차세대 디스플레이 소자로서 상용화된 유기발광소자(OLED)는 현재 진공기반의 증착공정을 통해서 제작되므로 제조공정 비용이 높다. 진공 증착공정을 용액공정으로 교체하면 공정 비용을 크게 절감할 수 있지만, 용액공정으로 다층 박막 구조를 형성하기 어렵다는 문제점이 있다. 다층 구조를 제작할 때 이미 형성된 하부 박막 위에 새로 형성되는 박막이 하부 박막에 영향을 주기 때문이다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방법으로서 용액 공정용 잉크 용매의 내용제성을 증가시켜 상부 박막을 코팅할 때 하부 박막이 용해되거나 손상을 입지 않도록 하는 가교형 소재를 이용한 방법이 있다. 본 원고에서는 OLED 소자를 용액공정으로 제작하기 위한 가교형 정공 수송 재료의 특징과 개발 현황에 대해 소개하고자 한다.
최대운동수행으로 유도된 근통증이 점프 착지 동작에서의 하지 근육 활성도와 무릎 및 발목 각도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of maximal muscle contraction exercise induced muscle soreness on lower extremities muscle activities, angles of knee and ankle in drop landing. Six healthy recreational volleyball player participated in the study. Three trials of Intermittent maximal muscle contraction exercise was performed on a bicycle ergometer for 30 sec. The rest interval between maximal contraction exercise was 3 min. EMG signals of lower extremities were recorded during drop landing before and after maximal muscle contraction exercise and we also collected the data of angles of knee and ankle in drop landing. Statistical analysis of the findings of this study showed that maximal muscle contraction exercise induced muscle soreness caused significant increase in the muscle EMG of the lower extremities muscle when performing the drop landing. Also muscle soreness played roll in increasing the angle of knee and ankle in drop landing. In conclusion, this study showed that maximal exercise induced muscle soreness increased the lower extremity muscle recruitment and angles of knee and ankle in dominant leg to keep the body stabilizing and position. Muscle soreness may increase the risk for musculoskeletal injury during rapid perturbations (as occurs in most sport activities) and therefore, exercise programs for patients and athletes should be carefully monitored for signs of muscle soreness after exercise and training to avoid deficits that might compromise dynamic joint stability.
Nitrate 구강 투여가 안정시 대사량과 운동 후 초과산소섭취량에 미치는 영향

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of oral nitrate supplementation on resting metabolic rate (RMR) and excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). METHODS: Ten university male subjects participated in this study. Resting metabolic RMR and submaximal exercise test (70 %V·O2max) on a cycle ergometer were performed for 30 minutes before and after oral nitrate supplementation. Also, EPOC was measured following submaximal exercise test (70 %V·O2max) before and after oral nitrate supplementation. RESULTS: There was a little decreased in oxygen consumption during submaximal exercise after oral nitrate supplementation, but there was no significant different between before and after experimental conditions. Interestingly, RMR became lower after oral nitrate supplementation compared with before nitrate supplementation. On the other hand EPOC was found to be higher following the submaximal exercise after oral nitrate supplementation, but there was no significant difference. CONCLUSIONS: This study found that oral nitrate supplementation decreased RMR By better understanding metabolic and energy expenditure effects of oral nitrate supplementation, various interventions, such as, exercise intensity, mode, diet, should be considered.
식이를 통한 Beetroot Juice 섭취가 고혈압 노인들의 일회성운동 후 동맥경화도 및 중심혈압에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of acute submaximal cycling exercise following dietary beetroot juice supplementation on central blood pressure and arterial stiffness in elderly men with hypertension. Twenty six subjects with hypertension participated in two different kinds of experimentations; Experiment-1 was acute submaximal cycling exercise for 30min without dietary beetroot juice supplementation(NBJ). Experiment-2 was acute submaximal cycling exercise for 30min with dietary beetroot juice supplementation(BJS). The central blood pressure(SBP, DBP, cSBP, AI) and arterial stiffness factors(baPWV, ABI) were determined at preexercise(rest), 30min, 24h and 48h postexercise. The results of the study showed that the central blood pressure appeared to be significantly decreased at 30min post of submaximal cycling exercise in NBJ and BJS experiment conditions. It was also showed that the baPWV appeared to be significantly decreased and ABI appeared to be significantly increased at 30min post of submaximal cycling exercise in NBJ and BJS experiment conditions. In conclusion, there is a preponderance of evidence that central blood pressure and arterial stiffness were more affected by acute single submaximal exercise than dietary beetroot supplementation.
