      • 運動量(Momentum)이동이 경기기록에 끼치는 影響에 關한 硏究 : 垂直路를 中心으로

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between record of atheletics and transfor of momentum. The subjects (male 95 female 16) were tested transfor of momentum. The way of test as follows (1) Stand facing a wall with both arms stretched, overhead jump as high as possible and recorded the score. (2) Perform the same jump with the use of the arms starting at a position at the side of the body. Recorded that score. The results show that transfor of momentum effects seriously on the record of atheletics and especially the height is highest coefficient of corretation among physique. In order to develop the record of atheletics, we should try to investigate transofr momentum on all kinds of physical activities.

      • 연결부재의 거동특성을 고려한 고층 벽식 건물의 동적응답

        본 연구의 목적은 고층 벽식 공동주택 구조에 대하여, 연결부재의 특성을 고려한 비선형 해석을 실시하여 거동특성을 조사하고, 내진성능을 평가하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 벽체와 커플링효과를 나타내는 연결슬래브 및 연결보의 실험결과를 반영한 모델을 이용하여 벽식 건물의 비선형정적 및 동적해석을 수행하였으며, 사용된 지진파는 0.2g으로 일정하게 최대지반가속도를 조정하여 사용하였다. 이상과 같은 연구에서 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. (1) 벽식구조의 비선형 정적해석 결과 5층, 12층 모델의 항복힌지 발생위치 및 항복시의 층간변위는 나타났다. (2) 비선형 동적해석 결과 최대지반가속도 0.2g의 지진동에 대하여 5층 및 12층 모델 모두 국내 내진규준에서 제한하는 층간변위인 층고의 1.5%이내의 응답을 나타내어 규준을 만족하였다. 그러나 연결보의 경우 허용기준보다 낮은 층간변위(0.3~0.5%)에서 항복이 발생하여 탄성범위를 넘어섬으로 내진성능에 대한 충분한 안전성을 갖지 못하는 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study is to investigate nonlinear behavior and estimate ultimate resistance of the coupling wall structure against seismic loading, experimental data for RC coupling elements are used for specifying the strength deterioration and stiffness degradation factor of hysteretic model Modified coupling element models are used in the push over analysis and time history analysis. In time history analysis, three earthquake waves are used in the analysis and their peak ground accelerations are changed to be 0.2g. The conclusions of this study are following : (1) In the push over analysis , yielding of coupling elements occurred at lower story with as small story drift ratio as 0.3%. (2) In the time history analysis, the story drift ratio is sufficient the reguirement of KC, But couping elements of most stories of the buildings occurred yielding.

        만성정신분열병 환자에서 항정신병 약물과 병합한 Lithium의 임상적 효과

        The authors studied the clinical effects of Lithium combined with antipsychotics in 24 subjects who were diagnosed as chronic schizophrenia according to DSM-Ⅲ criteria ; they had not responded well to 2 or more classes of antipsychotics. And they have been maintained on the same dose for more than 2 weeks prior to this study. This study was conducted by placebo-controlled double-blind cross-over design, and BPRS(Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale), HDS(Hamilton Depression Scale), and MAS(Mania Scale) were used as rating scales. The results Were as follows; 1) Four of the 24 subjects were regarded as responders. Two of these four showed significant changes both on BPRS and HDS. The other two showed singificant changes in 3 comparisons out of 4 per each subject. In one comparison, the two-tailed P-values of both subjects were 0.0679, which almost reached significant level. 2) Discriminant analysis was done with the present age, age at onset, duration of illness and the baseline scores of BPRS of the responders and non-responders. Only the combination of 7 items in BPRG was found to be significant(p<0.00025). Of these 7 items, four were related to the depressive symptom(No 1,5,9,13), and three related to the schizophrenic symptom (No.4,8,11). 3) Discriminant function, which could predict Lithium responder and non-responder, was elicited by the combination of above 7 items. Applied to the subjects in this study, the discriminant function classified correctly all the responders and the non-responders. The group centroid of the responders was 4.18174, that of the non-responders was -0.83635, and on the discriminant score of 2.28687, the probability of being a responder or a non-responder was the same 50%. 4) There was no irreversible neurotoxicity induced by the combination of Lithium and antipsychotics, especially Haloperidol. With the above results, the authors suggested that although most of schizophrenic patients according to the DSM-Ⅲ criteria would not respond to the Lithium treatment, some would benefit from it, that the discriminant function might be useful in selection possible Lithium responder, and that within the usual therapeutic blood level of Lithium, the combination of antipsychotics and Lithium could be used even in the schizophrenic patients without the risk of irreversible brain damage.

        The Korean Rice Ds-tagging lines Database (KRDD) is designed to provide information about Ac/Ds insertion lines and activation tagging lines using japonica rice. This database has provided information on 18,158 Ds lines, which includes the ID, description, photo image, sequence information, and gene characteristics. The KRDD is visualized using a web-based graphical view, and anonymous users can query and browse the data using the search function. It has four major menus of web pages: (i) a Blast Search menu of a mutant line; Blast from rice Ds-tagging mutant lines; (ii) a primer design tool to identify genotypes of Ds insertion lines; (iii) a Phenotype menu for Ds lines, searching by identification name and phenotype characteristics; and (iv) a Management menu for Ds lines.

        중증 외상센터 설립 방안

        An ideal trauma care system would include all the components identified with optimal trauma care, such as prevention, access, acute hospital care, rehabilitation, and research activities. Central to an ideal system is a large resource-rich trauma center. The need for resources is primarily based on the concept of being able to provide immediate medical care for unlimited numbers of injured patients at any time. Optimal resources at such a trauma center would include inhouse board-certified emergency medicine physicians, general surgeons, anesthesiologists, neurosurgeons, and orthopedic surgeons. Other board-certified specialists would be available, within a short time frame, to all patients who require their expertise. This center would require a certain volume of injured patients to be admitted each year, and these patients would include the most severely injured patients within the system. Additionally, certain injuries that are infrequently seen would be concentrated in this special center to ensure that these patients could be properly treated and studied, providing the opportunity to improve the care of these patients. These research activities are necessary to enhance our knowledge of the care of the injured. Basic science research in areas such as shock, brain edema, organ failure, and rehabilitation would also be present in the ideal center. This trauma center would have an integrated concurrent performance improvement program to ensure optimal care and continuous improvement in care. This center would not only be responsible for assessing care delivered within its trauma program, but for helping to organize the assessment of care within the entire trauma system. This ideal trauma center would serve as a total resource for all organizations dealing with the injured patient in the regional area.

        As technology improves with the 4th industrial revolution, smart construction is becoming a key part of safety management in the architecture and civil engineering. By using object detection technology with CCTV data, construction sites can be managed efficiently. In this study, super resolution technology based on deep learning is proposed to improve the accuracy of object detection in construction sites. As the resolution of a train set data and test set data get higher, the accuracy of object detection model gets better. Therefore, according to the scale of construction sites, different object detection models can be considered.
