본 연구는 고등학생의 자가건강관리형태에 관한 연구를 위해 B.U시에 있는 13개 고등학교 총 900명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 불성실한 25명을 제외한 875명을 대상으로 고등학생들의 자가건강관리형태를 비교하였으며, 자료처리는 chi-square 검정을 실시하였으며, 유의수준은 a=.05로 설정하여, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 강관리형태는 성별에 따른 체형인지도와 운동여부의 형태를 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 여학생, 남학생 모두에서 체형인지도는 약간 살찐형, 운동참여이유는 건강, 운동 불참이유는 시간이 없어서로 각각 나타났으며, 여가시간 사용 형태에서 컴퓨터 사용시간은 여학생이 1시간 남학생은 안한다가 가장 높았고, 스트레스 해소 방법과 수면시간은 남녀 모두 음악 듣기와 6시간의 수면이 가장 높게 나타났다. 성별에 따른 음식 섭취형태는 선호음식이 여학생 남학생 모두 육식 위주가 가장 많았고, 선호음료는 여학생이 쥬스류, 남학생은 쥬스와 유제품이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다.........
High-speed waveguide photodetector for 64 Gbaud coherent receiver

<P>A high-speed waveguide photodetector has been successfully fabricated for an integrated coherent receiver. Dual laterally tapered structures are introduced for a spot-size converter. We optimize the responsivity and the polarization-dependent loss of the spot-size converter-integrated waveguide photodetector through the beam propagation method simulation. The waveguide photodetector is designed with electrical as well as optical optimizations. The photodetector provides sufficient alignment tolerance, high responsivity of 0.73 A/ W, and low polarization-dependent loss of 0.27 dB, which is in good agreement with the simulation results. By increasing the thickness of the matching layer and the n-doped upper taper, the electrical properties of the photodetector are enhanced. The photodetector has a 3 dB bandwidth of 45 GHz, providing high-speed operation. Through the electrical and optical optimizations, we successfully obtain the high-speed waveguide photodetector for a 64 Gbaud integrated coherent receiver. (C) 2018 Optical Society of America</P>

<P><B>ABSTRACT</B></P><P>The newly designed methacrylic monomer series 4‐phthalimidocyclohexyl methacrylate (PCMA<B>),</B> 4‐hexahydrophthalimidocyclohexyl methacrylate (HPCMA) and 4‐hexahydro‐3,6‐methanophthalimidocyclohexyl methacrylate (HMPCMA) were synthesized. Their homopolymers and methyl methacrylate (MMA) based copolymer series were polymerized by free‐radical polymerization. The copolymer compositions were characterized using <SUP>1</SUP>H NMR spectra. The monomer reactivity ratios were calculated employing the Fineman−Ross (F‐T) and Kelen−Tüdös (K‐T) methods at low conversion. The values of <I>r</I><SUB>1</SUB> and <I>r</I><SUB>2</SUB> obtained by the F‐T and K‐T methods appear to be in close agreement (their average values are <I>r</I><SUB>1</SUB> = 1.3061 and <I>r</I><SUB>2</SUB> = 0.7336 for poly(PCMA‐<I>co</I>‐MMA), <I>r</I><SUB>1</SUB> = 1.5169 and <I>r</I><SUB>2</SUB> = 0.6840 for poly(HPCMA‐<I>co</I>‐MMA), <I>r</I><SUB>1</SUB> = 1.7748 and <I>r</I><SUB>2</SUB> = 0.5664 for poly(HMPCMA‐<I>co</I>‐MMA)) . The thermal stabilities and thermomechanical characteristics of the homopolymer and copolymer series were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis and dynamic mechanical thermal analysis. © 2018 Society of Chemical Industry</P>

<P>With the increase in international human and material exchanges, contagious and infectious epidemics are occurring. One of the effective methods of epidemic inhibition is the rapid development and supply of vaccines. Considering the safety of the brain during vaccine development is very important. However, manuals for brain safety assays for new vaccines are not uniform or effective globally. Therefore, the aim of this study is to establish a positive-control protocol for an effective brain safety test to enhance rapid vaccine development. The blood-brain barrier's tight junctions provide selective defense of the brain; however, it is possible to destroy these important microstructures by administering lipopolysaccharides (LPSs), thereby artificially increasing the permeability of brain parenchyma. In this study, test conditions are established so that the degree of brain penetration or brain destruction of newly developed vaccines can be quantitatively identified. The most effective conditions were suggested by measuring time-dependent expressions of tight junction biomarkers (zonula occludens-1 [ZO-1] and occludin) in two types of mice (C57BL/6 and ICR) following exposure to two types of LPS (<I>Salmonella</I> and <I>Escherichia</I>). In the future, we hope that use of the developed positive-control protocol will help speed up the determination of brain safety of novel vaccines.</P>
