大邱地域 中小企業의 效率的인 技術開發 方案에 관한 硏究

For modern business firms, the most important factor in determining comprtitiveness of a firm is technology, rather than capital. Technogical innovation is a driving force to develop an economy and is essential in growth and/or survival of a business firm. Following studies concerned with this subject, small business firms seem to be more efficient in technological innovation and developing new technology in several respects. Espercially in the new technology based industries, the small business firms have several advantages in technological innovation. In this study, we tried to show how to plan a technology development strategy in relation to management strategy when small business of theoretical and empirical study, we aimed to show the way to efficient management and procedure of technological innovation. For the research methodology, we firstly reviewed and analyzed current and previous studies about technological innovation strategy, efficient management, and selection of R&D projects. Secondly, the results of this theoretical study was examined empirically. The empirical study contains 153 questionaires and 30 interviews for business firms of this area. In addition, for the evaluation criteria for the selection of R&D projects, we sent questionaires to 60 professors who teaches R&D OR in university or college level. The result of these questionaires was analyzed and compared with that of the business firms of this area. The result of this empirical study shows that top management of small business firms should notice the importance of technological innovation and try to stimulate R&D activity. For the evaluation criteria for R&D projection, the criteria which could reduce the possibility of future uncertainty, maximize profit, and he suited for the situation of the business firm, should be established.

This article treats the structure of the study of Korean literary arts, in addition to the article carried in the previous volume of this journal. It especially enters into the methodology of this specific field of study. An approach to this study, corresponding to the literary climate of this country and the nature and tradition of the nation, has been presented through an exploration of the character of the study of Korean literary arts in its relations to philology, comparative literature and the like. It is emphasized that the study of literary arts should by no means be included in that of the history of national literature nor should it be treated as an isolated study requiring specific methods. The study of Korean literary arts should be established as a more comprehensive and synthetic system in the methodical study of the history Korean national literature.

In the present climate in the field of study of national literatnre, the tendency is toward annotation and chronological arrangement of works, and what is worse, it is liable to be regarded as the only method of pursuit in national literature. This article is designed to contribute to the establishment of a system of study of Korean literary arts by applying the general methodology of literary arts, in order to breathe fresh air into the current academic climate. When a historian of literature presents a chronological record of literary works and nothing more, it is just like collecting husks with no life in them. The gusto of a work will not present itself until the pulsating life, and the beautiful cadence emanating there from, are pursued. In this article, therefore, the writer has made an attempt at paving the study of national literary arts, on the basis of aesthetics. As an approach to the determination of the proper area and the direction of this particular study, the writer has examined various problems involved in the formation of the conception of the study of Korean literary arts, and possible questions in this almost uncultivated field. At the same time he has groped for the direction of the philosophial and psychoanalytic studies of literary works in terms of aesthetics.

An Experimental study was conducted for the removal of algae using various inorganic coagulants. Cultivation of algae, investigation of turbidity and chlorophyll-a removal efficiency according to the dosage of coagulants were conducted in series using a jar-tester in this study. Alum, PAC (Polyaluminum chloride), PAC-2 (Concentrated Polyaluminum chloride), PAC-Ca (PAC with Ca), PFC (Polyferricchloride) and PACS (Polyaluminum chlorinate silicate) with various SiO_2 content were used as coagulants. Algae grew up to about 1,500㎍ chlorophyll-a/l in 30 days. Cultivated algae was diluted to 150㎍ chlorophyll-a/l for the laboratory experiment. Decrease of pH was the lowest when PACS-5 was used as a coagulant, while it was the highest when PAC was used. Host of the coagulants showed high turbidity removal rate when the dosage was 1-3 mg Al/l. PFC showed stable turbidity removal efficiency and 80% of removal efficiency could be obtained when the dosage was 1.34 mg Fe/l. Among the coagulants, PACSs showed relatively higher removal efficiency of chlorophyll-a and it was the highest when PACS-5 was used. It means that inorganic coagulant including silicate is more advantageous in the removal of algae, and appropriate content of silicate on the basis of molar ratio of Al to Si is an important factor affecting the stability and settleability of the alum floc.

In this paper, we attempt to control the nonlinear power control system for resistance spot welders to be a fully linearized system by applying the recently developed nonlinear feedback linearization techniques based on differential geometry theories. The controller in this paper is computationally simple. In additionm the easy gain tuning as well as the high dunamic performance of resistance spot welding systems can be obtained. To illumunate the performance of our controller further we present some simulation results.
가상기업을 위한 멀티에이전트 기반 태스크할당시스템에 관한 연구

With the paradigm shifting from the principal of manufacturing efficiency to business globalism and rapid adaptation to its environments, more and more enterprises are being virtually organized as manufacturing network of different units in web. The formation of these enterprise called as Virtual Enterprise(VE) is becoming a growing trend as enterprises concentrating on core competence and economic benefit. This paper proposes multi-agent based task assignment system for VE, which attempts to address he selection of individually managed partners and the task assignment to them. A case example is presented to illustrate how the proposed system can assign the task to partners.
