CIGS 박막 태양전지의 조성 최적화를 통한 셀 특성 개선

Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) thin films were fabricated with varying Ga and Cu compositions. Ga/(In+Ga) were varied between 0.1 and 0.41. Cu/(In+Ga) were varied between 0.4 and 0.97. Solar cells were fabricated by co-evaporation using the CIGS layers as absorbers. The influence of composition on the CIGS layer structural, chemical properties were studied. The CIGS thin films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive spectroscopy. Grain size in the films increased with increasing Cu composition. At a Cu/(Ga+In) of 0.85 and Ga/(In+Ga) of 0.33, CIGS layer has the optimized contents with Cu 23.88 at%, In 18.05 at%, Ga 9.01 at% and Se 49.06 at%. Optimizing the compositions of CIGS layer resulted in a CIGS solar cell with an efficiency of 13.61%.

This study aims to construct 'Internationalology' as a new sociology and investgate International Society based on Christian Though. The questions and propositions about internationalology were largely spurred by internationalization and globalization in civil, christian, local, and international societies. The system of internationalology consists of three factors, that is to say, subject I ㆍ II, international society I ㆍ II, and theories of internationalology. In the context of internationalology, I systematically studied dimensions of international societies that has been constructed by internationalists. I try to provide new sociology to how subjests act, how they develop their international society, and how they function in the context to the international system. The conclusion that subjests are well suited to structuring international society, I should stress, comes from a wish to reduce international conflicts, and to establish international peace and God's love. Internationalology depends on humanism post-nationalism the theory of post-class, toying-ism, and principle of civil sovereignty.
BLDC 전동기에서 PWM 방식에 따른 토크리플 저감에 관한 연구

This paper presents a current control strategy to reduce torque ripple of Brushless DC Motor in commutation period with PWM pattern. The torque ripple is mainly caused by the inequality in the rate of change between rising current and decaying one during commutation. And also it is influenced by the shape of real back EMF. Therefore, in the proposed control strategy, considering real back EMF a compensation voltage is generated to equalize the rate of change in these commutating currents. And then, by providing the compensation voltage in commutation period with PWM pattern, the torque ripple can be reduced. The simulation and experimental results verify that the proposed method can reduce the torque and the current rippies significantly.
Exploring the Hidden Meaning of Care through the Life History of a 53-year-old Woman

This study is based on the story of a woman who has been caring for children and the elderly for a living. As a mother of three children she supported her mother-in-law with Alzheimer's for over 20 years. This paper tried to explore the meaning of care through the life history of a 53-year-old woman and discover its implications for pedagogy. As results, first, the meaning that 'life is a period of vulnerability(Donna J. Haraway)' came to light through the characters surrounding this woman's family history; Second, the fact that the relationship between the caregiver and the person being cared for is the core of a good care relationship became clear; Third, since care is already a relationship in itself, care work is a labor of love and relationships that cannot be standardized or objectified. Finally, the meaning of care work illuminated that self-care and care for others are constantly interacting. The family discord experienced by the participant due to solitary care work gave social, political and economic suggestions that care work was passed entirely on to women. This life history research with a participant K suggested also possibilities of inventing a new viewpoint of humanity and a new mode of human relationship through care work. So this study presented a new task for pedagogy in that care is the knowledge that anyone should and can learn.
Xanthomonas euvesicatoria Causes Bacterial Spot Disease on Pepper Plant in Korea

In 2004, bacterial spot-causing xanthomonads (BSX) were reclassified into 4 species-Xanthomonas euvesicatoria, X. vesicatoria, X. perforans, and X. gardneri. Bacterial spot disease on pepper plant in Korea is known to be caused by both X. axonopodis pv. vesicatoria and X. vesicatoria. Here, we reidentified the pathogen causing bacterial spots on pepper plant based on the new classification. Accordingly, 72 pathogenic isolates were obtained from the lesions on pepper plants at 42 different locations. All isolates were negative for pectolytic activity. Five isolates were positive for amylolytic activity. All of the Korean pepper isolates had a 32 kDa-protein unique to X. euvesicatoria and had the same band pattern of the rpoB gene as that of X. euvesicatoria and X. perforans as indicated by PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis. A phylogenetic tree of 16S rDNA sequences showed that all of the Korean pepper plant isolates fit into the same group as did all the reference strains of X. euvesicatoria and X. perforans. A phylogenetic tree of the nucleotide sequences of 3 housekeeping genes-gapA, gyrB, and lepA showed that all of the Korean pepper plant isolates fit into the same group as did all of the references strains of X. euvesicatoria. Based on the phenotypic and genotypic characteristics, we identified the pathogen as X. euvesicatoria. Neither X. vesicatoria, the known pathogen of pepper bacterial spot, nor X. perforans, the known pathogen of tomato plant, was isolated. Thus, we suggest that the pathogen causing bacterial spot disease of pepper plants in Korea is X. euvesicatoria.
