L.P. Model에 依한 經營組織上의 職務設計에 관한 硏究

In many cases it has been said that the craftsman and technicians are lack of consciousness about the job worthiness in our country. Especially in the point of turnover and maintenance of employee, many apposite opinions exist between manager and employee and they have their own selfish views. In chapter II of this paper, therefore, the above mention was dealt by analyzing the objectives of the S Co and H Co and as the result the followings can be seen: 0(zero) or negative coefficient which limit to 0 in the slope of regression line of the career of them and productivity. In other words, there is a maximun limit of the performance of craftsman. They hope to raise the amount of wage according to the period of their employment. As the manager should raise the wage of craftsman according to. the years of his career, the profit of the manager graduslly becomes low. To avoid this problem, most of the managers would decide the maximun limit of the raise of wage by each technical field, or the manager would decide the wage based on the amount of product to prevent the lose of this business caused by the long employed-craftsman. The craftsman often quits his job, because his wage it not raised according to the terms of his employment. As the result, it is difficult both for the business and craftsman to avoid the economic loss. To solve such a problem, this research is to clarify the fact that the vocational' training in each business through Job Design is very important. And I suggest in this paper a L.P. model of Job-Design method.
M-CRAFT를 이용한 셀별 설비배치와 기능별 설치배치의 효율성 비교

본 연구는 다품종 소량생산회사인 S사의 사례연구로서, 셀별 설비배치를 S사에 적용함으로써 얻을 수 있는 효과를 분석하고자 함에 있다. 아울러 본 연구는 윤(1) 연구의 후속연구로서, 윤(1)에서는 시뮬레이션을 통한 작업완료시간, 부품대기시간, 대기열 등의 측면에서 다섯 대의 셀을 갖는 C5 모형이 우수함을 이미 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 M-CRAFT를 이용하여 3개의 지게차 통로가 있는 건물 안에서 각 모형별 최적배치를 실시한 후 부품의 운송거리, 기계추가 도입, 최소 공장 필요 면적, 생산 통제의 용이성 등의 측면에서 분석하여 보았다. 그 결과, 부품의 운송거리와 생산 통제면에서는 7개의 셀을 갖는 C7 모형과 5개의 셀을 갖는 C5 모형이 우수한 모형으로 나타났으며, 설비 추가 도입 및 최소 면적 등의 측면에서는 한 개의 셀을 갖는, 즉 기능별 배치인 C1 모형과 2개의 셀을 갖는 C2 모형이 우수한 모형으로 판명되었다.
컴퓨터를 이용한 綜合的 生産情報管理 시스템에 관한 硏究

This paper is concerned with the computer packages(IBM COPICS, IBM MAPICS Ⅱ) about the integrated Production Information Control System(PICS). A manufacturing system operates most efficiently when an even flow of work can be maintained through its several parts. Unfortunately, the arrival of orders seldom matches the dispatch of deliveries. Manufacturing companies face, therefore, the task of placing the time scale for the transformation of raw materials into finished goods by specifying in a master schedule which resources are to be assigned to which jobs at which time. However, because of the trade-off among the goals of each department, organization is considered as a total system and its interface of inter-department is very important But it is very difficult to develop the integrated PICS. Recently, the rapid evolution of the computer industry has resulted in a plethora of new computer software packages applicable to various business functions For this reason, many computerized manufacturing control systems have been developed. In this thesis, the integrated PICS is analyzed by introducing a sample company using IBM COPICS. The sample company purchased IBM COPICS in 1984 and has expanded it gradually. The procedure for the construction of PICS is either to modify IBM COPICS or to develop its own system(See <Fig. Ⅳ-1>).

This paper presents a goal programming approach to the problem of schedulingaggregate production and work force. The approach is illustrated two case applications. The one is L.p model and the other is G.P model. Numeric results are derived and compared to those of two other approaches. The results suggest that goal programming can be an effective approach forsolving an aggregate production planning models.
L.P. Model에 衣한 綜合病院 施設配置에 관한 實證的 硏究

The most important factor general hospital layout is to shorten the walking distance of patients. So, the key point of this paper is to suggest L.P Model which can shrten the walking distance as possible as it can, and to classify the types of patients' walking. Two general hospitals(B^-9, M^-6) were included in the empirical analyses. The numbers of patients and the time of investigation are following. Hospital B^-9 : 1274 patients for three days in winter of '83 1147 patients for three days in summer of '84 Hospital M^-6 : 889 patients for three days in summer of '84 The walking types of all outpatients in each department were investigated for three days, and coeffecient of correlation on the walking type of the patients was obtained by using computer S.P.S.S package, and the model used is VAX-11/750. The results obtained are following. The walking types of the patients in one hospital got high coefficient corerelation with those of the other, and particularly the coefficient of correlation in the same hispital was higher without having to do with season. Therefore we can forecast the total annual numbers of walking patients in each type from this sampling rate. This annual total numbers of the patients in the two hospitals enabled me to make movement matrix, and the potimal layout of the two hospi-tals should be find out by applying this matrix to L.P Model. Personal computer 48K and general assignment program were used.
