무역 e-Marketplace의 무역정보와 신뢰성에 관한 실증연구

세계무역은 전통적인 방식에서 전자적인 방식으로 빠르게 전환중이다. 이미 각국의 바이어들은 거래선 발굴방법으로 무역 e-Marketplace 등 온라인 검색을 우선적으로 활용하고 있다. 또한 무역업자들을 서로 연결해 주는 무역 e-Marketplace의 매개기능은 전자무역 정보서비스의 전문적인 영역과 더불어 다양한 무역정보(거래정보, 상품정보, 기업정보)를 실시간으로 제공하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 무역 e-Marketplace인 Alibaba.com의 판매자의 무역정보인 신규상품등록과 기존상품수정이 구매자의 신뢰성을 나타내는 인콰이어리(견적요청서)와의 관계를 한국 판매자를 대상으로 실증 분석하고자 한다. 분석결과, 판매자가 무역정보인 기존의 상품을 수정할 경우 구매자로 부터 더 많은 인콰이어리를 받는 것으로 분석되었으며, 판매자가 상품을 신규로 등록하는 경우에는 구매자로부터 인콰이어리를 받는 것에 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. World trade is fast going through a conversion from the traditional format into an electronic one. Buyers all around the world have already used online search service such as trade e-Marketplace to find new clients first. Connecting traders, trade e-Marketplace through its broker functions provides real-time trade information of diverse kinds(trade leads, product catalogs and company profiles) as well as the professional area of electronic trade information service. This study sets out to empirically analyze relations between the seller's new product registration and old product revision and the buyer's inquiry(offersheet) at Alibaba.com as trade e-Marketplace. The analysis results show that the seller received more inquiries from buyers in case of revising old products and the seller's new product registration did not affect inquiries from purchasers.

We present the case of a 27-year-old female who presented in hypovolemic shock due to splenic rupture without apparent cause. The patient underwent an open splenectomy followed by an uneventful recovery. Post-operatively the patient could recall no trauma, and exams for viral and neoplastic etiologies were unrevealing. Spontaneous splenic rupture is a rare condi-tion requiring a high index of suspicion, and patients should be managed with prompt splenectomy. (J Acute Care Surg 2016;6:73-75)

<P>We report a series of solution-processable, small-molecule, donor materials based on an architecture consisting of two diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) cores with different aromatic π-bridges between the DPP units and different end-capping groups. In general, this architecture leads to desirable light absorption and electronic levels for donor materials. Out of the compounds investigated, a material with a hydrolyzed dithieno(3,2-<I>b</I>;2′,3′-<I>d</I>)silole (SDT) core and 2-benzofuran (BFu) end capping groups leads to the most favorable properties for solar cells, capable of generating photocurrent up to 800 nm while producing an open-circuit voltage of over 850 mV, indicating a small loss in electrical potential compared to other bulk heterojunction systems. <P>Maternal gene expression is an important biological process in oocyte maturation and early cleavage. To gain insights into oocyte maturation and early embryo development, we used microarray analysis to compare the gene expression profiles of germinal vesicle (GV)- and metaphase II (MII)-stage oocytes. The differences in spot intensities were normalized and grouped using the Avadis Prophetic software platform. Of the 12164 genes examined, we found 1682 genes with more highly expression in GV-stage oocytes than in MII-stage oocytes, while 1936 genes were more highly expressed in MII-stage oocytes (P<0.05). The genes were grouped on the basis of the Panther classification system according to their involvement in particular biological processes. The genes that were up-regulated in GV oocytes were more likely to be involved in protein metabolism and modification, the mitotic cell cycle, electron transport, or fertilization or belong to the microtubule/cytoskeletal protein family. The genes specifically upregulated in the MII oocytes were more likely to be involved in DNA replication, amino acid metabolism, or expression of G protein-coupled receptors and signaling molecules. Identification of genes that are preferentially expressed at particular oocyte maturation stages provides insights into the complex gene regulatory networks that drive oocyte maturation and fertilization.</P>

<P>Posttranslational modification by small ubiquitin-like modifier (SUMO) controls diverse cellular functions of transcription factors and coregulators and participates in various cellular processes including signal transduction and transcriptional regulation. Here, we report that pontin, a component of chromatin-remodeling complexes, is SUMO-modified, and that SUMOylation of pontin is an active control mechanism for the transcriptional regulation of pontin on androgen-receptor target genes in prostate cancer cells. Biochemical purification of pontin-containing complexes revealed the presence of the Ubc9 SUMO-conjugating enzyme that underlies its function as an activator. Intriguingly, 5alpha-dihydroxytestosterone treatments significantly increased the SUMOylation of pontin, and SUMOylated pontin showed further activation of a subset of nuclear receptor-dependent transcription and led to an increase in proliferation and growth of prostate cancer cells. These data clearly define a functional model and provide a link between SUMO modification and prostate cancer progression.</P>
