In this paper Commercial Dynamic program is used to model middle size bus for brake judder phenomenon. To verify the effects of a body structure in brake judder, body structure is modeled in flexible. Also mode shapes and frequencies are obtained from Commercial FEA program in the same condition of experimental test. The simulation results are compared to the experimental results and summarized
Equivalent Stiffness Modeling of Linear Motion Guideways for Stage Systems

In this work, an 8-spring equivalent stiffness model for the linear motion (LM) guideways of a positioning stage system is studied. In the model, eight springs connect the LM block to the LM rail. The equivalent model can satisfy the static and dynamic characteristics of typical LM guideways. Based on a finite element model of an LM guideway, the static deflection and normal mode analysis of a 1-axis stage system is evaluated. The simulation results match the experimental results with more than 90% accuracy. The static deflection of a 3-axis stage is also tested. The deflection of the tool plate is measured by a coordinate measuring machine. The amount of deflection with respect to the location of the tool plate can be predicted within an error of approximately $4{\sim}6{\mu}m$.

The formation of new private firms can facilitate transition from socialism to a market economy. This study uses data from transition economies to investigate the effects of large-scale privatization and the barriers to the establishment of new firms. It finds that large-scale privatization positively affects the formation of new firm, but such effects disappear as the costs of start-up increase. These results imply that both privatization and favorable business environments are necessary for firm creation.

본 논문에서는 야간에 보행자인식의 성능 향상을 위한 효율적인 인식 방법을 제안한다. 이 논문은 야간에 차량에 비치 된 Thermal Camera를 이용하여 적외선 영상을 얻은 후, 적응적 thresholding, Histogram Equalization, Morphology Operation, Labelling, HOG및 SVM Training 방법을 사용하여 보행자의 인식율을 높이도록 하였다. 3830개의 training 영상을 사용하였으며 실험결과 우수한 인식 결과를 얻었다.

This study proposed a structural design method for the outer tie rod installed at a passenger car. The weight of outer tie rod was optimized by adopting the developed aluminum and applying the structural optimization techniques. Static strength due to inertia force, durability and buckling performances should be considered in the structural design of an outer tie rod. At the proto design stage of a new outer tie rod, it is cost-effective to utilize FE (finite element) analysis to predict each performance. First, for an arbitrary base design, the response corresponding to each design requirement is calculated to check whe ther the response satisfies its criterion. Then, the critical performance is selected so as to include its loading condition in the optimization process. In this study, the metamodel method using kriging interpolation it adopted to obtain the minimum weight satisfying the critical design requirement. The determined optimum shape is investigated for the rest of performances.
