        Hierarchical polyurethane/RGO/BiOI fiber composite as flexible, selfsupporting and recyclable photocatalysts for RhB degradation under visible light

        Increasing organic pollutants have seriously affected the ecological environment and human health, photocatalytictechnology is considered as one of the most effective and environmentally friendly treatmentmethods. In this work, a novel hierarchical polyurethane (PU)/reduced graphene oxide (RGO)/bismuthoxyiodide (BiOI) composite fiber photocatalyst is constructed via an energy-saving route consisted ofultrasonic-assisted and co-precipitation method by utilizing PU nanofibers as substrate. The RGO are firstevenly wrapped in the PU nanofiber surface and BiOI nanosheets are then uniformly grown on the PU/RGO surface to form the hierarchical PU/RGO/BiOI composite fibers with a core–shell structure. The composition,morphology and electrochemical performance of the obtained PU/RGO/BiOI were characterizedby XRD, XPS, SEM, BET, I-t and EIS. Benefited from the high specific surface area of the PU nanofiber andthe excellent electron transfer ability of the RGO, a remarkable photocatalytic activity was achieved forthe PU/RGO/BiOI composite fibers and the degradation rate of RhB is 93.2% within 180 min. Notably, comparedto the traditional suspended nanoparticles, the PU/RGO/BiOI fibers exhibit excellent flexibility andself-supporting property, and can be easily separated and recovered from the contaminated water. Thus,the obtained PU/RGO/BiOI composite fibers with high photocatalytic activity and easily separable propertyare expected to possess great potential in water purification.

        Synthesis of multi-walled carbon nanotubes over tungsten-doped cobalt-based catalyst derived from a layered double hydroxide precursor

        Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were prepared over a series of W-doped Co-based catalysts derived from layered double hydroxide precursor by catalytic chemical vapor deposition (CCVD) of acetylene. The materials were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), nitrogen adsorption–desorption experi-ments and Raman spectroscopy. The effect of the proportion of W in the Co-based catalysts on the carbon yield, diameter uniformity and quality of CNTs was investigated. The results demonstrated that with the increasing W/Co molar ratio from 0 to 1.0, both the mean number of walls and the average diameter of CNT produced over catalysts increased from about 8 to 28 nm and from about 12.1 to 23.7 nm, respectively. A small amount of tungsten added to the catalyst with the W/Co molar ratio of 0.3 could facilitate the dispersion of catalytically active Co species on the surface of support, and thus uniform and high-quality CNTs with a remarkably high yield of ca. 1600% were obtained.

        Virus Detection Method based on Behavior Resource Tree

        Due to the disadvantages of signature-based computer virus detection techniques, behavior-based detection methods have developed rapidly in recent years. However, current popular behavior-based detection methods only take API call sequences as program behavior features and the difference between API calls in the detection is not taken into consideration. This paper divides virus behaviors into separate function modules by introducing DLLs into detection. APIs in different modules have different importance. DLLs and APIs are both considered program calling resources. Based on the calling relationships between DLLs and APIs, program calling resources can be pictured as a tree named program behavior resource tree. Important block structures are selected from the tree as program behavior features. Finally, a virus detection model based on behavior the resource tree is proposed and verified by experiment which provides a helpful reference to virus detection.

        Development and Characterization of a Novel Anti-idiotypic Monoclonal Antibody to Growth Hormone, Which Can Mimic Physiological Functions of Growth Hormone in Primary Porcine Hepatocytes

        B-32 is one of a panel of monoclonal anti-idiotypic antibodies to growth hormone (GH) that we developed. To characterize and identify its potential role as a novel growth hormone receptor (GHR) agonist, we determined that B-32 behaved as a typical $Ab2{\beta}$ based on a series of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay assays. The results of fluorescence-activated cell sorting, indirect immunofluorescence and competitive receptor binding assays demonstrated that B-32 specifically binds to the GHR expressed on target cells. Next, we examined the resulting signal transduction pathways triggered by this antibody in primary porcine hepatocytes. We found that B-32 can activate the GHR and Janus kinase (2)/signal transducers and activators of transcription (JAK2/STAT5) signalling pathways. The phosphorylation kinetics of JAK2/STAT5 induced by either GH or B-32 were analysed in dose-response and time course experiments. In addition, B32 could also stimulate porcine hepatocytes to secrete insulin-like growth factors-1. Our work indicates that a monoclonal anti-idiotypic antibody to GH (B-32) can serve as a GHR agonist or GH mimic and has application potential in domestic animal (pig) production.

        Study of the Enhancement of Magnetic Properties of NdFeB Materials Fabricated by Modified HDDR Process

        The HDDR (Hydrogenation-Disproportionation-Desorption-Recombination) process is a special method to produce anisotropic NdFeB powders for bonded magnet. The effect of the modified HDDR process on magnetic properties of Nd₂Fe₁₄B-based magnet with several composition Nd_(11.2)Fe_(66.5-x)Co_(15.4)B_(6.8)Zr_(0.1)Ga_x (x = 0~1.0) and that of microelement Ga, disproportional temperature and annealing temperature on jHc, grain size were investigated in order to produce anisotropic powder with high magnetic properties. It was found that modified HDDR process is very effective to enhance magnetic properties and to fine grain size. The addition of Ga could change disproportionation character remarkably of the alloy and could improve magnetic properties of magnet powder. Increasing annealing temperature induces significant grain growth. And grain size produced by modified HDDR process is significantly smaller than those produced by conventional HDDR process.

        진화심리학적 관점에서 조직풍토가 발언과 조직 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 한-중 비교연구

        한국과 중국은 같은 동양문화권 국가지만 역사, 발전과정 측면에서 많은 차이점을 가지고 있기에 이러한 차이점들은 기업의 문화와 풍토에 반영되어 기업 경영에도 큰 차이점을 보일 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 한국과 중국 종업원들을 대상으로 조직풍토가 종업원의 심리적 안전감에 미치는 영향과 조직풍토와 발언 행동, 조직동일시 간의 관계에서 심리적 안전감의 매개효과가 있는지에 대해 분석을 진행하였다. 그 중 조직풍토는 경쟁가치 모델에 근거하여형식화, 노력 두 가지 측면으로 구분하여 분석을 진행했다. 중국 종업원을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 조직풍토 중 형식화와 노력은 종업원의 심리적안전감에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고 심리적 안전감이 높을수록 조직동일시와 발언 행동이증가하였다. 또한 조직풍토(형식화, 노력)와 발언 행동, 조직동일시 간의 관계에서 심리적안전감이 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 한국 종업원을 대상으로 분석한 결과조직풍토 중 형식화는 종업원의 심리적 안전감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만, 노력은 심리적 안전감에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았으며 심리적 안전감이 높을수록 구성원들의 발언 행동과 조직동일시가 증가하였다. 또한 형식화와 발언 행동, 조직동일시간의 관계에서 심리적 안전감이 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났지만 노력에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 영향이 없었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과를 통해 시사점과 한계점 등을제시하였다. While Korea and China share an oriental culture, they have numerous variations in terms of history and development, which may be represented in company culture and environment and reveal significant variances in corporate management. Therefore, this study analyzed the effect of organizational climate on employees’ psychological safety targeting Korean and Chinese employees and whether there was a mediating effect of psychological safety in the relationship between organizational climate, voice behavior, and organizational identification. Based on the competing values framework, the organizational climate was analyzed by dividing it into two aspects: formalization and effort. After examining Chinese employees, we discovered that formalization and effort among organizational climate had a positive effect on employees’ psychological safety. And the higher the employee’s psychological safety of the employee, the higher the organizational identification and voice behavior. Moreover, psychological safety was found to have a mediating effect in the relationship between organizational climate(formalization, effort), voice behavior, and organizational identification. On the other hand, as a result of analyzing Korean employees, formalization had a positive effect on employees’ psychological safety, but efforts did not have a significant effect on psychological safety. And the higher the employee’s psychological safety, the higher the organizational identification and voice behavior. In addition, psychological safety was found to have a mediating effect in the relationship among formalization, voice behavior, and organizational identification, but there was no significant effect was found on effort. Lastly, the implications and limits of this study’s findings were discussed.

        Batch Preparation and Characterization of Anthocyanin/CS/PEO Nanofiber Membranes for Food Packages

        Chitosan (CS), as a biocompatible and biodegradable nature polymer, has excellent antibacterial property. Poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO), as a biomaterial with thermal stability, biocompatibility and biodegradability, has good spinnability. Anthocyanin, as a natural colorant agent with different molecular structures under different pH values, has good antibacterial and antioxidant properties and can be applied as a pH indicator. Electrospun nanofiber membranes (NFMs) show great application prospects in food packaging due to their unique structural and functional advantages. In this work, anthocyanin/CS/PEO nanofiber membranes (NFMs) for food packaging were batch prepared by the spherical section free surface electrospinning (SSFSE), and their yield reached 5.8 ± 0.4 g/h. The morphology, structure and properties of CS-based NFMs were explored, which showed that they were hydrophilic and had excellent antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus). Among them, anthocyanin/CS/PEO NFMs exhibited better mechanical properties and high antioxidant activity. Furthermore, the color changes of anthocyanin/CS/PEO NFMs at different pH values were investigated, illustrating that they could be used as a visual monitoring food packaging, and their application effects in beef storage were studied.
