      • K대학 치위생과 재학생의 학과만족도 조사 연구

        경기 K대학 치위생과 재학생들의 대학 진학시 학과선택 요인을 알아보고, 학과 만족도를 분석하여 치위생과 학과 경쟁력을 높이고 학생지도의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 치위생과 입학 결정시 영향을 준 요인으로는 전반적으로 본인이 가장 높게 나타났으나 학년별로는 2학년이 77.5%로 가장 높았으며, 치위생과 선택이유로는 취업보장, 주위권유, 적성·흥미 순으로 조사되었다. 치위생과 학과만족도에서 강의실환경에 대해서는 전체 조사대상자 중 9.4%가 만족하다고 응답했고, 실험·실습기자재는 36.0%가 만족한다고 응답하였으며, 학우관계에서는 74.0%, 학과지도방침 38.9%, 치과위생사 직업만족도는 79.4%가 만족하고 있었다. 특히 조사대상자 중 다른 학년보다 2학년 학생들에게서 직업만족도를 제외한 다른 항목의 만족도가 가장 높게 나타나고 있다. 직업만족도는 1학년이 85.4%로 가장 높게 조사되었다. 휴학·자퇴를 고려한 경험유무에 대한 질문에서는 있다고 응답한 학생이 47.8%이었으며, 그 이유로 1학년은 경제적이유를, 2, 3학년은 적성이라고 응답하였다. 입학결정요인과 만족도와의 관계에서는 본인이 입학을 결정했을 때 재학만족도, 직업만족도, 학과지도방침, 전임교수에 만족한다고 응답한 경우가 가장 많았으며 진로계획에서는 취업이 가장 높았다. 학우관계와 만족도와의 관계에서는 학우관계에 만족한다고 응답한 경우 재학만족도, 직업만족도, 학과지도방침에 대한 만족도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 구강보건교육이 치위생과 선택에 미친 영향력에 대한 조사에서는 학년별 유의성은 보이지 않았으나, 전체조사대상 중 89.5%가 영향력이 보통이상이라고 응답해 높은 비율을 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting selection of a major and the department satisfaction for improving the competitiveness of the dental hygiene department and providing the data for students guidance. The most influential person and factor in selecting a major is the person oneself(77.5% of the second-year students responded to the question) and the percentage of employment. The reaction of satisfaction with the classroom and practice facility indicates 9.4% and 36.0% in favor. 74.0% of surveyees is satisfied with classmates. In satisfaction with a course of department and profession, 38.9% and 79.4% of respondents answer in the affirmative. The second-year students of the respondents shows higher rate than other grades in .satisfaction with items above, except the satisfaction with profession. It appears that the freshman answered the most in that question. From the survey related to the experience of thinking over temporary absence from school or voluntary resignation, 47.8% of surveyees responded they had experienced thinking about that. The freshman answered the reason is financial difficulty and the second- and third-year students selected an aptitude. In the correlation coefficient of determinants for selection of college with the department satisfaction, when the determinant is oneself, the satisfaction with being at college, profession, a course of department, and teaching staff is high. In the correlation coefficient of classmates with department satisfaction, the students responding in the affirmative on classmate satisfaction had a high degree of satisfaction with being at college, profession, and a course of department. The experience of oral health education is not statically significant by grades to select the major, but 89.5% of the students majoring dental hygiene at K-college responded over average.

      • 담수 어류 혈청의 폴리펩타이드형 및 젖산 탈수소 효소 아이소 자임형에 관한 연구

        The serum proteins of sixteen different freshwater fish species which belong to seven different families were analyzed by polyaerylamide gel discontinuous electrophoresis. The polypeptide and LDH isozyme patterns were then examined on the basis of the phylogenetic relationship among species and the similarity of their life forms. 1. The polypeptide pattern of M,goreensisin Gobiobotiinae was similar to those of H.labeo, S.curriculus, and H.longirostris in Cyprininae which is belong to the same family, Cyprinidae. It suggests that the similarity of polypeptide pattern accords to the taxonomic classification. 2. The polypeptide pattern of P. asotus in Siluridae was similar to those of P,emarginatus and C.brevicorpus in Bagridae which have similar life forms. 3. The polypeptide pattern of A.iaponica in Anguillidae was similar to that of F.alba in Flutidae and that of P.emarginatus in Bagridae, They have similarity in their life forms. 4. The number of bands in the LDH isozyme pattern was always shown as 1, 2, 3, or 5, Since five bands are presented on the LDH isozyme patterns of P.herzi, and C.brevicorpus, the possible binomial distribution of two different polypeptide subunit in forming the LDH isozyme pattern still remains in the fish.

      • 보리새우, Penaeus Japonicus 의 중장에서 일어나는 Glycine의 흡수과정에 관한 연구

        Glycine transport mechanism through muscosal and serosal border of marine shrimp (P. Japonicus) midgut has been investigated. The transmural fluxes of glycine across the midgut wall were also examined. 1. Mucosal glycine influx process is composed of the active transport process with Na^+ requirement and the passive diffusion process. 2. Mucosal glycine uptake of midgut tissue in Na^+-free saline was significantly decreased as compared to that in normal saline. This result supports the idea of the co-transport mechanism of glycine with Na^+ on the mucosal border of the colummar epithelium. 3. L-alanine appeared to be a competitive inhibitor of mucosal glycine entry process. 4. Glycine accumulation process was significantly decreased by adding 1 mM IAA into the medium, suggesting that the most of glycine active uptake process was energy-dependent. 5. A tentative model of glycine transport in P.japonicus midgut is proposed.

        부모의 양육태도, 유아의 정서지능, 유아교육기관에서의 적응에 관한 연구 : Parenting and Emotional Intelligence

        This study investigated demographic variables, including child's age, gender, and period of the early childhood education experience, parenting style, and child emotional intelligence on child adjustment in early childhood institute. Subjects were 130 parents and 15 teachers. Instruments were questionnaire from the children's emotional intelligence scale, parenting scale, and adjustment scale. Data analysis was by mean, percentile, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation. Results were as follows: First, there was significant difference between child's age, period of the early childhood education experience and child's adjustment in early childhood institute. Second, there was no significant difference between parenting style and child's adjustment in early childhood institute. Third, there was significant difference between child's emotional intelligence and child's adjustment in early childhood institute. Fourth, child's age, period of the early childhood education experience, and child emotional intelligence was related to child adjustment in early childhood institute.

        A glass fibre membrane platform for ultra-sensitive detection of cardiac troponin T

        <P>A glass fibre membrane platform that allows quantification of circulating cTnT with a LoD of 0.87 pg mL<SUP>−1</SUP> is described. The proposed platform uses a glass fibre membrane, DNA-guided detection method, and antibody-conjugated fluorescent beads for the quantification of cTnT in the analytical detection range of 1-120 pg mL<SUP>−1</SUP> at room temperature in 30 min. Glass fibre membranes were chemically modified to immobilize the oligonucleotide probes that catch a biomolecular complex (FB-dAB-cTnT-cAB-DNA) containing complementary oligonucleotides. There were no interferences from human cTnI, cTnC, skTnT, biotin, and hemoglobin (each 1 μg mL<SUP>−1</SUP>). The linearity in the serial dilution test of plasma samples indicates that this platform is highly applicable for regular health check-up to assess the risk of AMI and HF.</P>

      • Wire-Shaped Supercapacitors with Organic Electrolytes Fabricated via Layer-by-Layer Assembly

        <P>A wire-shaped supercapacitor (WSS) has structural advantages of high flexibility and ease of incorporation into conventional textile substrates. In this work, we report a thin reproducible WSS fabricated via layer-by-layer (LbL) assembly of multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs), combined with an organic electrolyte of propylene carbonate (PC)-acetonitrile (ACN)-lithium perchlorate (LiClO<SUB>4</SUB>)-poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) that extends the voltage window to 1.6 V. The MWCNTs were uniformly deposited on a curved surface of a thin Au wire using an LbL assembly technique, resulting in linearly increased areal capacitance of the fabricated WSS. Vanadium oxide was coated on the LbL-assembled MWCNT electrode to induce pseudocapacitance, hence enhancing the overall capacitance of the fabricated WSS. Both the cyclic stability of the WSS and the viscosity of the electrolyte could be optimized by controlling the mixing ratio of PC to ACN. As a result, the fabricated WSS exhibits an areal capacitance of 5.23 mF cm<SUP>-2</SUP> at 0.2 mA cm<SUP>-2</SUP>, an energy density of 1.86 μ W h cm<SUP>-2</SUP>, and a power density of 8.5 mW cm<SUP>-2</SUP>, in addition to a high cyclic stability with a 94% capacitance retention after 10 000 galvanostatic charge-discharge cycles. This work demonstrates a great potential of the fabricated scalable WSS in the application to high-performance textile electronics as an integrated energy storage device.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

        Metabolite Analysis of Long Chain Branched Fatty Acids and Capsaicin Biosynthesis in Capsicum annuum placenta

        Capsaicins, hot principles in Capsicum spp., are produced from vanillylamine and short-chain fatty acids (FAs), originated from branched amino acids. Recently a minor but clear incorporation of longer chain FAs with 14-18 carbons to novel long-chain vanillylamides was reported, which prompted further investigation on possible correlation between metabolism of capsaicins and FA precursors with metabolite profiling. Placenta of Capsicum annuum with different concentrations of capsaicins were extracted and analyzed with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Structures of FAs were determined after derivatization to methyl- and picolinyl esters. The results indicate cultivars with more capsaicins contain higher amount of long-chain branched FAs with 14-17 carbons. Some branched FAs showed strong correlation with the level of capsaicins. Most branched FAs are of iso-acids, where the methyl groups are attached at (${\omega}$-1) carbon, whereas only one anteiso-FA was observed in a single cultivar. In addition to saturated analogues, several mono-unsaturated branched FAs have also been detected. Location of double bond in these metabolites suggested that short-chain branched FAs may be incorporated in the middle of biosynthesis or at initial steps of long-chain FAs. Accordingly, branched medium- to long-chain FA may be derived mainly from leucine or valine, rather than isoleucine. Results indicate that the short-chain FAs are possible precursors both of capsaicins and methyl-branched longer chain FAs.

      • 시설 거주 발달장애 성인의 스포츠 활동에 관한 자문화기술지 : 철인교실 운영을 기반으로

        본 연구는 생활시설 내 제한 된 공간에서 생활하던 발달장애인들의 신체활동과 여가활동을 지원하기 위해 연구자가 직접 기획하고 출범시킨 철인교실에 참여한 발달장애인들의 다양한 경험이 그들의 삶의 여정에 어떤 변화를 가져다주었는지, 또한 이를 지켜본 지역사회에는 어떤 메시지를 던져주었는지에 대한 경험적 의미를 심층적으로 탐색하는데 목적을 두었다. 이와 같은 연구 목적을 위해 철인교실을 직접 이끌어 왔던 연구자 자신의 경험을 자문화 기술지를 통해 제시하였다. 자료수집은 기억자료, 자기성찰 자료, 참여관찰 외에 본 연구의 수행을 위해 선정한 연구 참여자를 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하였고 철인교실 행사계획서 및 프로그램일지, 신문 및 보도자료, 마라톤동호인들의 블로그에 실린 글, 연구자의 기록물 등의 자료를 함께 활용하였다. 자료 분석은 주제, 중주제, 대주제 형태로 분류하고 기술, 분석, 해석을 나선형적으로 수행하였다. 자료의 타당도와 진실성을 확보하기 위하여 연구 참여자간 검토, 전문가 회의, 삼각검증법을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 철인교실은 무료한 일상을 보내던 발달장애인들을 삶의 주체로 인식하고 존중하는 프로그램이었다. 둘째, 철인교실은 발달장애인들이 지역사회와의 사회통합의 기회였다. 셋째, 철인교실은 발달장애인들이 삶의 주체로서 당당히 존재하기 위한 자립역량강화와 건강하고 행복한 삶의 주체로 성장하기 위한 평생교육 실천의 장이었다. 결론적으로 철인교실은 흥미유발적 요소를 담아내고 일방향의 통제적이고 지시적이 아닌 스스로가 즐기면서 자발적인 참여가 가능하도록 하는 방식으로 건강과 체력을 증진시키고, 다양한 사회 통합적 도전적 경험을 통해 자신감과 자존감 향상은 물론 사회성과 공동체 의식 함양에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to present ironman class operation centering on social integrating sports activities planned and launched by an author to support physical activities and good use of spare time as exemplary case in a field. Participants of this study were classified into A, B, C groups. Group A consisted of people with developmental disability participating in ironman class program. Group B and Group C consisted of staff of living institution, members of ironman clubs and marathon clubs. This study used interview data, memory data, self reflection data, project plan for ironman class activities. Data analysis and interpretation were carried out in a spiral way. Followings of this study are as follows. First, ironman class served as a place through which people with developmental disability can experience wider world and recognize the world. Second, ironman class served as an opportunity for pleasure of exercise and physical and psychological changes and improve their ability to live independently. Third, ironman class served as an opportunity of social integration through which people with developmental disability who are alienated from mainstream society can communicate with members of local community and can be recognized as the subject of life.
