하수처리장 운영의 최적화를 위한 ASM, PHOENICS의 적용

This study was implemented to find an optimal model for wastewater treatment processes using PHOENICS(Parabolic. hyperbolic or Elliptic Numerical Integration Code Series) and ASM(Activated Sludge Model). PHOENICS is a general software based upon the laws of physics and chemistry which govern the motion of fluids. the stresses and strains in solids. heat flow, diffusion, and chemical reaction. The wastewater flow and removal efficiency of particle in two phase system of a grit chamber in wastewater treatment plant were analyzed to inquire the predictive aspect of the operational model. ASM was developed for a biokinetic model based upon material balance in complex activated sludge system. which can demonstrate dynamic and spatial behavior of biological treatment system. This model was applied to aeration tank and settling chamber in Choonchun city, and the modeling result shows dynamic transport in aeration tank. PHOENICS and ASM could be contributed for the optimal operation of wastewater treatment plant.

N/A Clinical studies were carried out on 14,389 cases who had taken gastrofiberscopic examination, biopsy and X-ray from May, 1969 to May, 1984 in Han-Yang University Hospital. The results obtained were as follows; 1) Of total 14,389 cases, 7,916 were male and 6,473 were female. 55.1%, of the cases were in the 3rd and 4th decade. 2) Of total 14, 389 cases, 13, 615 showed abnormal endoscopic findings. In abnormal cases, male to female ratio was l.2: l.3) The incidence of single organ involved was 84.8% and multiple organs involved was In single organ involved cases, the most common site of disease was stomach and in multiple organ involved cases, the prevalent sites of lesions were stomach and duodenum. 4) The most frequent disease of stomach was gastritis followed by gastric ulcer. In the cases of duodenum, the most common disease was duodenal ulcer and the next was duodenitis. 5) The most prevalent disease was the chronic gastritis, and the frequency of the other upper gastrointestinal diseases was acute gastritis, gastric ulcer, stomach cancer and duodenal ulcer in orders. 6) The most frequent type of chronic gastritis was superficial gastritis. 7) Among the total cases which had been taken blood-typing, the incidence of most upper gastrointestinal diseases was not related to each blood type. But blood group 0 was common in peptic ulcer disease and blood group A in stomach cancer. 8) The clinical symptoms and signs were of no significant aid for the differential diagnosis of the various upper gastrointestinal diseases.
송화분의 단백질과 단백질 분획의 분리 및 사염화탄소를 투여한 흰쥐의 혈청에 미치는 효과

사염화탄소로 간장해를 유발시킨 흰쥐에 있어서 생체내에 미치는 영향을 검토하기 위해, 송화분의 조단백질들과 단백질 fraction들을 일정기간 경구투여하고 그 결과를 관찰하였다. 1. 체중은 사염화탄소 단독투여군(Ⅱ)에 비해 모든 조단백질군과 단백질 분획군(Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ)들이 유의성있게 증가하였으나 간중량비(RLS)에는 별차이가 없었고, 식이 섭취율은 정상군(Ⅰ)이 가장 많이 섭취하였다. 2. GOT는 조단백질 1투여군(Ⅲ)만이 뚜렷하게 감소했을 뿐이며, GPT는 모든 조단백질 및 단백질 분획 투여군들(Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ)이 유의성있게 감소했다. 3. LDH는 조단백질 및 단백질 분획 투여군(Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ) 모두가 뚜렷하게 감소하였는데 이는 정상군(Ⅰ)보다도 낮았다. 4. Total cholesterol은 조단백질 및 단백질 분획 투여군(Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ) 모두가 유의성있게 감소하였는데 정상군(Ⅰ)과 거의 비슷한 농도를 나타내었다. 5. Glucose 함량은 정상군(Ⅰ)을 포함한 모든 조단백질 및 단백질 분획 투여군(Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ)들이 사염화탄소 단독투여군에 비해 유의성있게 감소하였으며 단백질분획 1투여군(Ⅲ)의 함량이 가장 낮았다. 6. Total protein은 정상군(Ⅰ)을 포함한 모든 조단백질 및 단백질 분획 투여군(Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ)들이 사염화탄소 단독투여군에 비해 유의성있게 증하였다. 7. SDS-PAGE를 행한 결과로는 송화분으로부터 분리한 단백질이 30,000-67,000 dalton 사이에 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서, 위의 결과들을 종합하여 볼때 30,000-67,000 dalton 사이에 있는 송화분의 조단백질들과 그 분획들이 사염화탄소로 인한 간장해에 효과가 있는 것으로 사료되며, 앞으로도 계속적으로 연구를 행해야 할 것으로 사료된다.

In this paper was studied on the mechanical characteristics of Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastics(GFRP) of the steel bar it is to replace The advantage of FRP such as high strength low weight and chemical inertness or noncorrosiveness can be fully exploited. GFRP bar were successfully fabricated at 10mm nominal diameters and hollow types using a pultrusion method Tensile and bending specimens from this bar were tested and compared with behavior of GFRP rebar and steel bar.

The purpose of this study was to examine the level of competitive state-anxiety before the game among 408 Judoists in Middle school players (108 boys and 57 girls) & High school players (104 boys and 103 girls) and inquire the difference of competitive A-state intended for them according to the sex, object. Competitive State Anxiety Inventory-2 (CSAI-2) was used as the instrument of the study and measured data carried out Two-way ANOVA after computing the mean and standard deviation according to the factors. The conclusions of the study are as follows; 1. The levels among cognitive state anxiety, somatic state anxiety, state self-confidence according to the sex were significantly different in the statistical aspect The girl players' levels of both cognitive state anxiety any somatic state anxiety were higher than those of the boy and in the level of state self-confidence the boy players' level was higher than that of the girls. 2. The levels among cognitive state anxiety, somatic state anxiety, state self-confidence according to the object were significantly different among them and that of both cognitive state anxiety and somatic state anxiety was the highest in girls' high school and the lowest in boys' middle school. The level of state self-confidence was the highest in boys' middle school and lowest in girls' high school

This paper was studied to investigate the chemical component of pine pollen used one of sturdy food like nutrition and a hematic from ancient days in order to develop and utilize and compared natural pine pollen with water washed pine pollen as indicated in the book "Imperial court cookery" The results are summarized as follows ; Chemical composition of natural pine pollen was 9.4% moisture, 66.8% carbohydrate, 13.9% crude protein and 6.5% crude lipid and that of water-washed pine pollen was 47.7% moisture, 32.7% carbohydrate, 10% crude protein and 5.0% crude lipid. In natural pine pollen major fatty acids were oleic acid(32.2%), linoleic acid(25.6%). Major fatty acids of total lipid, neutral lipid, glycolipid and phospholipid in water-washed pine pollen were linoleic acid(35.7%) and oleic acid(33.5%) Natural and water-washed pine pollen did not show any differences in chemical composition.

This study was carried out to get a industrial information about a possibility of IgY antibody production, antimicrobial activity and properties of IgY antibody in egg yolk. After the initial immunization the anti-Salmonella typhimurium IgY antibody level gradually were decreased from firth week to tenth week. On the other hand, the antibody level in the serum were increased from the first week, reaching its peak in the sixth week. Molecular weights of IgY were estimated approximately 72~75KD in a heavy chain and 30~40KD in a light chain by electrophoresis.
