        This paper provided to solve the interface between CIM and MIS database system design procedure and their solutions. There are many changes to processing the management data using computer systems, but a few studies are developed to integrated processing the huge information data. According to this situation, distributed data management becomes managed by integrated information processing system. And the manufacturing information has been developed separately with their own work flow and characteristics. It makes difficult to rebuild integrated control. Therefore this study invokes standardization of all data transaction and management there procedure.

        Prevention of Cytomegalovirus Infection in Solid Organ Transplant Recipients: Guidelines by the Korean Society of Infectious Diseases and the Korean Society for Transplantation

        Cytomegalovirus (CMV) is the most important opportunistic viral pathogen in solid organ transplant (SOT) recipients. The Korean guideline for the prevention of CMV infection in SOT recipients was developed jointly by the Korean Society for Infectious Diseases and the Korean Society of Transplantation. CMV serostatus of both donors and recipients should be screened before transplantation to best assess the risk of CMV infection after SOT. Seronegative recipients receiving organs from seropositive donors face the highest risk, followed by seropositive recipients. Either antiviral prophylaxis or preemptive therapy can be used to prevent CMV infection. While both strategies have been demonstrated to prevent CMV infection post-transplant, each has its own advantages and disadvantages. CMV serostatus, transplant organ, other risk factors, and practical issues should be considered for the selection of preventive measures. There is no universal viral load threshold to guide treatment in preemptive therapy. Each institution should define and validate its own threshold. Valganciclovir is the favored agent for both prophylaxis and preemptive therapy. The evaluation of CMV-specific cell-mediated immunity and the monitoring of viral load kinetics are gaining interest, but there was insufficient evidence to issue recommendations. Specific considerations on pediatric transplant recipients are included.

        Collaborative Study to Establish National Reference Standards for Anti-HIV-1 Antibody

        Background: National reference standards for anti-HIV-1 antibody are needed to evaluate the performance and maintain the quality control of anti-HIV-1 antibody assays. The aim of this study was to prepare a mixed-titer performance panel and assess its suitability as a national reference standard for anti-HIV-1 antibody according to stability, collaboration, and other studies. Methods: Nineteen serum samples from different HIV patients were obtained, along with 15 units of fresh frozen plasma samples with negative anti-HIV-1 antibody results. Ten anti- HIV-1 antibody-positive candidate standards and two negative candidate standards were prepared based on the reactivity in the Alinity i HIV Ag/Ab combo assay (Abbott Laboratories, Wiesbaden, Germany). A collaborative study was conducted across eight laboratories using five anti-HIV-1 antibody assays. Real-time and accelerated stability were evaluated to assess the long-term stability. Results: In the collaborative study, results of all five anti-HIV-1 antibody assays were positive for all 10 candidate standards prepared using HIV patient samples. The CV of each assay for every candidate standard was within 10%, except for one assay result. No real-time and accelerated stability change trend was observed at −70°C or −20°C, supporting that the reference standards were maintained in a stable state at −70°C for long-term storage. Conclusions: The overall results suggest that the 12 candidate standards could serve as national reference standards for anti-HIV-1 antibody.

        손기정의 베를린올림픽 마라톤 경기 내용 연구

        손기정은 1936년 베를린올림픽 마라톤 경기에 일본 대표로 출전하여 우승하였다. 공식 기록에 나타난 당시의 기온은 21.0℃~22.8℃였다. 이는 30℃ 이상의 고온이었다는 국내 문헌과 일치하지 않는다. 경기 구간은 표고차 48.4m 정도로 평탄했다. 한국과 일본의 문헌에 등장하는 ‘비스마르크 언덕’은 공식 기록에 없다. 손기정은 20㎞~30㎞의 장거리달리기, 우승후보 사발라는 5000m와 1만m 달리기 위주로 훈련했다. 손기정은 경기복에 382번을 달고‘가나구리 타비’를 신은 채 출전하여 28㎞와 31㎞지점 사이에서 선두에 나섰다. 공식 기록은 2시간 29분 19초2로 올림픽 신기록 이었으며 2시간 30분의 벽을 처음으로 돌파하였다. 손기정은 경기를 하는 동안 최소한 두 차례 수분을 공급받았다. 또한 연구 과정에서 급수대 및 기록석의 위치가 확인되었다. 당시 서구 언론은 손기정의 정체성에 무관심했고,‘작은 일본인’이라고 표현하였다. 당시 중계방송 녹음에서 손기정을‘한국인 학생’이라고 부른 사례가 있다. Sohn Kee-Chung won the Olympics Marathon in Berlin as a representative from Japan in 1936. The temperature of the day shown in the official record was 21.0℃~ 22.8℃. It is not accorded with national reference which recorded it higher than 30℃. The course was flat and about 48.4m differences in elevation. ‘Bismarck hill’which appeared in the reference both Korea and Japan was not on the official record. Sohn had trained focused 20㎞~ 30㎞ long-distance running. By the way the favorite Zabala had trained mainly 500m and 10000m running. Sohn had taken the lead between 28km and 32km points with a play suit attaching No.382 and‘Kanaguri-Tabi’. The official record was 2h 29m 19s2. It was the Olympic record and the first time broke through the walls of 2hours and 30 minutes. Sohn was supplied water at least two times during the race. Also the position of aid station and record point was confirmed while researching. Western media at that time was not interested in the identity of Sohn but only described as a ‘small Japanese’. There was a case that radio broadcast called Sohn as ‘Korean student’.

        무기질 비료의 유효성분비에 따른 온실가스 원단위 산정 방법론

        본 연구는 국내 농업분야에서 사용되는 무기질 비료들의 생산과정에서의 유사성을 고려하여, 제품별로 전과정평가를 수행할 필요 없이 N(질소)-P(인)-K(칼륨)의 유효성분 비율만으로 전과정 온실가스 배출량 산정할 수 있는 방법론을 개발하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구대상인 무기질 비료 생산 시스템의 국내 대표성 확보를 위하여 투입되는 원료 사용량은 통계 데이터를 활용하고 에너지 사용량과 제품 생산량은 현장 데이터를 활용하여 방법론을 개발하였다. 연구결과는 무기질 비료 1 kg 생산에 따른 온실가스 배출 범주는 크게 원료의 생산에 따른 배출과 에너지 생산 및 사용에 따른 배출로 나눌 수 있으며 에너지 및 사용에 따른 온실가스 배출량은 국내의 무기질 비료의 시장점유율이 높은 제조 사업장의 현장 데이터를 수집하여 산정한 온실가스 원단위 5.90×10<sup>-2</sup> kg CO<sub>2</sub> eq. kg<sup>-1</sup> [전기 3.19×10<sup>-2</sup>, LNG 8.67×10<sup>-4</sup> + 4.05×10<sup>-3</sup>(사용), 중유 2.07×10<sup>-3</sup> + 2.02×10<sup>-2</sup>(사용)]를 적용할 수 있으며, 원료생산에 따른 배출은 무기질 비료의 필수성분인 N-P-K의 유효성분비를 통한 계산을 통해 산정할 수 있을 것으로 나타났다. The study has been carried out for developing methodology which is to calculate green house gas(GHG) emission volume in life cycle of producing 1 kg inorganic fertilizer without lfe cycle assessment(LCA). The methodology was developed to able to calculate GHG emission by only the ratio of available components of nitrogen(N)-phosphorus(P)-potassium(K) in inorganic fertilizers. The statistics of domestic material usage, field data of energy usage and product output in 6 domestic manufacturing systems were utilized to make the methodology able to represent whole inorganic fertilizer products in Korea. The result has shown that GHG was emitted 5.90 × 10<sup>-2</sup> kg CO<sub>2</sub> eq. by energy using for producing 1 kg inorganic fertilizer. GHG emitted by producing raw material of inorganic fertilizer could be calculated with the ratio of available components of N-P-K.

        한국남자농구 최초의 다문화인 국가대표 선수 김동광에 대한 연구

        The research focuses on Kim Dong-Kwang, who played for the Korean men’s national basketball team from 1973 to 1981. Kim Dong-Kwang is a multiethnic man born between a U.S. military officer and a Korean woman, and has competed at five Asian Basketball Championships and two Asian Games. The first multiethnic athlete ever for the Korean national basketball team, Kim performed at a high level as a player, and then carved out a successful post-playing career as a top-notch coach. He developed into an integral figure in Korean basketball. Kim was also the latest in line of great point guards and all-around players in Korean men’s basketball, an important player who continued the proud tradition. The evolution of Kim, from a child born at the height of discrimination against multiethnic people to a well-respected athlete who overcame so much adversity, is noteworthy in the history of our sports and our nation as a whole. The impact that Kim’s life and career has had on Korean basketball, sports and culture is worthy of examination, in light of Korea’s rapid transition into a multicultural society since the 2000s and the emergence of multiethnic athletes in different sports.

        국내 부숙비료의 전과정 온실가스 배출량 산정

        본 연구는 국내 농업의 축산분야에서의 주요 온실가스 배출원인 가축분뇨의 처리와 관련하여 퇴비, 액비와 같은 부숙비료의 생산에 관하여 전과정 평가(Life Cycle Assessment, LCA) 기법을 활용하여 부숙비료의 전과정에서 발생하는 온실가스 배출량 분석을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 가축분뇨 자원화 과정에서의 온실가스 배출원별 기여도를 파악하여 향후 농업분야의 온실가스 저감 대상이 될 수 있는 요인 규명을 위해 수행하였다. 국내 부숙비료 중 국내에서 발생되는 가축분뇨의 발생량이 많고 시장에서 활용도가 높은 계분비료, 우분퇴구비, 돈분액비를 대상으로 전과정평가를 수행하였으며, 전과정평가는 온실가스 배출량 산정을 통한 지구온난화 범주만을 대상으로 수행하였다. 전과정 온실가스 배출량 산정 결과, 계분비료는 6.36 × 10<sup>-1</sup> kg CO<sub>2</sub> eq. kg<sup>-1</sup>, 우분퇴구비는 2.11 × 10<sup>-1</sup> kg CO<sub>2</sub> eq. kg<sup>-1</sup>, 돈분액비는 2.60 × 10<sup>-2</sup> kg CO<sub>2</sub> eq. kg<sup>-1</sup>으로 산정되었다. 배출량 기여도 분석에서는 계분비료와 우분퇴구비는 각각 90.6%, 62.1%가 각 비료의 부숙과정에서 발생하는 것으로 나타났으며 돈분액비는 88%가 제조과정에서의 에너지 사용에 의한 배출로 나타났다. The study has been carried out for identifying the factors that should be the greenhouse gas reduction target in relation to the treatments of livestock manures which are the main sources of greenhouse gases in the field of agriculture. Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for the production of composted fertilizer techniques were utilized for greenhouse gas emission volume analysis and contribution analysis of each factors. Targets of LCA were three types of composted fertilizer which are fowl dropping fertilizer, cow manure fertilizer and slurry liquid fertilizer by pig dropping which are emitted with large amount annually in Korea. The study shows fowl dropping fertilizer was estimated 6.36 × 10<sup>-1</sup> kg CO<sub>2</sub> eq. kg<sup>-1</sup>, cow manure fertilizer was estimated 2.11 × 10<sup>-1</sup> kg CO<sub>2</sub> eq. kg<sup>-1</sup>, slurry liquid fertilizer by pig dropping was estimated 2.60 × 10<sup>-1</sup> kg CO<sub>2</sub> eq. kg<sup>-1</sup>. 90.6% of GHG(Green House Gas) amount was emitted in process of composting manure among the life cycle steps of producing fowl dropping fertilizer. And 62.1% was emitted in process of composting manure among the life cycle steps of producing cow manure fertilizer. And 88% of GHG emissions has been shown to occur by energy use in producing system of slurry liquid fertilizer by pig dropping.
