        Review of the Macrophya formosana group (Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae) with descriptions of two new species

        The Macrophya formosana group is reviewed and six species are recognized from Europe and East Asia, among them two new species, M. brevispuralis Li, Liu & Wei sp. nov. and M. pseudoformosana Li, Liu &Wei sp. nov. from China, and four known species, M. crassula (Klug 1817), M. dolichogaster Wei & Ma, 1997, M. formosana Rohwer 1916 and M. liukiuana Takeuchi 1926. A key to all known species of the Macrophya formosana group is provided.

        Review of the Macrophya regia group (Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae) from China with the descriptions of two new species

        The Macrophya regia group is reviewed and five species are recognized from China, among them two new species, M. acutiserrula Li, Liu & Wei sp. nov. and M. frontalis Li, Liu & Zhu sp. nov., and three known species, M. regia Forsius 1930, M. maculoclypeatina Wei et al. 2003, and M. xiaoi Wei et al. 2003. A key to the Chinese species of the Macrophya regia group are provided.

        In Vitro and In Vivo Evaluation of Ranitidine Hydrochloride Loaded Hollow Microspheres in Rabbits

        The objective of this investigation was to develop the hollow micro spheres as a new dosage form of floating drug delivery systems with prolonged stomach retention time. Hollow microspheres containing ranitidine hydrochloride (RH) were prepared by a novel solvent diffusion-evaporation method using ethyl cellulose (EC) dissolved in a mixture of ethanol and ether (6: 1.0, v/v). The yield and drug loading amount of hollow micro spheres were $83.21{\pm}0.28%$ and $20.7{\pm}0.32%$, respectively. The in vitro release profiles showed that the drug release rate decreased with increasing viscosity of EC and the diameter of hollow microspheres, while increased with the increase of RH/EC weight ratio. Hollow microspheres could prolong drug release time (approximately 24 h) and float over the simulate gastric fluid for more than 24 h. Pharmacokinetic analysis showed that the bioavailability from RH-hollow micro spheres alone was about 3.0-times that of common RH gelatin capsules, and it was about 2.8-times that of the solid microspheres. These results demonstrated that RH hollow micro spheres were capable of sustained delivery of the drug for longer period with increased bioavailability.

        Model-free Adaptive Tracking Control for Networked Control Systems Under DoS Attacks and RTT Delays

        The model-free adaptive secure tracking control (MFASTC) problem of nonlinear networked control systems is explored in this paper with the consideration of DoS attacks and RTT delays. In order to compensate for DoS attacks and RTT delays, a new estimate value dependent attack compensation mechanism is proposed and a network-based predictive delay compensation mechanism is employed. The data-based design method need not any model or structure information of the system, and only depends on input/output data. In addition, the MFASTC algorithm is proposed to guarantee the output tracking error being bounded in the sense of mean square. Finally, an example with comparisons is used to show the effectiveness of the new algorithm.

        Effective Game Character Design on the Influence of National Culture

        현재 게임산업의 발전으로 시장경제가 치열해지고 있고 게임유저(user)의 게임 그래픽에 대한 심미적 요구가 높아지고 있다. 하지만 같은 장르의 대부분 게임 스타일이 비슷하며 게임유저 선호에 밀접한 독창성에 대한 부분은 미흡하며 더욱이 전 세계에 거친 유저들이 동시에 이용하는 MMORPG 게임의 경우 각 나라만의 게임그래픽 선호도의 지침이 중요한 사항인데 반해 제작국가의 불분명성에 기인한 설계가 만연하다. “각 국가 독창성은 세계화의 초석이다”라는 이념은 이미 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있고 게임 디자인 분야 또한 중요한 성공요인으로 작용한다. 각 국가에서 오랜 역사속의 고유의 문화가 존재하고, 대표적인 우수한 스토리텔링 요소를 찾아 활용하면 게임디자인 산업에 대한 중요한 아이디어발상에 큰 기본이 된다. 한국, 중국, 일본은 이미 유명한 스토리텔링의 주제인 “삼국지”를 기반으로 중국의 전통문화와 자기나라의 상황을 결합하여 게임 디자인을 진행하였다. 삼국의 각각 독특한 게임디자인 스타일이 분명히 존재하며 산업적 활용성 차원의 실질적 게임디자인에 도움이 되는 연구가치로써 중요한 연구배경을 이룬다. 본 연구는 선행연구로써 각국의 30명의 게임유저를 대상으로 한국, 중국 일본 게임의 독창적 특성에 관한 인식을 설문하여 분명한 국가적 특징은 존재하나 구체적인 각국의 다양한 독창적 특성을 발견하지 못한 점을 유념하여 연구배경 및 프로세스를 논리적으로 정립하여 각 나라의 “삼국지 게임”을 주제로 한 온라인게임을 연구대상으로 게임 배경 디자인, 인물캐릭터 디자인 요소를 비교분석하여 각 나라의 디자인 특징을 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 한국, 중국, 일본의 게임 디자인 스타일이 독특한 캐릭터의 특징을 도출하였고 이는 중국의 전통 문화를 이해 할뿐만 아니라 게임 발전을 위한 요구에 적용할 수 있는 참고자료가 될 것이다. At present, with the game industry booming, market competition became more and more intense. Game players" demands for aesthetic are increasing. However, in recent years, a large number of material for MMORPG is very similar and also we can"t tell manufacturer where it is from. Nowadays, as for the localization of design, “The National One is same as the Global One”? this idea has been recognized by various game industrial categories and it could be also an important success factor. Each country has its own ancient history and culture. Using a representative excellent element, we can provide this unlimited creativities for an actual design industry. Korea, China, Japan has a lots successful "Three Kingdoms" themes" game works. They have a tendency to like to use traditional Chinese culture so that they also well reflected it to their own design style that is why they created three different characteristic three kingdoms style worlds, it is worth learning and referencing. When I interviewed 30 game players who recognized and played the game with three kingdoms theme, they could say it was different but it"s very hard to give the specific differences that could led to chose “Three Kingdoms” game designed by Korea, China and Japan as research objects, through comparison and analysis of games backgrounds, game characters, to split design elements, finding design features of three countries and that could be effective direction for a future game character development. I found out the distinctive character features in Korea, China, Japan games design styles and it will provide the references for the better development talents of whom can not only understand Chinese traditional culture but also adapt to the needs of game development.

        The K+/H+ antiporter AhNHX1 improved tobacco tolerance to NaCl stress by enhancing K+ retention

        High salinity is the one of important factors limiting plant growth and crop production. Many NHX-type antiporters have been reported to catalyze K+/H+ exchange to mediate salt stress. This study shows that an NHX gene from Arachis hypogaea L. has an important role in K+ uptake and transport, which affects K+ accumulation and plant salt tolerance. When overexpressing AhNHX1, the growth of tobacco seedlings is improved with longer roots and a higher fresh weight than the wild type (WT) under NaCl treatment. Meanwhile, when exposed to NaCl stress, the transgenic seedlings had higher K+/H+ antiporter activity and their roots got more K+ uptake. NaCl stress could induce higher K+ accumulation in the roots, stems, and leaves of transgenic tobacco seedlings but not Na+ accumulation, thus, leading to a higher K+/Na+ ratio in the transgenic seedlings. Additionally, the AKT1, HAK1, SKOR, and KEA genes, which are involved in K+ uptake or transport, were induced by NaCl stress and kept higher expression levels in transgenic seedlings than in WT seedlings. The H+-ATPase and H+-PPase activities were also higher in transgenic seedlings than in the WT seedlings under NaCl stress. Simultaneously, overexpression of AhNHX1 increased the relative distribution of K+ in the aerial parts of the seedlings under NaCl stress. These results showed that AhNHX1 catalyzed the K+/H+ antiporter and enhanced tobacco tolerance to salt stress by increasing K+ uptake and transport.
