        악골에 발생한 악성 섬유성조직구종 2례

        Malignant fibrous histiocytoma rarely occurs in the jaws. Although the histogenesis of this tumor remains controversal, it is best regarded as a primitive and pleomorphic nature reflected by collagen production and occasional phagocytosis. It is common for metastatic foci to appear in lung and regional lymph node. There are variable treatments such as radiotherapy, surgical excision or combination, therapy of surgical excision, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. With the review of literatures, the authors report the clinical study of two cases of malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the jaw.

        골반내에 발생한 Proximal-type 유상피성 육종 1예

        유상피성 육종은 매우 드문 악성 연조직 육종으로, 전형적인 경우들은 주로 젊은 남성의 수부, 전완부와 같은 신체의 원위부에 피하 혹은 심재성 피부 종괴로 발생하며, 조직학적 소견상 적은 비정형성을 나타내는 유상피성 세포와 방추형 세포의 증식에 의한 다발성 결절 형태의 배열을 보인다. 최근에 전형적인 유상피성 육종과 조직학적 유사성을 가지나 더 공격적인 형태인 proximal-type 유상피성 육종이 보고되었으며, proximal-type은 전형적인 유상피성 육종에 비하여 현저한 유상피성 세포의 발현과 매우 심한 비정형성을 나타내며, 세포가 매우 크고, 소포성 핵과 뚜렷한 핵소체를 보이며, 자주 rhabdoid 세포의 양상을 띈다. 임상적으로는 전형적인 형태에 비하여 호발 연령이 조금 늦고, 주로 체간부에, 특히 골반, 회음부, 생식기 등과 같은 심부에 발생하고, 더욱 공격적인 양상을 나타낸다. 저자들은 13세 소녀에서 원발부위를 알 수 없는, 골반내에 발생한 proximal-type 유상피성 육종 1예를 경험하여, 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Epithelioid sarcoma is a rare malignant soft-tissue sarcoma with an unknown histiogenesis, typically presenting as a subcutaneous or deep dermal mass lesion in the distal portions of the extremities of young adults. Recently, a more aggressive, so-called 'proximal-type' epithelioid sarcoma has been reported. In contrast to conventional epithelioid sarcoma, the proximal type is characterized by a predominantly large cell epithelioid cytomorphology, marked cytologic atypia, and frequent occurrence of rhabdoid features in most patients. Proximal-type epithelioid sarcoma has a predilection for appearing in the genitalia, especially the vulva, penis, pelvis and buttocks. Also this lesion appears to be somewhat more aggressive or at least metastasizes earlier than the conventional epithelioid sarcoma. We report a 13-year-old girl who presented with a buge mass filling the pelvic cavity which was painful, hard and fixed on palpation, and was radiologically diagnosed as a malignant germ cell tumors on the CT scan. The mass was surgically excised and pathologically proved to be an proximal-type epithelioid sarcoma of unknown origin.

        Improvement of Neutralizing Activity of Human scFv Antibodies Against Hepatitis B Virus Binding Using CDR3 V<sub>H</sub>Mutant Library

        <P>CDR3 of the heavy-chain variable region of immunoglobulin is a region in which somatic mutation occurs heavily after secondary antibody response, resulting in an affinity maturation of antibodies in vivo. The aim of this study was to improve the affinity of a human single-chain variable fragment (scFv) specific for pre-S1 of hepatitis B virus (HBV) by introducing random mutagenesis in CDR3 variable region of heavy chain (V(H)) of the parental scFv clone 1E4. By using a BIAcore for panning and screening, we have selected three clones (A9, B2, and B9) with lower highest affinity (K(D)) than 1E4. Affinities of selected clones ranged from 1.7 x 10(7) mol/L to 6.3 x 10(8) mol/L, which were increased by factors of 1.4 to 4.0, respectively, compared to the parental clone. Binding inhibition assay using flow cytometry and polymerase chain reaction revealed that B2 (6.4 x 10(8) mol/L) had a higher neutralizing activity against pre-S1 or HBV virion binding to liver cell line. This anti-pre-S1 scFv can be considered as a potential therapeutic tool for a passive immunotherapy for HBV infection.</P>

        세무공무원의 직무특성이 임파워먼트와 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 세무공무원들의 직무특성과 임파워먼트 및 조직유효성의 인과관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산시와 경남지역에 소재하는 지방국세청과 세무서의 세무공무원들을 연구대상으로 편의추출법을 이용하여 305부를 분석자료로 사용하였다. 연구결과, 세무공무원들의 직무중요성과 직무자율성은 임파워먼트에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 임파워먼트가 높을수록 조직유효성이 높아지며, 직무에 대한 만족이 높을수록 조직몰입이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 세무조직의 과세행정업무를 수행하는 직무특성이 반영된 결과로서, 세무공무원들을 스스로의 자발적 참여와 창의력을 고무시키고 스스로 일할 수 있도록 책임과 권한을 부여하여 개개인을 임파워 시킴으로써 직무에 대한 만족과 강한 조직몰입을 통해 보다 높은 조직의 성과를 달성할 수 있도록 동기를 부여하여야 할 것이다. The purpose of the study is to find out the causal relationship between the job characteristics of tax officials and empowerment and organizational effectiveness. The subjects were the tax officials from regional tax offices and tax offices in Busan and South Gyeongsang Province selected by convenience sampling and 350 questionnaires were analyzed. The study results showed that their job importance and job autonomy had positive effects on empowerment and the higher the empowerment was, the higher organizational effectiveness was, and the higher their job satisfaction was, the higher their organizational commitment was. The results reflected the job characteristics of the administrative tasks of tax organizations. Therefore, the tax officials should be empowered by encouraging their willing participation and creativity and vesting authority and responsibility in them and should be motivated to achieve higher organizational performance through their job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

        블로그 이용자의 개인가치가 블로그 참여행위에 미치는 영향

        Researchers have been emphasized the importance of blog users who interact with customers through internet blog services. Also, considerable effort has focused on identifying relevant participational elements that may stimulate participation behaviors from blog users'. This paper attempted to understand the conceptual nature of blog participation behaviors at internet services and to examine empirically the antecedents and consequences of the attitude of blog participation. This study suggested two factors as antecedents of the attitude of blog participation which include personal values(internal value, external value). Also, along with the outcome quality of internet blog services, the attitude of blog participation was proposed to take effect on blog participation behaviors with internet blog services. The empirical result showed acceptable data-fit of proposed model and also supported four of the five research hypotheses. It was found that users' external value have significant positive effect on their attitude of blog participation, while internal value does not. A notable finding is that the attitude of blog participation has influences types of participation behaviors(physical input, emotional input, and mental/informational input). Also, it was confirmed that the attitude of blog participation variable is effective mediator linking the external value and blog participation behaviors(physical input, emotional input, and mental/informational input). However, the indirect effect of internal value on blog participation behaviors does not seem to be clear. The article concludes with a discussion of the theoretical contributions, limitations, and managerial implications, and suggests several future research directions.

        인터넷 정보시스템업체 종사원이 지각하는 고용불안정이 조직신뢰와 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this paper was to investigate the perceived job insecurity of internet information system employees impact on organizational trust and organizational commitment. 310 samples participated in the study. Results showed that job insecurity had significant influence on organizational trust and organizational commitment, and job insecurity was found to have significant indirect impact on the organizational commitment. In depth discussion on contributions and limitations of this study was provided through conclusion and discussion section.

        e-marketplace 이용기업의 만족이 신뢰와 다차원적 관계몰입에 미치는 영향

          본 연구는 e-marketplace에 대해 기업이 지각하는 만족이 신뢰, 다차원적 관계몰입(감정적몰입, 지속적몰입, 규범적몰입)에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 제안하고 이를 실증 분석하였다. 전체적으로 제안모델은 수용할만한 자료적합도를 보여 주었으며, 제시한 4개의 가설 모두가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 간접효과를 분석한 결과 만족이 신뢰를 통해서 다차원적 관계몰입(감정적몰입, 지속적몰입, 규범적몰입)에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.   As the interest in the business-to-business electronic commerce is increasing, many companies are participating in the business-to-business e-marketplaces. As a result, it is important to develop understanding of behaviors of firms that use these e-marketplaces. For this purpose, e-marketplace usage company satisfaction is proposed to affect trust and consequently to influence multidimensional relationship commitment(affective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment). This study, which used data from participating in the business-to-business e-marketplace companies, showed acceptable data-fit of proposed model and supported all of research hypotheses. The empirical results indicated that company satisfaction take significant effect on trust, and the trust in turn have strong influence on multidimensional relationship commitment(affective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment). It was confirmed that trust variable is effective mediator linking company satisfaction and multidimensional relationship commitment(affective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment). In depth discussion on implications, limitations, and future research directions were supplied.

        국내양식 민물장어 4 종(Anguilla japonica, A. rostrata, A. bicolor pacifica 및 A. marmorata)의 주요 영양성분의 평가

        The basic and main nutritive ingredients of two temperature (Anguilla japonica and A. rostrata) and two tropical ( A. bicolor pacifica and A. marmorata) fresh water eel species that are farmed domestically were evaluated. With exception of A. rostrata, eels cultured at the same farm were used for analysis. The contents of crude protein were in the order A. marmorata (17.7%)> A. rostrata (17.5%)> A. bicolor pacifica (17.4%)> A. japonica (15.8%) and the contents of crude lipids were A. japonica (21.5%)> A. rostrata (15.4%)> A. bicolor pacifica (10.5%)> A. marmorata (8.9%). These values differed significantly even among the three species of eel farmed under identical culture conditions. In comparison, all four species of eel showed similar pattern in overall amino acid composition, although slight differences in the compositions of some amino acids were observed. The fatty acid compositions of muscle tissues were notably different among four species of eel, especially between the tropical and temperature eels. In a taste-test of the meat of the four eel species, which considered taste, flavor and texture, the overall preference was in the order A. japonica, A. marmorata, A. bicolor pacifica and A. rostrata.
