        설문조사를 통한 소음 민감도에 따른 층간소음에 의한 성가심과 생활방해 연구

        소음에 대한 반응은 응답자의 소음 민감도에 따라 차이가 발생될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 소음 민감도와 함께 층간소음에 대한 거슬림, 생활방해, 이웃에 대한 의견 등을 조사하였다. 설문조사 응답자를 소음 민감도 그룹별로 구분하고 소음 민감도 그룹별 층간소음의 거슬림, 생활방해 등에 대하여 비교하였다. 이를 통해 소음 민감도 설문조사 방법을 제시하였다. 설문조사는 서울, 경기 지역 공동주택 거주경험자 233명을 대상으로 층간소음에 의한 거슬림, 생활방해와 소음 민감도, 이웃에 대한 의견과 층간소음 발생 시 항의 방법에 대하여 조사하였다. 설문조사 결과 민감도 그룹을 3개로 나눈 경우 소음 민감도가 높은 그룹의 층간소음 거슬림과 생활방해 반응이 나머지 그룹과 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이웃에 대한 느낌 조사 결과 연령대가 증가함에 따라 이웃에 대한 긍정적 반응이 증가되는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 이웃에 대해 긍정적 느낌을 갖는 그룹의 층간소음 거슬림, 생활방해 인식도 낮은 것으로 나타났다. The response to noise may differ depending on the respondent's noise sensitivity. In this study, it was investigated that the noise sensitivity, the annoyance and disturbance of floor impact noise and opinions on their neighbors. The questionnaire respondents were divided into two or three groups based on noise sensitivity, and annoyance and disturbance on floor impact sound were compared. The noise sensitivity questionnaire method was presented. The questionnaire survey was conducted on 233 residents of Seoul, Gyeonggi - do area. As a result of the questionnaire survey, when the sensitivity group was divided into three groups, it was found that there was a significant difference between the groups with the noise sensitivity and the disturbance reaction. As a result of the opinions on their neighbors, positive responses to neighbors increased with age. Also, it was found that there was a low perception of inter - floor noise and life disturbance of the group having positive feelings about neighbors.

        바닥충격음 연구현황 및 전망

        Since the last 30 years, there have been various studies conducted on different topics related to floor impact sound. In this study, the papers and proceedings presented at KSNVE (The Korean Society for Noise and Vibration Engineering) for the past 30 years are sorted as per the topics, and the results were analyzed. The main subjects of these floor impact sound papers were floor impact sound isolation system, including the resilient materials, and papers on measurement and evaluation methods and prediction. Research on the prediction of floor impact sound has been conducted since 2005. Recently, research has been conducted on improving the floor impact sound isolation performance of existing apartment buildings or remodeling houses. For the slabs of apartment buildings, establishing a method for predicting the floor impact sound is imperative. It is urgent to issue international standards for the SNQ and classification scheme of rubber ball impact sound. Furthermore, adding the rubber ball impact sound measurement method as part of international standards is necessary. It is considered that the simple measurement method of rubber ball impact sound can be useful for the investigation of basic data for the development of quality control techniques in this field.

        층간소음 성가심과 생활감에 대한 설문조사

        In order to investigate the characteristics of floor-impact sounds generated in apartment buildings and the annoyance and disturbance caused by floor-impact sounds, a questionnaire survey was conducted twice with an 11- or 12-year interval for respondents living in apartments. Questions in the survey were on the characteristics of real impact sounds, and the subjective annoyance, disturbance, or satisfaction for heavy and light impact sources. From the first survey, which was conducted in 2005, it was found that the most annoying time of day and space were 8 p.m. to midnight in the living room. It was also revealed that the main source of the floor impact sound from the upper floor is a child’s jumping and running from 6 to 9 p.m. More than half of the respondents were not satisfied by the floor impact isolation performance of their own apartments. The results of the second questionnaire survey, which was conducted from 2016 to 2017, show that 44.6 % of respondents responded that they felt annoyed by floor-impact sounds, and 38.5 % of them felt disturbed. From the results of both questionnaire surveys, it was commonly found that females are more sensitive than males, and people in their 20s are usually less sensitive than people in their 30s and 40s. It can be concluded that, for a subjective evaluation and questionnaire survey on floor-impact sounds, females in their 30s and 40s should be included in the subject group.

        최근 태양광 모듈 제작에 있어서 고출력을 내는 기술 중 하나인 슁글드 방식에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 슁글드 모듈은 풀 셀을 사용하여 제작하는 기존 방식의 모듈보다 고출력을 낼 수 있는데 이는 동일 설치 면적에서 더 많은 수광 면적을 확보할 수 있기 때문이다. 그러나 기존의 모듈 제작에 사용하는 라미네이션 공정 조건은 슁글드 방식에는 적합하지 않은데, 슁글드 방식이 셀의 분할 및 접합 공정을 통해 제작되며 이로 인해 단차가 생기는 구조를 갖고 있기 때문이다. 최적화되지 않은 라미네이션 공정 조건을 통해 만들어진 모듈은 셀의 파손과 기포 발생 등을 일으키며 이는 모듈의 출력 저하 요소로 작용하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 슁글드 모듈에 최적화된 라미네이션 공정에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 셀의 파손 및 기포 발생을 해결하기 위해 EVA의 두께 및 라미네이션 공정의 최적화 연구를 하였으며, 제작된 모듈은 솔라시뮬레이터 및 EL 측정 장비를 통해 분석하였다.

        섬쑥부쟁이 주정추출물과 비타민 B 복합물 병용에 의한 인지개선 상승효과

        본 연구에서는 섬쑥부쟁이 70% 주정추출물 및 비타민 B 복합물 투여에 의한 인지기능 개선 효능을 확인하고자 하였다. 먼저 Morris water maze test를 통해 기억손상 마우스모델에서 섬쑥부쟁이 70% 주정추출물 투여에 의해 장기 기억력 및 공간 기억력이 향상됨으로써 인지기능 개선 기능성 소재에 대한 가능성을 확인하였다. 이에 추가로 in vitro 모델에서 섬쑥부쟁이 70% 주정추출물의 신경세포사멸 억제 효과를 확인하였으며, 더불어 비타민 B 복합물과의 병용 처리를 통해 상승효과가 발생하는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 실험 결과를 바탕으로 기억손상 마우스 모델에서 섬쑥부쟁이 70% 주정추출물 및 비타민 B 복합물 투여에 의한 인지개선 효능을 평가한 결과, 섬쑥부쟁이 70% 주정추출물 및 비타민 B 복합물 단독 투여에 의해 scopolamine 유도군 대비 AChE 활성이 저하되고 ACh 함량이 증가하였으며, 두 시료를 병용하여 투여하였을 때 상승효과가 발생하는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과는 in vitro 및 in vivo 실험에서 장기기억력 및 공간 기억력 개선, 신경세포사멸 억제, AChE 활성 억제 및 ACh 함량 증가를 통해 인지기능 개선에 도움을 주는 기능성 소재로서 섬쑥부쟁이 70% 주정추출물의 개발 가능성을 보여주었다. 또한 섬쑥부쟁이 70% 주정추출물과 비타민 B 복합물의 병용 시 이러한 기능성이 더욱 상승하는 것을 확인하였으므로 이를 인지개선에 효과적인 기능성 제품 및 여러 가공품 개발에 적극 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Aster glehni Franchet et Sckmidt is mainly grown in Ulleungdo Island, Republic of Korea. It has been known as a medicinal herb that relieves frequent coughing, high fever, and severe pain. Although several recent studies have reported that Aster glehni might have neuroprotective and memory-enhancing effects, research on the effects of improving cognitive function is insufficient. This study was therefore undertaken to investigate whether ethanolic extracts from leaves and stems of Aster glehni (EAG) have an effect on improving cognitive functions, through in vitro and in vivo assays. In addition, synergistic effects on cognitive improvement were evaluated by applying a combination of EAG with the vitamin B complex (VBC). The in vivo studies determined that EAG exerts cognitive improvement effects by reducing escape latency and increasing the time spent in the platform quadrant in the Morris water maze test. EAG treatment also inhibited acetylcholinesterase activity and increased the level of acetylcholine in mouse brain tissues. Moreover, we observed a protective effect against β-amyloid-induced neurotoxicity in human neuroblastoma cells. These effects were further enhanced when combined with VBC. Therefore, these findings indicate that EAG treatment in combination with VBC has the potential to improve cognitive function more effectively than a single treatment.

        고출력 슁글드 태양광 모듈의 라미네이션 공정조건 최적화

        Global warming is accelerating due to the use of fossil fuels that have been used continuously for centuries. Now, humankind recognizes its seriousness, and is conducting research on searching for eco-friendly and sustainable energy. In the field of solar energy, which is a kind of eco-friendly and sustainable, many studies are being conducted to enhance the output performance of the module. In this study, the output improvement for the shingled module structure was studied. In order to improve the output performance of the module, the thickness of the encapsulant was increased, and the lamination process conditions have been improved accordingly. After that, the crosslinking rate was analyzed, and the suitability of the lamination process conditions was judged using this. In addition, a peeling test was conducted to analyze the correlation between the adhesion of the encapsulant and the output performance of the module. Finally, the optimization for the encapsulant material and the lamination process conditions for high-power shingled modules was established, and accordingly, the market share of high-power shingled modules in the solar module market can be expected to rise.

        천연 기능성 물질(Functional Ingredients)을 활용한 LDL 수용체과(科) 조절과 지질항상성 개선

        Dyslipidemia, defined as elevated triglyceride (TG), total- and LDL-C, and/or decreased HDL-C levels, is considered a principal risk factor for cardiovascular disease. The low-density lipoprotein receptor (LDLR) family has been considered a key player in the prevention of dyslipidemia. The LDLR family consists of cytoplasmic membrane proteins and plays an important role not only in ligand-receptor binding and uptake, but also in various cell signaling pathways. Emerging reports state that various functional ingredients dynamically modulate the function of the LDLR family. For instance, oats stimulated the LDLR function in vivo, resulting in decreased body weight and improved serum lipid profiles. The stimulation of LRP6 by functional ingredients in vitro activated the Wnt/β-catenin pathway, subsequently suppressing the intracellular TG via inhibition of SREBP1, PPARγ, and C/EBPα. Furthermore, the extract of Cistanchetubulosa enhanced the expression of the mRNA of VLDLR, followed by a reduction in the serum cholesterol level. In addition, fermented soy milk diminished TG and total cholesterol levels while increasing HDL-C levels via activation of LRP1. To summarize, modulating the function of the LDLR family by diverse functional ingredients may be a potent therapeutic remedy for the treatment of dyslipidemia and cardiovascular diseases.
