        기업물류 성과측정을 위한 두 가지 접근법

        This study is to develop new logistics indices that overcome the weaknesses and limitations of the existing logistics indices and that evaluate the logistics efficiency levels in companies and nations. Through analyzing the prior researches and foreign benchmarking example, we develop new performance management systems to appraise the logistics efficiency levels of our logistics firms and present new logistics indices to assess customer satisfaction levels. In detail, we design Logistics Process Capability Maturity Model as a process index and Logistics-KPI model as a outcome index. We process the field tests of these indices in appraising Korean logistics companies and refine the two indices. Finally, we present some political implications and succeeding research issues to complement this study. 본 연구에서는 물류기업과 화주기업의 물류성과를 측정하는데 있어 기존 물류지표가 갖는 한계를 극복하고, 나아가 기업의 물류효율화 정도를 계량화하여 보다 정확하게 평가·표출할 수 있는 새로운 물류지표를 개발하기 위해 수행되었다. 선행연구와 해외사례 등에 대한 분석을 통해 우리나라 기업물류의 수준을 다양한 각도에서 평가할 수 있는 성과지표체계를 구축함과 동시에 고객·화주의 만족도 수준을 정량·정성적으로 평가하여 물류 합리화를 위한 의사결정을 지원하는 두 가지 지표체계를 제안하였다. 먼저 기업의 물류수행역량을 평가하기 위해 물류프로세스 역량 성숙도 모델을 제시하고, 기업의 물류활동에 따른 결과를 측정할 수 있는 체계로 로지스틱스-KPI 모델을 제안하였다. 제안된 모델의 현실 적용 가능성을 평가하기 위해 두 가지 지표를 국내에서 활동 중인 물류기업을 대상으로 시범 적용 후 보완하는 절차를 수행하였다. 마지막으로 국내 물류기업들을 대상으로 성과 평가 DB를 구축하는 등 두 지표가 체계적으로 정착하기 위한 정책 제언과 함께 이 지표들을 활용하거나 개선하기 위해 수행되어야 할 향후 연구과제들을 제안하였다.

        평균수명의 연장과 조기퇴직으로 길어진 고령기의 대다수의 노인들은 아직도 사회적 활동을 하기에 충분히 건강하고 다양한 경험과 능력을 보유하고 있음에도 불구하고 타의에 의해 직업인으로서의 역할을 상실하게 되어 은퇴 후 새로운 사회적 역할을 찾지 못하여 고독과 소외로 지낼 수밖에 없는 실정이다. 따라서 개인의 삶의 질을 결정짓는 중요한 시기인 고령기를 어떻게 보내느냐 하는 것은 가장 중요한 과제이며 고령화 사회가 심화되면서 사회적으로 그 중요성이 더해 가고 있다. 특별히 고령기 노인들의 사회참여와 여가 선용의 일환으로 노인자원봉사활동을 활성화하여 노인들에게 자원봉사활동을 통하여 타인에게 도움을 주고 고령기 생활에서 갖게 되는 열등감이나 소외감을 극복하여 노인생활의 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다.

        교실수업에서 온라인기반 러시아어 교수법

        The purpose of our research is to suggest a sample of Russian Language learning by activating self-regulated study of the Internet-based text conversation and e-mail in classroom. It has been proved that Internet-based conversation is productive more than traditional classroom lessons, as the former meets every interest of learners- participants and it helps them continue their learning activities even outside the classroom. But most of our learners feel awkward in front of others, when they try to communicate loudly using the skype. And we can tell that they usually make the same mistakes in the Internet- based learning activities as in the traditional classroom lessons. And the mistakes result not only from the lack of reading and writing but from the shortage of the chance of communicating with native speakers. In conclusion the Internet-based Russian language learning gives a great chance of improving lingual competence.

        러시아 문학 교양강좌 운영 사례 연구

        Past knowledge-centered education evaluated how faithfully remembered what we have learned so far, and measured that we had achieved the goal of the class through a general assessment such as a final exam. Students in these classes and assessments are placed in a passive position and cannot develop creativity or self-led learning skills. The author's "Understanding Russian Literature" as a Liberal Arts course, which started with a reflection on past knowledge-centric education, is intended for students who have little prior knowledge of Russian and Russian literature, and unilaterally conveys knowledge of Russian literature It was not set as the goal. Rather, he encouraged the students to read a literary work and then express it by forming their own ideas, focusing on the subject matter and awareness of the problem. As a way to do this, I tried to run WAC classes. As is clear from the case study of this subject management, compared to the traditional lecture-centered education, there is much more education for students to participate in classes written in writing to improve student participation, satisfaction, and writing skills. Because writing is a major part of the class in this subject, knowing that when class management is connected to class evaluation, students participate in writing activities at a meaningful level. Writing and reading education when writing evaluations and feedback are given and connected with routine evaluations, despite the difficulties of personal feedback of teachers, concomitantly using methods such as peer evaluation was able to continue to be actively connected until the end of the fiscal year. The writing cooperated class management of the process evaluation method had a positive effect on the student attendance management. However, the elaboration of rubrics used in this course remains as an issue, and subsequent studies are necessary on issues such as effectiveness of peer review and the direction of improvement. If supplemented in subsequent studies, it can be used as a general course for foreign literature management as a liberal arts course.

        체호프의 「개를 데리고 다니는 부인」과 그것의 영상화에 대한 비교 연구

        Chekhov's short novel [A woman with a dog] and its screen adaptation by Kheifits Seo, Sang-Beom This article compares Chekhov's short novel [A woman with a dog] with Kheifits's cinema with the same title. Kheifits, a film director, had been a reader of Chekhov's short novel before he produced the film based on the Chekhov's work. In this case there is a large gap between the time of Chekhov's creating the work and the time of Kheifits's making the film. The passage of time made it possible for the director to reflect critically on the original short story and to show his meta attitude to the original. This Chekhov's work presents a couple of lovers who thrive to get authenticity of life and love among people with a cold attitude about life. Doing this, Chekhov tries to exclude all kinds of prejudice. The writer doesn't show a clear future of two people's love. The film adaptation and the original text are in the mutual relationship and the film is a meta text of the original. In this case film adaptation utilizes not only verbal symbols but also visual and auditory symbols, which make new meanings. The director put the love of two married people into the broader social context, into the stagnated Russia of end of the century. So the future of their love seems more dark than the original. The idea of Kheifits is expressed by narration, visual images, and auditory symbols.
