      • Beef Meat의 조리법에 따른 sauce가 미치는 영향

        In order to figure out of Meat Beef cooking condition, Grilled Meat Beef method and Roast Meat Beef method were selected. Through those methods, Roasting in the oven was better than grilling method. The hardness and softness of Meat Beef was satisfied with taste and color. The sauce is very important on the Meat Beaf cooking, because of controlling acidity for meat.

      • Taylor 다항식을 이용한 선형 시변 시스템의 해에 대한 오차 해석

        본 논문은 선형 시변 시스템을 Taylor다항식을 이용하여 해석하는 경우 급수 전개에의한 근사해와 정확한 해 사이의 오차를 분석하는 문제를 다룬다. 본 논문에서는 급수 전개 방법으로 근사해를 구할 때 사용하는 기초함수의 개수가 무한개로 되면 오차가 0으로 수렴함을 증명함을 보였다. 이 사실은 급수 전개 방법에의해 선형 시변 시스템을 해석하는 이론적 타당성을 입증하는 것이며 근사해의 정밀도를 평가하는 좋은 기준으로 사용될 수 있다. This paper presents a measure of error between an approximate solution and the exact one when the Taylor polynomials are used in analyzing linear time-varying systems. It is shown that the error converges to zero as the number of basis functions employed goes to infinite and that measure derived in this paper can be a good guideline for evaluating the accuracy of approximate solutions.

      • 하위문화 패션에 나타난 코디네이션 경향에 관한 연구

        Today, fashion is a symbol of individuals' life, and a sign of social correlation of humans as well. It is an important means of expressing oneself and is affected by the social and cultural environment, too. People are creating another new lower culture, that is, their own unique new fashion through the coordination status of a lower culture and its components to reveal the visual symbol of such garments and body decorations most clearly. Mods fashion became the basic idea of fashion, the androgynous fashion of '90s and of a new fashion, unisex, in the composition type of fashion which overthrew the gender idea of man and woman. The hippie look typical of anti-fashion made culture give birth to a new idea in garments reversing the flow of vogue to go upward. The unique diversity of hippie look existed in blue jeans, esnic, nostalgia, sikidelic, latest mini and hipster and in all the styles which were affected by Mods and bit, free coordination which gives life to individual character as the wearer wishes. The fashion type based on the diversity of hippie look appeared as a neo-hippie look in '90s, which was recreated as an anti-Mods trend. Also the diversified coordination of the hippie look became a basis for the creation of another new style, Afrism. The Punk formed as an reaction to hippie appeared as the most unpleasant image to the established generations with their ultimate resisting action and new aesthetic-consciousness. Their coordination by the use of the disorder and stimulative tool which gives abhorrence appears again as Cyber Punk being influenced by optical art and multimedia in '90s. It can be seen that the form of lower culture mentioned above became a storehouse of new fashion creation through the most nuclear role of lower culture and the unique characteristic coordination by age and that each lower culture fashion can become a style icon of new fashion through free coordination.

      • 膈下遂瘀湯 煎湯液이 鎭通, 消炎 및 膈臟에 미치는 影響

        Kyughachugatang(膈下遂瘀湯) has been applied as an oriental medicine which has been exerted therapeutic effects on pain of hypo-chondriac zone. This experiment is designed to investigate the effects of Kyughachugatang Extract on the analgesia, anti-inflammation and pancreatic damage. The results were obtained as follows : 1. On the experiment of analgesic effects of Kyughachugatang Extract, the Writhing syndrome induced by acetic acid was reduced compared with Control Group. The analgesic effects observed by the Hot plate method was revealed the Paw licking time and Escape time prolonged. 2. Anti-inflammatory effects was increased by Kyughachugatang Extract administration. 3. On pancreatic damage of mice induced by streptozotocin, the Writhing syndrome induced by acetic acid was reduced compared with Control Group, the analgesic effects observed by Hot plate method was revealed the Paw licking time and Escape time prolonged by Kyugachugatang Extract administration. 4. On pancreatic damage of rats induced by streptozotocin, anti-inflammatory effects was increased by Kyughachugatang Extract administration. According to the results, Kyughachugatang Extract is revealed the effects on the analgesia, anti-inflammation and pancreatic damage. We conclued that Kurghachugatang Extract promote or activate blood circulation by removing blood stasis(活血化瘀).

      • 석유 화학 공장 폐수처리를 위한 고정생물막공법의 Pilot Plant 적용

        The pilot plant of biological fixed-film process(BFFP) was developed to treat the petrochemical wastewater with high organic loading rate, where a stationary biofilm was attached to net-type media(SARAN 1000D) under diffused aeration. The specific surface area of SARAN 1000D was 400 ㎡/㎥ approxirnately. The organic removal ability was tested in the pilot-scale three biological fixed-film reactors. The pilot scale reactor demonstrated more than 95% effciency in removing chemical oxygen demand(COD) at B reactor with 20% Packing ratio. The reactor also showed stable performance at the organic loading rates of 1.27~3.12 ㎏ COD/㎥/day. The effluent COD and SS concentrations of the pilot scale reactors were more unstable than those of the lab scale reactors. Based on the experimental results, the BFFP could be suitable for pre-treatment petrochemical wastewater with relatively high organic loading rate.

      • 침적형 고정생물막 반응기에서 유기물질 및 질소제거 특성 비교

        The two processes of R-1 process(anaerobic/anoxic/aerobic reactor) and R-2 process(anoxic/aerobic reactor) were investigated into the operating strategy of the four kinds of HRTs(4, 6, 8, and 10hr) using the raw sewage in Janglim WWTP The sewage contained various refractory wastewaters such as, leachate, industrial wastewater, pigment wastewater. The purpose of this study was find out to the optimal process that was enhanced to remove not only organic compounds, but also nitrogen and phosphorus, when the influent was used to the refractory sewage. As the range of COD^cr, loading rate during operating days was from 0.66kg/m^3/day to 1.63kg/m^3/day, the effluent concentration was 52.0 ~77.0mg/L in R-1 process and 59.0~81 0mg/L in R-2 process, respectively. Increasing the NH_4^+-N loading rate from 126.5g/m^3/day to 326.3g/m^3/day, the removed loading rates were 116.5~196.4g/m^3/day of R-1 process, and 117.7~191.6g/m^3/day of R-2 process, respectively. The removals of organics and NH_4^+-N of R-1 process were slightly higher than those of R-2 process, but the differences were almost negligible. The phosphorus removal efficiency was 50. 5~34.0% of R-1 process and 40.5 ~25.5% of R-2 process, respectively. The difference of the phosphorus removal efficiency was considered because of the effect of phosphorus release in anaerobic reactor and phosphorus uptake in aerobic reactor by facultative bacteria as well as higher COD_cr,/TP ratio in anoxic reactor of R-1 process by 40% by-pass. Hence, the results of this study showed that R-1 process with by-pass was more suitable for nutrient treatment than R-2 process. The submerged fixed-biofilm packed with SAC media could be applicable for the refractory wastewater treatment.

        Synthesis and Cytotoxicity of 2,5-Dihydroxychalcones and Related Compounds

        A series of 2, 5-dihydroxychalcones and related compounds were synthesized, and their cyto-toxicities against tumor cell lines and human umbilical venous endothelial cells (HUVEC) eval-uated. It was found that chalcones, with electron-withdrawing substituents on an A ring, exhibited significant cytotoxicities. Among the synthesized compounds, 2'-chlbro-2, 5-dihydrox-ychalcone (9) was most potent, with an $IC_{50}$ value as low as $0.31{\;}{\mu\textrm{g}}/mL$. This compound also exhibited a significant cytotoxic selectivity toward HUVEC.

        Synthesis, Cytotoxicity and Antitumor Activity of 2,3-Diarylcyclopent-2-ene-1-ones

        Two series of 2,3-diarylcyclopent-2-ene-1-ones including 2-aryl-3-(2,5-dihydroxyphenyl)cyclopent-2-ene-1-ones (2a∼2f) and 3-aryl-2-(3',4',5'-trimethoxyphenyl)cyclopent-2-ene-1-one (3a∼3j) were synthesized and evaluated for the cytotoxicity against three tumor cell lines; B16F10, HCT116 and A431. It was found that the 3,4,5-trimethoxy substituent was optimal for the bioactivity of compounds in series 2. Meanwhile, compounds in series 3 exhibited the most potent cytotoxicity with 3-aryl ring being 4-methoxyphenyl (compound 3f), (3-hydroxy-4-methoxy)phenyl (compound 3e), or (3-amino-4-methoxy)phenyl (compound 3j).

        Effect of the Aryl Substituent on Antitumor Activity of 2-Substituted-1,4-dihydroxy-9,10-anthraquinones and 2-Substituted-anthracene-1,4,9,10-tetraones

        2-(1-Aryl-1-hydroxymethyl)-and 2-aroyl-DHAQ derivatives (DHAQ, 1,4-dihydroxy-,10-anthraquinone), and 2-(1-aryl-1-hydroxymethyl)-ATO derivatives (ATO, anthraceneactivity (T/C 125~128%), though their cytotoxicity was not further improved compared to that of 2-(1-aryl-1-dydroxymethyl)-1,4-dihydroxy-9,10-anthraquinones. They manifested no correlation between the cytotoxicity and the antitumor activity. In case of 2-[1-hydroxy-1-(4-propylphenyl)-methyl]-ATO, the most bioactive one in viv-1,4,9,10-tetraone) were synthesized and their antitumor activities were determined. 2-(1-Aryl-1-hydroxymethyl)-DHAQ derivatives showed a stronger cytotoxicity compared to the series of 2-(1-hydroxyalkyl)-1,4-dihydroxy-9,10-anthraquinone derivatives. It was suggested that the presence of aryl group at the side chain accelerated the bioreductive activation leading to cell death. 2-Aroyl-DHAQ derivatives, despite their higher electrophilicity, revealed smaller cytotoxicity and antitumor activity (expressed by T/C value) than 2-(1-aryl-1-hydroxymethyl)-DHAQ derivatives. Thus, no consistent relationship between the electronic effect on aromatic side chain and the cytotoxicity was observed. ATO series exhibited a higher antitumor o among the same series, it showed an $ED_{50}$ value of 10.2 mg/mL and a T/C value of 218%. It is assumed that the anthrancene1,4,9,10-tetraones after uptake into cellular tissues might be transformed to a cytotoxic metabolite(s).
