The purpose of this study is to find a clue for understanding more accurately the national liberation movement which has been accelerated in the colonial and dependent countries since the victory of the October Revolution. But there are much difficulties to do so. Because the movement has been very differently defined from the commuit approach to the bourgeois-democratic, reformist and sectarian approaches. Thus, this paper mainly detected the colonial and national questions, the united front strategy and tactics, and the colonial revoultion theory which had been brought in Comintern. In order to look into it, this study examined disscussions in Comintern about(1) imperialism and coionial society, (2) the place and character of the colonial and national liberation movement, (3) foreign and domestic class alliance, (4) proletarian hegemony, (5) bourgeois democratic revolution, and (6) the way of non-capitalist development. In conclusion, it is sade that Comintern developed the strategy and tractics for the colonial and national liberation in connection with world revolution. Because Comintren saw that it is difficult to realize the national and social liberlation in the colonial and dependent countries the national and social liberlation in the colonial and dependent countries without construction socialist society. Even if Comintern was disorganized in 1943, the premises and principles on the colonial and national questions became a base of the national liberation people's democratic revolution(NLPDR).
수정 유전알고리듬을 사용한 최대유통문제의 치명호 결정방법

The purpose of this study is to present a method for determining the k most vital arcs in the maximum flow problem using genetic algorithms. Generally, the problem which determine the k most vital arcs in maximum flow problem has known as NP-hard. Therefore, in this study we propose a method for determining all the k most vital arcs in maximum flow problem using a genetic algorithm and a revised genetic algorithm. First, we propose genetic algorithm to find the k most vital arcs removed at the same time then present the expression and determination method of individuals compatible with the characteristics of the problem, and specify the genetic parameter values of constitution, population size, crossover rate, mutation rate and etc. of the initial population which makes detecting efficiency better. Finally, using the proposed algorithm, we analyzed the performance of searching optimal solution through computer experiment. The proposed algorithms found all alternatives within shorter time than other heuristic methods. The method presented in this study can determine all the alternatives when there exists other alternative solutions.

A new approach to postoptimality analyses of the transportation problems has been developed using the dummy points. In contrast to the usual sensitivity analysis the proposed methods allow for simultaneous or independent change of the supplies or demands while preserving the current optimal basis. Therefore this method will enable resource allocation to be more economical.

In evolutionary algorithm, there exist various models for the evolution of the population with respect to schemes and strategies for reproduction, in the application of the algorithm to a specific problem, one model suitable to the problem is to be properly chosen and a program expert or a software is needed to help implement and test a designed algorithm. In this study, object oriented modeling and the class library for simple evolutionary algorithms(SEA) with one population is developed. The library proposed here can be used as a generalized tool for solving problems in a wide range of domains.
