        중소기업의 컨설팅 참여도 및 이해도와 컨설팅 재구매 의도와의 관계 연구

        [연구목적] 본 연구의 목적은 컨설팅을 받은 수진기업(受診企業)들을 대상으로 컨설팅 참여도 요인이 컨설팅 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하는 것이다. 또한 수진기업의 당해 컨설팅에 대한 이해도가 컨설팅 재구매 의도에 대해 조절효과를 가지는지에 대해 추가적으로 분석한다. [연구방법] 본 연구에서는 기존에 수행되었던 관련 국내외 연구들에 대한 검토 및 관련 실무 담당진과의 면담을 통해 6개의 연구가설을 도출하였다. 이에 대한 검증을 위해 국내 중소기업의 컨설팅 참여도 · 이해도 및 컨설팅 재구매 의도에 관한 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된 자료에 대해서는 신뢰성과 타당성을 검토하였다. 또한 구조방정식 모형 분석을 통해 연구가설을 검증하였다. [연구결과] 연구 결과 컨설팅 재구매를 높이기 위해서는 수진기업의 참여도 제고와 함께 컨설팅 이해도를 높이는 노력이 동시에 필요함을 실증적으로 검증하였다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구에서는 기존의 연구들에서 상대적으로 간과되었던 컨설팅 수진기업의 컨설팅 참여도 · 이해도 요인이 컨설팅 수행 성과 및 매출 증대와 관련하여 중요한 결정요인임을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 관련 분야의 후속연구에 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다. [Purpose] This study empirically assessed the extent to which consulting companies have increased their participation in consulting in some cases or situations, and how this affects consulting repurchases. In addition, we empirically assessed whether clients’ understanding of consulting affects the intention of consulting repurchase. [Methodology] For this purpose, we described prior literature review and we examined various researches to provide understanding of relationships with strategic account. Six hypotheses were drawn from the previous researches. To verify these hypotheses, data were collected through survey, and the data were tested by reliability, validity, correlation, structural equation modeling analysis. [Findings] As a result of the study, it is proven that both customer participation and consulting understanding need to be enhanced to increase consulting repurchase. [Implications] This study can see that it is important to conduct the consulting in order to participate in the role and process of the client’s personnel and to improve the understanding of consulting.

        물리적 환경인자를 활용한 도시의 쾌적성 평가

        The purpose of this study is to assess the urban amenity on physical environmental factors, and to verify the effectiveness of the amenity map using correlation analysis of the environmental quality. The physical environmental factors were set to 4 items of green space, landscape, water environment and land use, and the items were composed of 11 detail factors. Based on the factors, GIS maps were constructed and the amenity map was produced using overlay analysis. The results of this study are as follow; the proportion of 1~2 ranks was 40.8% of total area around Dalseong-gun, Dong-gu, Suseong-gu. The lower 6~7 ranks in the amenity assessment was 5.7% of total area around Jung-gu, Seo-gu, Dalseo-gu. According to the results of correlation analysis between the amenity and environmental observed data, SO2 among the air pollution material had a negative correlation with amenity(r=-0.649, p<0.05). In case of water pollution, TN and TP had the negative correlations with amenity (r=-0.643, P<0.01; r=0.642, p<0.01).

        단상 유도형 동기 전동기(LSPM)의 특성해석에 관한 연구

        가전분야에서의 전동기 효율향상을 통한 에너지 소비절감 효과는 상당히 크지만 이를 위한 전동기의 설계/해석 기술 확보가 아직은 미흡한 상태이다. 이에 따라 유도형 동기전동기가 제안되었지만, 유도형 동기 전동기는 유도전동기와 통기전동기의 특성을 동시에 가지고 있어, 해석 및 설계가 쉽지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 냉장고 압축기용 전동기인 단상유도전동기를 대처할 수 있는 단상 유도형 동기전동기를 이용해 파라미터에 따라 특성이 어떻게 바뀌는가에 대해 서술하였다. 그에 따라 단상유도전동기의 정상상태 특성을 해석하고 제안모델의 성능을 기존모델과 비교하고 실험하여 해석결과의 신뢰성을 검증한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 제안모델의 기존 고정자 형상이나 권선 스팩을 유지하고 회전자의 형상이나 구조만을 변경시켜 성능향상을 도모하였다. 해석방법으로는 전자장 수치 해석적인 방법으로 널리 이용되고 있는 유한요소법(Finite Element Method : FEM)을 이용하였다. Electric motor efficient improvement from home appliance field is important to the effect reducing the energy consumption. But the electric motor design/analysis technology is still insufficient. Specially the electric motor design/analysis technology of satisfying characteristic of both the induction motor and the synchronous motor such as Line start permanent motor. Therefore the electric motor design/analysis technology is urgently demanded reliability. This paper proposes the sing1e-phase line-start permanent magnet motor to develop the motor it with be able to alternate the sing-phase induction motor it is a refrigerator compressor motor. The sing-phase induction motor is analyzed in the steady state. And we have a certification test to compare our single-phase line-start permanent magnet motor with the sing-phase induction motor. In order to improve the performance, the stator of the single-phase line-start permanent magnet motor is same as the stator of the sing-phase induction motor and changes the rotor form and has the permanent magnet. It used the Finite Element Method(FEM) which is widely used with electronic-magnetic field numerical analysis method.

      • Mixed cultivation of Winter Cereal Forage Crops and Winter Pea for High Quality

        These experiments was carried out to get high quality of forage to cultivate mixed barley and winter pea with different seeding rates, 200 and 140 kg/ha in barley, and seeding rates in winter pea were 0, 50 and 100 kg/ha. And these were tested in Iksan from 2006 to 2007 for two years. The results were followed. Dry weight in only barley seeding of 200 kg/ha was 0.9 ton/ha higher than only barley seeding of 140 kg/ha. Fresh and dry weight in barley seeding of 200 kg/ha and mixed winter pea were each 1.4, 0.7 ton/ha higher than barley seeding of 140 kg/ha and mixed winter pea. And crude protein in barley seeding of 200 kg/ha and mixed winter pea was from 0.3 to 0.8 %, and 140 kg/ha and mixed winter pea was from 1 to 1.6 %. The rates of fresh and dry weight to all yield in winter pea were each from 8 to 15, from 4 to 21 % in barley seeding of 200 kg/ha and mixed winter pea, and were from 9 to 20, from 5 to 26 % in barley seeding of 140 kg/ha and mixed winter pea.

      • Molecular Cloning and Characterization of a Flower-specific Thionin in Chinese Cabbage

        Thionins are a family of low molecular weight cysteine-rich antimicrobial peptides. We isolated a cDNA encoding thionin gene from a flower bud cDNA library of Chinese cabbage (CFT). The gene contains 611 by nucleotides with 60 bp, and 150 by untranslated regions at its N- and C-terminal, respectively. The deduced amino acid sequence encoded 133 amino acids containing precursor polypeptide. The protein reveals that the precursor has a tripartite structure: a putative signal sequence at the N-terminus, followed by a mature thionin peptide, and a C-terminal acidic domain, which facilitates transport of the mature thionin through membrane. Genomic Southern blot analysis suggests that the CFT gene may be present as a single or two copy gene in the Chinese cabbage genome. Northern blot analysis shows that the gene is specifically expressed in flowers, but not in leaves, stems, or roots. When we analyzed the antifungal activity of the recombinant CFT protein, which was expressed in E. coli using the truncated cDNA region corresponding to the mature protein part, it was not active on fungal growth inhibition.

      • Application of PCBM Layer as a Back Reflector of Micromorph Tandem Silicon Solar Cells

        <P>We analyzed the effect of using PCBM layers as back reflector of tandem amorphous silicon solar cells. The new possibility of using polymer materials as a back reflector of inorganic silicon based solar cells was discussed. By applying the PCBM back reflector, short circuit current density increased from 9.83 mA/cm(2) to 11.7 mA/cm(2) with proper interface treatment. In order to obtain the tandem cell with high fill factor, HF treatment is required before depositing PCBM on n-mu c-Si:H. Series resistance can significantly be increased by little amount of native oxide. Comparison between the reference cell without back reflector and thickness optimized PCBM cell indicated a decrease in open circuit voltage from 1.41 to 1.29 V. These results implied that further optimization of electrical properties, such as electrical conductivity and activation energy is required to minimize the drop in terms of open circuit voltage and fill factor.</P>

        Background and Aims: Carcinoid tumor are slow growing neoplasms developing from enterochromaffin cells. The incidence of rectal carcinoid tumors has increased markedly and a recent study reported that the rectum is the most common site of carcinoid tumor in the gastrointestinal tract. This study aimed to compare the safety and efficacy of endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) with endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) for rectal carcinoid tumor. Patients and Methods: Between January 2004 to December 2014, 153 patients undewent either EMR (n=85) or ESD (n=68) for rectal carcinoid tumors. The characteristics of the patients and tumors, the rate of complete resection and the rate of complications were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Baseline characteristics showed no significant difference between the 2 groups. Data on clinical outcomes also showed no significant difference between the 2 groups except the procedure time. The procedure time in EMR group was significantly shorter than in ESD group. Conclusions: Our study shows that the treatment of rectal carcinoid tumor with ESD is not superior to EMR.

        Transpedal lymphatic embolization for lymphorrhea at the graft harvest site after coronary artery bypass grafting

        Lymphorrhea is a rare but potentially severe complication that occurs after various surgical procedures. Untreated lymphorrhea may lead to wound dehiscence, infection, and prolonged hospital stay. Currently, there is no standard effective treatment. Early management usually includes leg elevation, drainage, and pressure dressing. However, these methods are associated with prolonged recovery and high recurrence rates. We report a case of lymphorrhea from a calf wound after endoscopic great saphenous vein (GSV) harvesting for coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). The patient presented with intractable oozing from the postoperative wound on the right calf. Lymphorrhea persisted for 6 weeks despite negative-pressure wound therapy with a long-acting somatostatin. We performed unilateral pedal lymphangiography that confirmed wound lymphorrhea, followed by glue embolization. No recurrence was observed after 8 months of follow-up. This case report demonstrates the successful use of lymphangiography with glue embolization in the control of lymphorrhea after GSV harvesting for CABG.
