        학습자 주도성(Student Agency)을 기반한 창의적 문제해결수업에 참여한 대학생의 학습자 주도성의 발달과정과 미래창의융합역량함양에 관한 혼합연구

        목적 본 연구는 학습자 주도성(Student Agency)을 기초로 한 창의적 문제해결력수업에서 학습자 주도성(Student Agency)발달과정과 미래창의융합역량의 함양을 혼합연구방법으로 알아보고 이에 대한 시사점을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법 질적자료수집은 15주간의 참여학습자로부터 생성된 수업성찰, 수업과제 결과물, 교수자 면담, 동료평가지 등이다. 수집된 자료의 분량은 A4용지 683장이였으며 줄분석방법(Line by line analysis)을 활용하였다. 질적연구를 지지하고 보완하기 위한 방안으로 양적자료 수집도 진행하였는데 박현희, 곽민정(2023)의 미래창의융합인재역량의 조작적 정의를 바탕으로 전문가 타당도를 통해 본 연구에 맞는 문항만을 활용하여 15주간 수업의 사전-사후로 미래창의융합역량을 측정을 하였다. 수집된 양적자료는 Spss 21.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 질적자료 분석결과 세가지 핵심주제 ‘학습자 주도성 이해와 발휘’, ‘소통과 협력의 실천’, ‘평생학습자로서의 지속적인 성찰 인식 으로 범주화되었다’.양적 자료 분석의 결과학습자 , 주도성에 기초한 창의적문제해결력 교과목을 수강신청한 대학생들의 미래창의융합역량은 함양되었음을 검증하였다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 얻을 수 있는 시사점은 미래를 위한 핵심교육역량인 학습자 주도성에 기초한 창의력문제해결수업은 수강한 미래창의융합역량이 높게 나타났으며, 이는 핵심 주제와도 관련이 있는 것으로 팀프로젝트 활동을 통해 학습자 주도성이 함양되는 수업이 수행되었음을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 결과에 대한 논의와 연구의 한계점 시사점, 추후 연구 방향을 제시하였다. Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the development process of learner initiative(student agen-cy) and the cultivation of future creative convergence competency in creative problem solving class based on learner initiative(student agency) and to explore implications. Methods The qualitative data was collected from 15 weeks of class reflection, class project results, teacher inter-views, peer evaluation papers, etc. The amount of collected data was 683 sheets of A4 paper and line by line anal-ysis was used. In order to support and supplement qualitative research, quantitative data collection was also conducted. Based on the operational definition of future creative convergence talent competency by Park Hyun-hee and Kwak Min-jung (2023), future creative convergence measurement was conducted before and after the 15-week class using questions suitable for this study through expert validity.The collected quantitative data were analyzed using the Spss 21 statistical program. Results As a result of qualitative data analysis, it was categorized into three core themes ⁇ understanding and demonstrating learner initiative, practicing communication and cooperation, and ⁇⁇recognizing continuous re-flection as a lifelong learner.As a result of quantitative data analysis, it was verified that the future creative con-vergence ability of college students who applied for the creative problem solving ability course based on learner initiative was cultivated. Conclusions The implications of this study are that the creativity problem solving class based on the learner ini-tiative, which is the core educational capacity for the future, has a high level of convergence ability of future crea-tivity, which is related to the core theme, and it is confirmed that the class in which the learner initiative is culti-vated through the team project activity was performed.Through this, discussions on the results, implications of limitations of the study, and future research directions were suggested.

        Cholelithiasis complicated with biliary sludge and urolithiasis in a dog

        A 10-year-old intact female Miniature Schnauzer dog was referred with the primary complaint of persistentanorexia, remittent fever, vomiting and abdominal pain. Hemogram suggested a chronic inflammatory disease. Serumbiochemistry showed moderate hepatobiliary cellular damage with severe cholestasis. Abdominal radiography andultrasonography revealed hepatomegaly, choleliths and sludges in gall bladder and small stones in urinary bladder. Basedcholecystectomy and cystectomy, choleliths and uroliths were removed from gall bladder and urinary bladder,respectively. The clinical condition was dramatically improved after surgery.

      • 에너지 및 蛋白質水準이 Broiler의 成長에 미치는 效果

        This experiment was conducted to study the effects of level of dietary energy and protein on the growth rate, feed intake and feed conversion of chicken. One hundred and eight male baby chicken of Leghorn was used for 56 days. Starter ration (CP-17, 20,23%; M.E-1,030, 1,200, 1,370㎉/Lb) was fed to chicken for 4 weeks from 3 to 6-week age, and finisher ration (CP-14, 17, 20%; M.E-1,000, 1,215, 1,430㎉/Lb) was fed to chicken for 4 weeks from 7 to 10-weeks age. The results obtained from this study may be summarized as follows; 1) As the level of energy or protein increased in the ration, average daily gain were increased significantly. 2) Amount of feed consumed was significantly higher as the level of dietary protein. In feed conversion, chickens fed higher protein or higher energy were much superior to the chickens fed 10 wer protein or lower energy. 3) There was no influence of dietary energy or protein level on the chicken mortality. 4) Feed cost per kilogram of full body weight gain was increased greatly as the dietary energy level increased. 5) From the above mentioned results of this experiment it was thought that C_1 was profitable level in this study.

      • 育成豚에 있어서 Russian Comfrey의 飼料的 利用價値

        育成豚 飼料로서의 Russian Comfrey의 利用價値를 究明하고자 各各 4頭의 育成豚에 Russian Comfrey를 10%·20%· 30%씩 代置한 飼料와 基本飼料를 給與하여 比較飼養한 結果 다음과 같은 成績을 얻었다. 1)豚의 增體量은 10%代置區가 가장 優秀하였고, 30%代置區가 가장 不良하였으며, 20%代置區는 對照區와 有意差가 없었다. 2)飼料利用性도 對照區에 比하여, 10% 代置區는 優秀하였으며, 20%代置區는 비슷하고, 30%代置區는 不良하였다. 3)Russian Comfrey를 10%∼20% 程度로 代置飼養하면 飼料費가 節約되었으며, 30%代置는 不利하였다. 4)Russian Comfrey에 對한 豚의 嗜好性은 比較的 良好하였으며, Russian Comfrey 30%까지 代置給與하여도 健康上 異常은 별로 없었다. 以上의 結果로 보아 Russian Comfrey를 養豚飼料로 10%∼20% 程度 代置함으로써 有利한 經營을 꾀할 수 있다고 생각된다. The experiment was conducted to determine the feeding value of Russian Comfrey (Symphytum peregreoium) for pigs. Sixteen berkshire gilts were alloted into 4 treatments according to the levels of Russian Comfrey (R.C.) such as 0%, 10%, 20%, and 30% (on air-dried basis) in pig ration. Body weight gain, feed efficiency, economical feeding value and palatability in each treatment were investigated. The experimental results obtained were as follows: 1)In weight gain, the pigs fed 10% R.C. ration showed more gain (P<0.05), but those fed 30% R.C. ration showed less gain (p<0.05) than control group of pigs did. And the pigs fed 20% R.C. ration showed no more gain than the control pigs statistically. 2)Feed efficiency in 10% R.C. ration was also higher than that in any other rations. 3)Feed cost for 1kg. weight gain was lowest in 10% R.C. ration and slightly higher in 30% R.C. ration than that in control ration. 4)From the feed intake it was considered that Russian Comfrey should be considerably palatable to pigs. And from the above results, it was estimated that Russian Comfrey could be supplemented by 20% in the pig ration successfully.

        Protein kinase C (PKC) is a multigene family of at least nine serine/threonine kinases that are central to many signal transduction pathways. And the expression of PKC gene is strictly con-trolled by developmental stage. Mutation of the W (c kit) gene, which encodes a transmembrane tyrosine kinase receptor, affect the development and differentiation stem cells. Most homozygous W mutant mice are sterile, due to a lack of germ cells arising during embryonic development, but one of notable exception is W */Wh mice, which are fully fertile in both sexes. In order to elucidate the biological functions of PKC S and c-kit in the testes, we have examined the expression of PKC b mRNA and c-kit mRNA in While mouse testes by means of Northern blotting. North-em blot results was demonstrated that only PKC 8, 4, 8 mRNA can be detected in normal mouse testes. PKC, 8 mRNA was weakly expressed in 7 and 8-week-old mice and highly ex-pressed by 12 weeks. The PKC 8 mRNA and the c-kit mRNA was detectable in the testes of Whl Wh mouse. These results indicated that the function of the PKC a gene is necessary for the development and the W (c-kit) gene is important for the transmission of signal in testes.

      • 부분공진기법에 의한 승압형 DC-AC 인버터에 관한 연구

        제안되는 승압형 DC-AC 인버터는 승압과 소프트 스위칭이 동시에 이루어지는 회로구조를 가진다. 인버터부에 구동되는 스위치들은 부분공진 회로부의 스위치들과 서로 동기화 되어 소프트 스위칭으로 동작하여 스위칭 손실이 저감되고, 스위칭 제어기법도 간단하다. 그리고 제안된 회로는 기존의 인버터에서 발생하는 각 상의 스위칭 아암 단락에 의한 소자 소손을 제거하는 장점도 얻게 된다. A large number of soft swithing topologies included a resonant circuit have been proposed. But these circuits increase number of switch in circuit and complicate sequence of switching operation. In this paper, the authors propose power conversion system, DC-AC inverter of high effciency and high power factor with soft switching mode by partial resonant method. The switching devices in a proposed circuits are operated with soft switching by the partial resonant method, that is PRS²MPC (Partial Resonant Soft Switching Mode Power Converter). The result is that the switching loss is very low and the efficiency of system is high. And the snubber condenser used in partial resonant circuit makes charging energy regenerated at input power source for resonant operation.

        The incidence of double primary cancer is about 10% in all kinds of cancers. Double primary cancer is usually accompanied by gastrointestinal cancer. Esophageal cancer is supposed to be frequently accompanied by squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck or the upper respiratory tract, because of such common carcinogens as smoking and alcohol ingestion. Esophageal cancer and hypopharyngeal cancer are usually diagnosed by esophagogastric endoscopy with biopsy. We performed endoscopic ultrasound-guided Trucut biopsy(EUS-TCB) to diagnose a mediastinal mass in a 49 year-old patient, who visited our hospital because of voice change. During procedure, we accidently found enlarged celiac lymph node, and obtained tissue from the mediastinal lymph node and the celiac lymph node. We confirmed double primary cancer of squamous cell carcinoma in the esophagus and the hypopharynx via esophagogastric endoscopy.
