enforced on the mentees by the mentors, and through the career guidance experiences of mentors it is expected that the basic method for support exploration necessary for mentees, and career support strategy development for mentors are expected.

        고등학교 중국어 개사의 교수·학습에 관하여 ― 2015 개정 교육과정과 현행 교과서를 중심으로 ―

        중국어 개사는 사용빈도가 높고, 다양한 기능을 갖는다. 그러므로 고등학교 중국어 수업에서 내용어의 학습도 중요하지만 기능어인 개사의 학습도 그에 못지않게 중요하다. 이에 본고는 현행 교육과정과 고등학교 중국어 교과서에 대한 분석을 통해 고등학교 중국어 개사의 교수·학습이 제대로 이루어지고 있는지 파악하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본고는 우선 현행 중등학교 중국어 교육과정의 ‘기본 어휘표’와 ‘의사소통 기본 표현’에서 개사를 추출하고, 의미에 따라 분류하였다. 이어서 교육과정에 의거하여 현행 고등학교 교과서 『중국어Ⅰ』 11종과 『중국어Ⅱ』 6종에서 수록한 개사의 개수와 교수·학습 내용을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 『중국어Ⅰ』과 『중국어Ⅱ』를 모두 출판한 6종 교과서를 대상으로 두 교과서 간의 체계성(연계성)이 구현되었는지 고찰하였다. 교육과정의 ‘기본 어휘표’는 총 36개의 다양한 의미의 개사를 수록하였다. 그러나 ‘기본 어휘표’에 품사를 제시하여 교수·학습 범위를 구체적으로 제시할 필요가 있다. 그리고 교과서에 더욱 다양한 개사와 예문을 수록하고, 『중국어Ⅰ』과 『중국어Ⅱ』 간의 나선형 학습과 점진적인 학습이 이루어질 수 있도록 개선할 필요가 있다. The Chinese preposition has various functions with a high frequency of usage. Thus, learning function words in high school Chinese class is as much important as learning content words. The purpose of the study is to analyze the current curriculum and high school Chinese textbooks to find out whether the teaching and learning of high school Chinese preposition is being done properly. The study first extracted prepositions from the ‘Basic Vocabulary List’ and ‘Basic Communication Expressions’ of the current high school Chinese curriculum and classified them according to the meaning. Then, based on the curriculum, the numbers of prepositions and teaching and learning contents in 11 kinds of 『ChineseⅠ』 and 6 kinds of 『Chinese Ⅱ』 high school textbooks were analyzed. Finally, the systemicity (connectivity) between the two textbooks was examined for 6 textbooks that had both published 『ChineseⅠ』 and 『Chinese Ⅱ』. The ‘Basic Vocabulary List’ of the curriculum contains a total of 36 prepositions with various meanings. However, it is necessary to present the parts of speech in the ‘Basic Vocabulary List’ to specifically present the scope of teaching and learning. In addition, more improvements are needed for the spiral learning and gradual learning between 『ChineseⅠ』 and 『Chinese Ⅱ』 by including diverse prepositions and examples.

        가능보어와 상태보어의 비교 연구 ― "단음절동사+득(得)+단음절형용사"를 중심으로

        本文的旨在指出由單音節形容詞構成的可能補語和情態補語之間的差別, 其硏究句式爲"單音節動詞+得+單音節形容詞"。 首先, 從語料考察由單音節形容詞作可能補語與情態補語的情況, 其硏究句式爲"單音節動詞+得+單音節形容詞"。 語料來源有二: 一爲台灣中央硏究院的平衡語料庫; 二爲中國北京大學漢語語言學硏究中心的語料庫。 本文中將由單音節形容詞作可能補語與情態補語的情況大致分爲三: 一爲只作可能補語, 如"喝得醉"; 二爲只作情態補語, 如"哭得慘": 三爲兼作可能補語與情態補語, 如"寫得好"。 最後從單音節動詞的語義要素、單音節形容詞的語義及單音節動詞和單音節形容詞的語義關系這三種視點來指出由單音節形容詞構成的可能補語或情態補語的條件

        아동 중국어 읽기 교육과 교재에 관한 논의 -초등학생을 중심으로

        The study examines how Chinese reading education for elementary school students should be conducted. Based on this, the study investigated how many different reading materials for children are being published in Korea, and further investigated whether the current Chinese textbooks for children are suitable for the purpose of ‘reading for learning’ or ‘reading for pleasure’. The curriculum guiding elementary education does not include Chinese subjects. Therefore, in this paper, the theory of Chinese reading education, YCT, and elementary school English and Korean curriculum were studied to find out how Chinese education for elementary school students should be conducted. As a result of reviewing the current Chinese textbooks for children based on the study, currently there are only four Chinese reading materials for children. Among them, only one textbook had the composition of intensive reading or extended reading. Therefore, the study set this only textbook as a subject of the study and examined whether the book is suitable for the purpose of ‘reading for learning’ or ‘reading for pleasure’ for elementary school students through analysis of the topics, reading materials, and teaching and learning activities. The result showed there was a lot of room for improvement as a textbook for the purpose of learning, although the requirements for textbooks for the purpose of pleasure were generally satisfying. Developing children’s reading skill is very important in modern days where digital literacy is important. For this purpose, it is hoped that various reading materials that can achieve both purpose of ‘reading for learning’ and ‘reading for pleasure’ to be published.
