Objective : The purpose of this study is to compare the signal obtained from the frontal 2-electrodes EEG with that obtained from the temporal, central, and parietal 2 electrodes. Methods : EEGs were recorded in a total of 67 patients with major depressive disorder (MDD), 104 patients with schizophrenia (SCZ), and 29 patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD). For each disease group, there were healthy controls (HC) that were paired accordingly (HC1=69, HC2=104, HC3=27). The following measurements were compared across electrodes: band power, alpha peak frequency (APF), APF power, alpha asymmetry (AA), and Kolmogorov complexity (KC). Results : Statistically significant differences were found in band power measured from frontal electrodes compared to electrodes placed in other locations. Specifically, the power of theta waves was measured higher in the temporal electorodes, alpha 1 and alpha 2 waves in the parietal, beta 1 and beta 2 in the central, and gamma waves in the temporal electrodes. Both SCZ and AD patients showed increased theta power in all electrodes. In SCZ patients, APF decreased in the central and temporal electrodes, but the APF power analysis showed no difference between the patients and controls. Additionally, AD patients exhibited increased AA in the central EEG, while SCZ patients showed decreased KC in the parietal and temporal electrodes. Conclusion : Depending on the electrode location, sensitive EEG frequencies differed. Compared with signals from other electrodes, frontal EEG in MDD patients revealed generally constant signal values, though the temporo-parieto-central electrodes appeared to be more reliable in SCZ and AD patients.

Uses can share information and use resources effectively by using TCP/IP-based networks. So, a protocol to manage complex networks effectively is needed. For the management of the distributed networks, the SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol) has been adopted as an international standard in 1989, and the SNMPv2 in which a security function was added was published in 1993. There are two encryption schemes in SNMPv2, the one is a DES using symmetric encryption scheme and the other is a MD5(Message Digest5) hash function for authentication. But the DES has demerits that a key length is a few short and the encryption and the authentication is executed respectively. In order to solve these problems, we use a RSA cryptography in this paper. In this paper, we examine the items related with SNMP. In addition to DES and MD5 proposed in SNMPv3, we enhance security functionality be adopting RSA, a public key algorithm executing the encryption and the authentication simultaneously. The proposed SNMPv3 security module is written in JAVA under Windows NT environment.
철도 시설물 자동화 계측을 활용한 경보 전파 시스템 개발

현재 국토해양부에서는 건설교통재난ㆍ재해대책편람을 발간하여 철도를 포함한 국가 주요 시설물에 대한 재난 대응지침을 수립한바 있으나, 지령 및 상황전파를 전화나 팩스등에 의존하고 있어 업무 전달 속도가 현저히 느리고 인력중심의 안전관리 업무처리로 인해 상황발생 시 신속한 대응이 어려운 실정에 있다. 또한 이러한 실정과 유사하게 철도관련 토목공사 및 유지관리 부문에서도 센서기반 자동화 계측 시스템을 상당수 도입하고 있으나, 운영되고 있는 대부분의 시스템은 계측데이터를 분석하고 시설물 내부 위험을 평가하여 관리주체에 보고 및 전달시간이 상당한 소요되고, 긴급하게 시설물 이상여부를 보고해야 하는 상황에 자동화 계측시스템이 경보 전파를 적절하게 발휘하지 못하는 경우가 비번하게 발생한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 기존 철도 토목관련 자동화 계측 경보전파체계에 관한 문제점을 파악하여, 국부단일 토목공사의 단위 계측시스템 뿐만 아니라, 철도에서 활용되기에 적합한 체계로 경보 전파 자동화 시스템을 제안하고, 나아가 국가 기반시설물 안전관리에 연계ㆍ활용 될 수 있도록 상황전파 표준 프로토콜 및 전파시스템을 제안하고자 한다. Gathering information and systemization of infrastructure disaster management is to reduce uncertainties in making decisions and maximize the number of alternations for reasonable decision making. The key object is the progress report & propagation automation system based on sensors of railway, which is major for providing objective data to realize and support decision makings and delivering decision to a certain area, department, manager and other people rapidly. Collecting, reviewing and database of existing progress report & propagation manual in order to achieve networking of safety management on major social infrastructure of the nation, materialization of field-oriented intelligent business process by developing mobile safety management command transmission device and integrating it into facility safety management network.
