<P>Transplantation of neural stem cells (NSCs) has been proposed as a treatment for Parkinson disease (PD). The aim of this study was to monitor the viability of transplanted NSCs expressing the enhanced luciferase gene in a mouse model of PD in vivo. The PD animal model was induced by unilateral injection of 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA). The behavioral test using apomorphine-induced rotation and positron emission tomography with [18F]N-(3-fluoropropyl)-2'-carbomethoxy-3'-(4-iodophenyl)nortropane ([18F]FP-CIT) were conducted. HB1.F3 cells transduced with an enhanced firefly luciferase retroviral vector (F3-effLuc cells) were transplanted into the right striatum. In vivo bioluminescence imaging was repeated for 2 weeks. Four weeks after transplantation, [18F]FP-CIT PET and the rotation test were repeated. All 6-OHDA-injected mice showed markedly decreased [18F]FP-CIT uptake in the right striatum. Transplanted F3-effLuc cells were visualized on the right side of the brain in all mice by bioluminescence imaging. The bioluminescence intensity of the transplanted F3-effLuc cells gradually decreased until it was undetectable by 10 days. The behavioral test showed that stem cell transplantation attenuated the motor symptoms of PD. No significant change was found in [18F]FP-CIT imaging after cell transplantation. We successfully established an in vivo bioluminescence imaging system for the detection of transplanted NSCs in a mouse model of PD. NSC transplantation induced behavioral improvement in PD model mice.</P>

Recently, many researches have been conducted to improve the performance and wearability of smart wearables. In this study, we designed and fabricated the signal and power transmission textile cables for smart wearables which have excellent wearability, durability and reliability. For the signal transmission textile cables, conductive yarns for the signal line and the ground line were developed. Three types of signal transmission textile cables have been developed using the conductive yarns. Linear density, tensile properties, electrical resistance and RF characteristics were tested to characterize the physical and electrical properties of three signal transmission textile cables. The conductive yarns have the very low resistance of 0.05Ω/cm and showed excellent uniformity of electric resistance. Therefore, the electrical resistance of the signal transmission fiber cable can be reduced by increasing the number of conductive yarns used in signal and ground lines. However, the radio frequency (RF) characteristics of the signal transmission textile cables were better as the number of strands of the conductive yarns used was smaller. This is because the smaller the number of strands of conductive yarn used in signal transmission textile cables, the narrower and more parallel the distance between the signal line and the ground line. It is expected that the signal and power transmission textile cable for signal and power transmission will be utilized in smart wearable products.

인터넷 사용자의 증가와 더불어 보안의 중요성이 확산됨에 따라 공개키 기반구조(Public Key Infrastructure)하에서의 상호 인증 기술이 정보보호 기반기술의 중요요소로 논의되고 있다. 전자 상거래환경의 각종 응용분야에 대한 정보보호 서비스를 위하여 PKI 환경구축이 선진국들을 중심으로 광범위하게 추진되고 있다. 그러나, 개별적으로 추진되고 있는 다양한 형태의 PKI 환경구축이 선진국들을 중심으로 광범위하게 추진되고 있다. 그러나, 개별적으로 추진되고 있는 다양한 형태의 PKI 환경은 상호 연동성이 보장되어야 한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 상호 연동을 위하여 고려해야 하는 서명 알고리즘의 상호 연동성 방안을 제안하였다.

기존의 세금계산서 발급 및 전송 방식은 많은 비용이 들고, 분실이나 위조 등의 보안상의 문제점이 존재한다. 개정된 부가가치세법은 이러한 단점을 보완하고 보다 안전한 방법을 통해 세금계산서를 주고 받을 수 있도록 하는 제도를 시행하도록 하고 있다. 웹 환경에서의 전자 세금계산서 시스템은 전자세금계산서의 발급 과정보다는 그 전송 과정이 중요하다. 따라서 보다 효율적이고 안전하게 국세청에 세금계산서를 제출할 수 있는 메시징 시스템이 개발되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 전자 문서 메시징을 위한 오픈소스 프레임워크인 Hermes 2를 기반으로 전자세금계산서 메시징 시스템을 구현하였다. Previous process for issuing and messaging tax-invoice needs too much cost and has risky problems such as loss or forgery. A rule for an electronic tax-invoice can make up for the weak points. In the tax-invoice system based on web environment, the messaging electronic tax-invoices is more important than the issuing it. Therefore, a messaging system should be developed for submitting tax-invoice efficiently and safely. In this paper, we implement an electronic tax-invoice messaging system based on Hermes 2 which is an open source framework for electronic document messaging.

<P>1. <?ri?>A novel diacylglyceride acyltransferase-1 (DGAT-1) inhibitor, 2-(4-(4-(5-(2-phenyl-5-(trifluoromethyl) oxazole-4-carboxamido)-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)phenyl)cyclohexyl) acetic acid (KR-69232), was synthesized for a potential therapeutic use against several metabolic disorders, such as obesity, insulin resistance, and type II diabetes, characterized by excessive triglycerides (TGs) in the blood.</P><P>2. <?ri?>The half-lives against phase I metabolism were measured as 75.3 ± 20.9 min and over 120 min in rat and human liver microsomes, respectively. In Caco-2 cell monolayers, extremely low permeability (<0.13 × 10<SUP>−6 </SUP>cm/s) was seen in the absorptive direction, predicting limited intestinal absorption of KR-69232. This compound was highly bound to rat and human plasma proteins (>99.8%).</P><P>3. <?ri?>With the intravenous administration of KR-69232 in rats (1, 2, and 5 mg/kg), non-linear kinetics were observed at the highest dose, with significantly higher systemic clearance, higher volume of distribution, and lower dose-normalized AUC. Following oral administration, it exhibited low bioavailability (<10%) and was absorbed slowly (<I>T</I><SUB>max</SUB>, 3.8-5.2 h) over the dose range. We also confirmed that considerable KR-69232 remained in the intestine at <I>T</I><SUB>max</SUB>, demonstrating its limited absorption into the systemic circulation.</P>
