      • 附子 및 硫璜의 複合製劑가 家兎血中 酒精濃度에 미치는 實驗的 硏究

        We had found Gollin, a compound of aconite and sulfur, was quite effective in controlling hangover syndrome in the previous clinical study. In this study, we have tried to explain the possible biological mechanism of its effectiveness, at least in part, by way of analyzing blood alcohol clearence rate. Nature rabbits of both sexes, weighing between 2.0 kg and 3.0 kg were used. Experimental group was given five capsules of Gollin in liquid form 20 minutes prior to L V. injection of 50 Vol. % of ethanol in a dose of 5.0 ml/kg of body weight. All of the specimens. were obtained by cardiac pucture at 10 and 30 min. respectively after alcohol edmini?stration. The result showed blood alcohol clearence was much enhanced in the experimental group and it was more so at 10 min. than 30. A possible mechani?sm for this finding. was discussed and this result was also related to the clinical effectiveness of Gollin in controlling hangover syndrome.

      • 폐석고와 Fly Ash를 재활용한 차수재의 배합비 산정을 위한 연구

        This study was conducted to estimate experimentally the optimal mixing ratio of landfill liner materials using waste plaster and fly ash. Feasibility of reuse of waste plaster and fly ash was investigated as well as the use of cement, soil, and natural bentonite as landfill liner materials. Soil property index tests and compaction tests were performed to see the property of the soil used in this study. After selected materials were mixed with varied mixing ratio, hydraulic conductivity tests and unconfined compressive strength tests were conducted to see whether new liners using waste materials could meet the criteria as landfill liner regulated by the government. The optimal mixing was suggested as 30% of fly ash, 60% of soil used in this study, 3% of cement, 7% of bentonite to obtain 9.8×10-8 ~1.1×10-6 cm/sec of hydraulic conductivity and 6.2~15.2kg/cm2 of compressive strength.

      • 韓國産 미꾸리에 關한 育種·繁殖學的 硏究 : Ⅴ. Ultrastructures Changes of Pituitary Gland and Testes in Male Loach Ⅴ. 미꾸리 수컷의 腦下垂體와 精巢의 微細構造

        본 연구는 1992년 3월부터 5월까지 자연채광 상태의 건국대학교 양어실습장에서 사육중인 한국산 미꾸리 수컷(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)의 뇌하수체와 정소의 조직형태학적 변화를 이해하기 위해서 실시되었다. 미성숙 시기인 3월의 뇌하수체와 정소의 미세구조와 5월경의 성숙단계인 각 조직간의 발달상황을 비교 분석하기 위해서 광학 및 투과형 전자현미경을 이용하였다. 뇌하수체의 성선자극 호르몬이 분비되는 부위(GTH)의 발달은 정소의 주기적인 발달단계와 대체로 일치한다. 성성숙 지수(GSI)는 4월부터 5월에 이르는 시기에 증가하다가 정자세포와 정자의 수가 증가되는 5월에 가장 높게 나타났다. 하나의 小葉 속에 발달단계가 다른 nest가 들어있더라도 같은 정자형성 단계에 속한다. 미성숙 단계에서는 이형염색질이 분산되어 있다가 성숙 단계에서는 핵이 진하고 균질한 상태로서 존재한다. 핵막은 분화초기에 나타난다. 제1차 정모세포에는 15개 이상의 작은 미토콘드리아가 두부의 세포질 주변에 있다가 발달함에 따라 2개의 커다란 미토콘드리아로 변화되면서 한쪽으로 튀어나온 부위 주변에 위치하게 된다. 정자 중편부의 주위에는 미토콘드리아초와 외측 섬유소로 둘러싸여져 있다. This study was undertaken to understand the histomorphological changes of pituitary gland and testis of Korea loach(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus) under natural circumstances from March to May 1992. Sexual maturation was studied on 50 males Korean loach(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus). The results obtained in this study were as follows: The ultrastructures of the gonadotrophs largely parallel the cyclical changes in the testes. Gonadosomatic indices(GSI) increased from April to May, and showed the peak in May, coinciding with the increase of spermatids and spermatozoa in male. Each nest of cells belongs to one spermatogenetic stage, although nests at different stages can be found within the one lobule. At first heterochromatin is dispersed and then is condensed. In mature gamete, the nucleus is dense and homogeneous. The nuclear membrane appeared at the beginning of differentiation. In the primary spermatocytes, the small mitochondria are abundant over the outer cytoplasm. In the latter, the two large mitochondria are located over the cytoplasm. During cell differentiation, the cytoplasm decrease and the nucleus increases. Sperm mitochondria are assembled into an organized sheath surrounding the outer dense fibres and axoneme of the flagellar midpiece.

      • 병원폐기물중 폐합성수지류의 물성 및 세척·선별에 관한 기초연구 : 폐주사기와 폐수액세트를 중심으로

        This research was carried out basic study to effective manage and develop washing-separator system for plastics in hospital wastes. The results are as follows : In 1995, the generation rate of plastics in hospital waste was 6,666ton in total amount of 11,195ton. Most of syringe was PP and the composition of drainage set was PP, PVC and ABS. Therefore, separation of syringe is better than that of drainage set. Pathoganic microbes in syringe was positive before sterilization process, but became negative after that process, Pollution of syringe-washing water was increased as washing times increased and optimum washing to obtain good pellet was 6 times. Separation efficiency differed with content of injected rubber in the manufactory process of syringe makers. Remaining rubber in pellet was completely removed by the final separator developed during the this project, so we obtained good PP pellet.

        고차구조 변화에 따른 저밀도폴리에틸렌 박막의 전기적 특성

        The electrical properties of polyethylene are changed by the superstructure. Such crystalline polymer as polyethylene or polypropylene changes crystallinity and products spherulite or trans-crystal when it is cooled slowly. In this study, after thermal treatment of LDPE at 100[℃], in silicone oil for an hour, we made specimens in order of slow cooling, water cooling, quenching according to cooling speed. Also, to study the influence of electrical properties due to the superstructure change, we analyzed physical properties and performed dielectric breakdown experiments using DC and impulse voltage. Moreover we measured space charges in bulk using Laser Induced Pressure Pulse(LIPP)method. Trap level of specimen is 0.064[eV] at the low temperature region, 0.31[eV] at the high temperature region in DC dielectric strength, 0.03[eV] at the low temperature region 0.0925[eV] at the high temperature region in impulse dielectric strength. As its result shows that the quantity of charges induced from the electrode surface increases with applied voltage time, and the distribution of space charges in samples increases the quantity of charges in proportion to applied voltage.

        양성 및 음성 정신분열병 아형에서 사고의 정신병리적 특성에 관한 비교연구

        The authors have studied the content and severity of thought disorder between the subjects of the positive and negative subtypes of schizophrenia. It's hypothetical ground is that the positive and negative subtypes of schizophrenics might bear highly significant differences in the pathogenesis, pathophysiology, psychopathology, also therapeutic and prognostic terms. In that regards, the author reported the neuropsychological significance in differentiating the two subtypes from each other, such that the negative subtype showed the worse function in the short-term recall against the auditory stimuli than the positive. To comparatively analyze the content and severity of thought disorder between the two subtypes, the authors utilized the Thought Discorder Index(TDI) scores and Holt's scale of the primary process thinking content. The results were as follows: 1) The total score of TDI as a whole, showed somewhat more thought disorder in the positive subtype subjects than the negative, though this failed to reach the statistical significance. In 0.75 level of TDI, the positive subtype subjects showed statistically significantly worse thought disorder than the negative. 2) In the comparative study of the primary process thinking content, the positive subtype subjects showed degree in the aggressive content but lower degree in the anxiety content than the negative subtype subjects with statistical significance. 3) In the correlation study, 0.5 level of TDI correlated with the libidinal content of the primary process with blunted affect and the aggressive content with lack of spontaneity and flow of conversation. The above result might suggest that the positive subtype of schizophrenia demonstrated more severe thought disorder, if we regard that responses scored at the 0.75 level of TDI represent clear thought disturbances. The negative subtype of schizophrenia tends to possess higher anxious and libidinal content of the primary process thinking.

      • 생활폐기물의 배출원별 발생량 및 질적 특성

        This study aims to investigate generation and physicochemical characteristics of Municipal Solid Wastes(MSW) generated from different sources in Kyungju. The source are apartments(low, high-rise), single family houses(centra1, outer), traditional market, office(city hall), factory, school, Park. The unit waste discharge rate of residential MSW excluding recyclable solid wastes was 0.47 kg/(capita . day). The maximum coefficients of variation for month and season were 1.23, 1.17, respectively. The bulk density of solid wastes was largely different for each sampling site, and the bulk densities of apartment district, single family house district and public area were 232㎏/m, 247kg/m, 170kg/m, respectively. The load factory of vehicle was 457kg/m. The percentage of combustible material to solid wastes was 86.5%. The physical compositions of solid wastes were food of 36.2%, Paper of 32.3%, plastic of 11.9%, glass of 6.5%, metal of 4.6%, textile of 3.0%, rubber of 1.8% and wood of 1.3%. The proximate analysis results of solid wastes showed moisture of 45.7%, volatile solids of 45.2%, and ash of 9.1%. In case of moisture content, the maximum value showed 66.7% in high-rise apartment district and the minimum value 14.0% in school district. Carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, sulfur and chlorine contents of combustible solid wastes were 48.4%, 7.0%, 25.9%, 1.3%, 0.2% and 0.4%, respectively. The low heating values of combustible solid wastes were 1,365 ~ 2,896kca1/kg (average 1,892kca1/kg) in residential area and 1,200∼3,878kca1/kg (average 2,178kca1/kg) in public area. Especially, the generation rate and the moisture content of residential MSW separating food wastes decreased 2.7 and 1.7 times and the low heating increased 2.1 times in apartment district.

        케이블 접속재 부분방전 특성에 미치는 보이드의 영향

        To investigate the partial discharge and electric field distribution in cable joint parts, we measured the partial discharge and electric field in specimen. The specimens which cross- linked polyethylene (XLPE) and ethylene propylene diene ethylene(EPDM) are used to insulating material for underground cable and cable jointing parts. The polymers are used to insulating material in switchgear which is a kind of transformer equipment and in ultra-high voltage cable. Its using is increasing gradually, the electrical insulation properties are not only excellent, but also mechanical property is excellent. And because it is possible to be made void of several type in insulator while it is produced, which the electrical field distribution is changed by void, it has a critical influence to insulator performance. The underground cable is connecting by the jointing material, insulating breakdown and the electric ageing which are caused by several mixing impurity and the damage of cable insulator layer, which reduced the life of cable while intermediate joint kit is connected. Therefore, the computer simulation is used to estimating insulator performance, XLPE is used to the insulating material of ultra-high voltage cable and EPDM is used to insulator layer in joint material kit, and which are produced as specimen. And it is analyzed the electric field concentrating distribution and partial discharge by modeling of computer simulation in void and cable joint kit.

      • 무지개 松魚의 遺傳 育種學的 硏究 : Ⅳ.血淸成分 水準의 年中 變化 Ⅳ.Annual Changes of Serum Components Levels

        본 연구는 무지개 松魚 암컷 3년생 120마리에 대하여 1989년 3월부터 1990년 2월까지 계절 및 人工産卵前後에 따른 血淸成分 含量 水準을 측정하였고, 각 血淸 成分間의 상관관계를 조사하였다. 장차 무지개 松魚의 繁殖效率 增進에 필요한 遺傳育種學的 基礎 資料를 얻기 위하여 실시되었다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 血淸中 albumin, calcium, glucose, total protein, alkalin phosphatase, SGOT 및 phosphorus의 함량은 産卵期中에 높은 수준이었으나, cholesterol, creatinine 및 triglycerides의 含量은 卵黃形成期中에 비교적 높은 수준을 유지 하였다. 2) 人工産卵展, 産卵後 및 過熟時期에 따른 血淸中 albumin, calcium, cholesterol, creatinine, total protein, triglycerides, alkaline phosphatase 및 phosphorus의 含量은 人工産卵前에 비교적 높은 수준을 유지한 반면에, BUN, glucose, SGOT 및 SGPT의 含量은 過熟時期에 높은 수준이었다. 그리고 A/G 比率은 非産卵期인 6월, 7월 및 8월에 最高水準을 유지하다가 産卵時期直前부터 감소하여 산란시기 동안에 낮은 수준으로 계속 유지되었다. 3) 産卵期中 albumin수준과 calcium(r=-0.793)간에는 부(-)의 상관이었으나, 그 밖의 다른 성분간에는 有意性이 인정되는 정(+)의 상관이 존재하였다. BUN 含量水準과 alkaline phosphatase(r=0.790), SGOT(r=0.881) 및 SGPT(r=0.902)와는 正(+)의 高度相關이 존재하였다. Glucose수준과 모든 다른 성분간에는 負(-)의 相關關係였으마, cholesterol수준과 그 밖의 다른 성분간에는 正(+)의 相關이 존재하였다. Glucose수준과 total protein(r=0.856), triglycerides(r=0.973), alkaline phosphatase(r=0.738), SGOT(r=0.711) 및 SGPT(r=0.738), 및 SGPT(r=0.657)間에는 正(+)의 高度相關을 보였으며, creatinine 수준과 total protein(r=0.672)에도 正(+)의 상관관계가 존재하였다. Total protein과 triglycerides(r=0.911)와는 正(+)의 高度相關이었으며, alkaline phosphatase 水準과 SGOT(r=0.936) 및 SGPT(r=0.926)間은 正(+)의 高度相關關係가 있다. 또한 SGOT와 SGPT(r=0.995)와는 매우 높은 정(+)의 상관관계가 존재하였다. 4) 産卵期中 호르몬과 血淸成分間의 상관관계에 있어서 血淸中 LH 濃度와 BUN(r=0.747)과는 유의한 負(-)의 相關이었으나, creatinine(r=0.887) 및 total protein(r=0.688)과는 正(+)의 高度相關이 존재하였다. FSH濃度와 creatinine(r=0.831) 및 total protein(r=0.709)간에는 正(+)의 상관관계가 있었다. Estradion-17β와 creatinine(r=0.899), total protein(r=0.899), total protein(r=0.859) 및 trigpycerides(r=0.673)간에 비교적 높은 正(+)의 상관이었으나, progesterone 濃度과 BUN(r=-0.606)간에는 負(-)의 상관관계가 존재하였다. This study was carried out to investigate serum components levels(12 components) obtained from 120 of 3-year-old female rainbow trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss). All data were collected and analysed monthly from March in 1989 to February in 1990. Serum protein components were assayed by blood analyzer. The results obtained in this study were as follows; 1. The contents of serum albumin ,calcium, glucose, total protein, alkalkine phosphatase, SGOT, and phosphorus increased during spawning period, but those of serum cholesterol, creatinine, and triglycerides maintained relatively high levels during vitellogenetic period. 2. The contents of serum albumin, calcium, cholesterol, creatinine, total protein, triglycerides, alkaline phosphatase and phosphorus prior to handstripping were relatively high, while those of serum BUN, glucose, SGOT and SGPT were high in over-ripe stage. 3. The correlation between serum albumin and calcium during correlations of albumin and other contents were significantly positive. Those of serum BUN with alkaline phosphatase(r=0.790), SGOT(r=0.881) and SGPT(r=0.902) were highly positive. The content of calcium was highly correlated with various serum contents, and that of cholesterol was a signigicantly correlated with other serum contents. The correlations of serum glucose with total protein(r=0.856), triglycerides(r=0.973), alkaline phosphatase(r=0.738), SGOT(r=0.711) and SGPT(r=0.657) were significantly high. The correlation coefficients between creatinine and total protein, between total protein and triglycerides, and between SGOT and SGPT were significantly high. In addition, those of serum alkaline phosphatase with SGOT and SGPT were also significantly high. 4. The correlation of serum LH with BUN during spawning period was highly negative(r=-0.793), while the correlations of LH with creatinie and total protein were high(r=0.887 and 0.688, respectively). Similarly, the relationships of serum FSH with creatinine(r=0.831) and total protein(r=0.709) were significantly highly positive. The concentration of estradiol-17βwas highly correlated with creatinie, total protein, and triglycerides. But the relation of serum progesterone with BUM was significantly negative(r=-0.606).
