18세기 말 전라도 수군전법 변화의 특성 : 전라우수영『전지도첩』과 전라좌수영『수조홀』을 중심으로

이 연구는 18세기 말에서 19세기 초에 작성된 전라도수군의 군사훈련과 관련된 2종의 자료를 중심으로 18세기 말 전라도 수군전법 변화의 특성을 살펴보기 위해 작성되었다. 당시 수군제도의 전략적 재편과 수군전법의 전술적 보완이 요구되고 이에 따라 변화하던 수군편제를 살펴볼 수 있는 것 중 하나가 바로 수조다. 임진왜란 이후 중국의 수군전법을 받아들여『兵學指南』의 수조를 정비한 조선은 18세기에 이를 더욱 보완해 『兵學通』수조의 완성을 보았고, 이 시기를 전후하여 각 지역의 일선 수군지휘관들에 의해 수조홀기류 문서들이 작성되기 시작하였다. 이 자료들 중 전라도의 수군전법을 보여주는 것이 전라좌수영『水操笏』과 전라우수영『戰陣圖帖』이다. 전라우수영『戰陣圖帖』에는 총 12가지의 진도가 수록되어 있다. 이 진도들은 1780년 이전의 7개 진도와 이후의 5개 진도로 나눌 수 있다. 두 부류의 진도에 나타나는 전라우수영의 진관 편제는 확연히 다르며, 진형 역시 그 성격이 크게 달라 18세기말 전라우수영 전법의 변화를 뚜렷이 살펴볼 수 있게 해준다. 1830년대에 작성된 것으로 추정되는 전라좌수영『水操笏』은 총 8부분으로 나뉘어져 있다. 수군군사훈련의 핵심내용을 담고 있는 첫 번째「水操笏」과 두 번째의「夜操笏」은『兵學通』의 수조절차를 대부분 요약하면서도 절차와 의례에 중점을 두고 있었다. 즉『水操笏』은『兵學指南』과『兵學通』의 형식과 절차를 그대로 따르면서도 조선적인 특색을 띄고 있다 할 수 있겠다.
Streptobacillus sp.가 생산하는 pullulanase에 관한 연구

A bacterium with the highest pullulanase activity was isolated from the soil and identified as Streptobacillus sp. Y-716. The optimum culture condition of Streptobacillus sp. for the production of pullulanase was as follows; 1.2%(w/v)soluble starch, 0.7%(w/v) CH₃COONH₄, 0.05%(w/v) MgSO₄7 H₂O, 0.01%(w/v)FeSO₄7H₂O, at 30℃, for 48 hrs. The pullulanase from the culture broth of Streptobacillus sp. Y-716 was purified about 46 fold by ammonium sulfate precipitation, dialysis. DEAE-cellulose and Sephadex G-200 column chromatography. The purified enzyme was stable between pH 5.0 and pH 7.5. It was inactivated rapidly above 35℃. The Km value and Vmax of the purified enzyme were 0.0137mg/m/ and 0.666μm/min. on pullulan, respectively.
MgO 버퍼층을 이용한 PZT 박막의 형성 및 특성 평가

In this paper, we fabricated the MgO layer by sol-gel method and estimated possibility as a buffer layer for ferroelectric such as PZT. MgO(Magnesium Oxide) proposed as buffer layer of ferroelectric is already for much used as buffer layer in optic technology. There are many formation methods of MgO layer, but in this study, we selected the sol-gel method which is easy to control the content of material and possible for fabrication of uniform layer, then we formed thin layer through the composition of MgO and PZT solution, spin coating and annealing. To estimate the possibility as buffer layer about ferroelectric layer, we analyzed the physical and electrical characteristics about PZT on MgO layer.By SEM, AFM and XRD analysis, we could know facts that the surface condition of PZT on MgO was relatively smooth and the crystal orientation of PZT was enhanced by MgO layer. Due to the measurements of P-V, C-V and I-V characteristics of PZT/MgO capacitor structure, the polarization, fatigue and breakdown properties of PZT on MgO were much improved than those of PZT without MgO layer. Also, in MFIS structure, the PZT on MgO showed the stable memory property. These results could be compared to those of MgO buffer layer formed by sputtering, so, if studies about the composition of MgO solution and the formation of MgO layer are executed continuously, the fabrication process of MgO layer by sol-gel method can be applied as the process for buffer layer of ferroelectric.

This study was carried out to evaluate the feasibility of current lead indicators used in screening lead who were sspeted to have been exposed to lead were selected as 'case'and 207 female workers from non-lead industry were selected for 'control'. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The mean values of blood lead for case and control were 31.4㎍/dl, 22.2㎍/dl,respectively. The difference observed in the mean concentration between case and control was statistically signifi-ant(P<0.01) 2. The mean values for blood ZPP by hematofluorometer for case and control were 31.3㎍/dl, 25.4㎍/dl,respectiely. And difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01). 3. No statistically significant correlation was found between working duation and blood lead, blood ZPPlovel. 4. According to the simple correlation analysis,ZPPand urine lead were found to be statistically correlated with blood lead(P<0.01) 5. According to the discriminant analysis using blood lead as a dependent variable, it showed 89.1% predictability when using 40㎍/dl as a cutting value which is used as a screenig cutting value for industry workers health examination, while 81.8% for 30㎍/dl,77.54% for 20㎍/dl, respectively. 6. Lead related simptons which is used for screening the lead ntoxicated patients were used as a dependent variables in multiple regression analysis to find useful lead indicator. And significant independent variables were found to be ZPP, Age, and Hct. 7. Above results suggest that objective evalution of feasibbility of several lead indicators should be developed to correct the disutility of current lead screeng system in Korea.
Enhanced Dynamic Response of SRF-PLL System for High Dynamic Performance during Voltage Disturbance

Usually, a LPF (low pass filter) is used in the feedback loop of a SRF (synchronous reference frame) - PLL (phase locked loop) system because the measured grid voltage contains harmonic distortions and sensor noises. In this paper, it is shown that the cut-off frequency of the LPF should be designed to suppress the harmonic ripples contained in the measured voltage. Also, a new design method for the loop gain of the PI-type controller in the SRF-PLL is proposed with consideration of the dynamics of the LPF. As a result, a better transient response can be obtained with the proposed design method. The LPF frequency and the PI controller gain are designed in coordination according to the steady state and dynamic performance requirements. Furthermore, in the proposed method, the controller gain and the LPF cut-off frequency are changed from their normal value to a transient value when a voltage disturbance is detected. This paper shows the feasibility and usefulness of the proposed methods through the computer simulations and experimental results.
A New Record of the Genus Idris (Scelionidae: Scelioninae: Idrini) from Korea

The family Scelionidae is distributed all around the world, which has approximately 3,000 species within 150 genera in the world. To date 39 species of 15 genera from 3 subfamilies in Scelionidae are recorded in South Korea. In this study, we report a new record of the genus Idiris with one species. There are many parasitory and predatory insects specializing on spider eggs. Among scelionids, some species (Baeus achaearneus, Comastichus zopheros, Idris sp.) parasitize spider eggs. However, there was no Korean record for scelionid wasps parasitizing in egg sacs of spider. Based on morphology, ecology, and DNA identification, we recognized this species, Idris sp., being new to Korea. All examined specimens and DNA samples are deposited in Kunsan National University.
