        DC 마그네트론 Co-sputtering 시스템을 이용하여 증착한 GAZO 박막의 전기적 및 구조적 특성

        Ga/Al doped ZnO (GAZO) thin films were prepared on non-alkali glass substrate by co-sputtering system using two DC cathodes equipped with AZO (Al2O3:2.0 wt%) target and GZO (Ga₂O₃:6.65 wt%) target. This study examined the influence of Al/Ga concentration and substrate temperature on the electrical, structural and optical properties of GAZO films. The lowest resistivity 1.95×10<SUP>?3</SUP> Ω㎝ was obtained at room temperature. With increasing substrate temperature, resistivity of GAZO film decreased to a minimum value of 7.47×10<SUP>?4</SUP>Ω㎝ at below 300℃. Futhermore, when 0.05% H₂ gas was introduced, resistivity of GAZO film decreased to 6.69×10<SUP>?4</SUP>Ω㎝. All the films had a preferred orientation along the (002) direction, indicating that the deposited films have hexagonal wurtzite structure formed by the textured growth along the c-axis. The average transmittance of the films was more than 85% in the visible light range.

      • Comparison of Vinorelbine, Ifosfamide and Cisplatin (NIP) and Etoposide and Cisplatin (EP) for Treatment of Advanced Combined Small Cell Lung Cancer (cSCLC) Patients: A Retrospective Study

        Objective: To compare efficacy and safety profile of vinorelbine, ifosfamide and cisplatin (NIP) with etoposide and cisplatin (EP) in the treatment of advanced combined small cell lung cancer (c-SCLC). Methods: From January 2006 to December 2010, 176 patients with advanced c-SCLC were enrolled. The primary endpoint was overall survival (OS) and the secondary endpoints were progression free survival (PFS), response rate (RR) and toxicity. Results: Overall RR was 30.0% in the NIP and 38.5% in the EP group; there was no significant difference (P=0.236). The PFS in the EP group was little longer than that of NIP group, with 6.5 months for EP and 6.0 months for NIP group, but the difference was statistically non-significant (P=0.163). The median OS and one year survival rates were 10.4 months and 36.3% for NIP group, and 10.8 months and 49.0% for EP respectively, EP showing a survival benefit, although this was not statistically significant. Both groups well tolerated the adverse effects. The incidence of grade I-II leucopenia and alopecia in the NIP group was significantly higher than that of EP group (32.5% vs. 10.4% (P<0.001, 35.0% vs. 12.5%, P<0.001). Conclusion: the ORR, PFS and OS in NIP were slightly inferior to traditional regimen EP. The toxicity of NIP can be considered tolerable. The usage of three drugs combination in the treatment of mixed SCLC remains uncertain. Nevertheless, the results need to be further confirmed by large, prospective clinical trials.

      • Fabric Defect Detection Using Adaptively Tuned Gabor Filters

        A new fabric defect detection algorithm base on Gabor filters is proposed. The spectral characteristics of both fabric texture and defects are analyzed. Gabor wavelet which can be considered as a bank of Gabor filters are used for the decomposition of fabric image. Based on spectral characteristics of fabric texture and defects, a new tuning method of Gabor wavelet is proposed to enhance the energy of defective region and attenuate the energy of normal texture. Decomposition images from different scales and orientations are fused into a single one to emphasize the presence of different kinds of defects. For comparison, the performance of proposed method as well as other two other defect detection methods using Gabor filters is evaluated with typical fabric defect samples. The experiment results obtained indicate that the proposed method is more effective than the other two.

        A NOTE ON A CLASS OF CONVOLUTION INTEGRAL EQUATIONS

        This paper considers a class of new convolution integral equations whose kernels involve special functions such as the generalized Mittag-Leffler function and the extended Kummer hypergeometric function. Some basic properties of interconnection with the familiar Riemann-Liouville operators are obtained which are used in fiding the solution of the main convolution integral equation. Several consequences are deduced from the main result by incorporating certain extended forms of hypergeometric functions in our present investigation.

        Study on the Convergence Experience of “Five senses” in Furniture Design

        The 21st century is an era of rapid development of world economy and technology, an era of highly developed human material culture, and an era of high demand for human spiritual experience. However, in order to meet the initial basic needs of human beings, the standardized batch design and production of furniture products, which are most closely related to human life, making the functions of furniture products more and more single. Consumers’ unilateral sensory stimulation of basic functions has gradually lost its aesthetic power. The products that can attract consumers’ attention or purchase, are not only practical in material aspects, but also spiritual in satisfying various sensory stimulation. Explore the emotional design method of modern furniture, based on the experience of five senses, enrich the design theory system of furniture products, better guide the future furniture design practice with the experience of five senses as the core, make furniture design products more in line with the needs of social development, and make people’s body and mind have more sensory interaction with furniture products. Through the analysis of literature and materials, starting from the concept of five senses, this paper expounds the application enlightenment of "five senses" experience in book design, packaging design and landscape design, and explores the innovative design ideas and methods of multiple experiences in furniture design from "five senses" - visual representation, auditory response, tactile sensation, olfactory imagination and taste perception. Finally, the case questionnaire survey and results analysis. In the diversified functional design of furniture, realizing the interactive five-sense experience, developing the design concept of furniture products, and increasing the competitive advantage of furniture products in the market, will not only contribute to the personalized innovation and development of modern furniture, but also meet the growing spiritual needs of consumers in the market environment of experience economy.

        Data density-based RGB color component feature extraction and area measurement method for silkworm

        Accurate measurement of silkworm area is an essential part of efficient automated farming. The manual mea surement of silkworm area in large silkworm mounts has problems such as low accuracy and low efficiency. To address the problem that it is difficult to measure the area of silkworms in the silkworm holders accurately, this paper proposed a method to remove the background of color images based on RGB color components. In this method, the color component features of the silkworm rearing bed image were extracted. The K-means method was improved by the offset of component data peak density and the recalculation of the clustering center. Then, using the new clustering center to calculate the segmentation threshold point. After removing the background area, estimated the proportion of silkworm area in the silkworm rearing bed. In this paper, the area measurement experiments were carried out in different luminance environments for sparse and dense silkworm rearing bed images. After processing, the results of the proposed method were compared and analyzed with those of other segmentation methods. The results showed that the proposed intelligent segmentation threshold judgment method based on the RGB components difference feature has the lowest error rate, and the average accuracy of measurement is 87.29%. The method in this paper could effectively reduce the interference of ambient light on silkworm and mulberry leaves segmentation recognition, which might help improve the accuracy of measuring silkworm area.

        Consensus in Multi-Agent Systems with Nonlinear Uncertainties under a Fixed Undirected Graph

        This paper presents consensus algorithms by integrating cooperative control and adaptive control laws for multi-agent systems with unknown nonlinear uncertainties. An ideal multi-agent system without uncertainties is introduced first. The cooperative control law, based on an artificial potential function, is designed to make the ideal multi-agent system achieve consensus under a fixed and connected undirected graph. The presence of uncertainties will degenerate the performance, or even destabilize the whole multi-agent system. The L1 adaptive control law is therefore introduced to handle unknown nonlinear uncertainties. Two different consensus cases are considered: 1) normal consensus—where all agents reach an agreement on an initially undetermined position and velocity, and 2) consensus with a virtual leader—where all agents’ states converge to the virtual leader’s states. Under a fixed and connected undirected graph, the presented consensus algorithms enable the real multi-agent system to stay close to the ideal multi-agent system which achieves consensus with or without a virtual leader. Simulation results of 2-D consensus with nonlinear uncertainties are provided to demonstrate the presented algorithms.

        The differences between copper sulfate and tribasic copper chloride on growth performance, redox status, deposition in tissues of pigs, and excretion in feces

        Objective: The objective of this experiment was to compare the effects of adding 130 mg/kg Cu from either copper sulfate (CS) or tribasic copper chloride (TBCC) on growth performance, mineral deposition in tissues, and the excretion in feces of pigs as well as changes in the mineral contents in tissues and feces when the supplemental Cu level was decreased from 130 mg/kg to 10 mg/kg. Methods: A total of 72 pigs ($32.6{\pm}1.2kg$) were randomly assigned to a CS diet or a TBCC diet with 6 pens per treatment. The trial lasted 102 d and included 3 phases (phase 1, 1 to 30 d; phase 2, 31 to 81 d; and phase 3, 82 to 102 d). The supplemental levels of Cu in the 2 treatments were 130 mg/kg in phase 1 and 2 and 10 mg/kg in phase 3. Results: The results showed that pigs fed the CS diet tended to have higher average daily gain than pigs fed the TBCC diet during d 1 to 81 (p<0.10). Compared with CS, TBCC increased the activities of aspartate transaminase (AST), ceruloplasmin, and superoxide dismutase in serum on d 30 (p<0.05). The TBCC decreased the Cu level in the liver on d 81 (p<0.05) and increased the Mn level in the liver on d 102 (p<0.05). The concentration of Cu in feces sharply decreased when the supplemental Cu level in diet changed from 130 mg/kg to 10 mg/kg in both diets (p<0.05). Conclusion: The result suggested that TBCC and CS had no significant difference on growth performance but TBCC had higher activities of AST and antioxidant enzymes and lower liver Cu than CS when pigs fed diets with 130 mg Cu /kg diet.
