        측백 열매에 관한 연구 (3) : 과피의 물 추출액을 알카리로 처리할 때의 지방산과 아미노산 분석 Amino Acid and Fatty Acid Composition in the Thuja Biotae Water Extract Treated with Alkalin

        In order to linvestigate the amino acid and fatty acid content in Thuja biotae water extract treated with alkaline, it was performed. There are 16 kinds of different amino acid and 20 kinds of different fatty acid in Thuja biotae water extract. An aspartic acid was contained 52% and proline was contained 10%, particulary, r-aminobutyric acid was analysed. Essential fatty acids; linoleic acid, linolenic acid and arachidonic acid were cotained a lot amount. There are 11 different unknown materials which were identified by GC-MS spectrum, such as N-{(4α,5α)-cholestan-4-yl}-acetamide; 22,26-Epithio-furost-5-en-3-ol; 2-Methyl-6-(4-methyl-3-cyclohexen-1-yl)-4-heptanone; 3,12,14-Tris(acetyloxy)-preghane-15,20-dione;22-Methyl-26-thio-furost-5-en-3-ol; 7-Ethenyl-1,2,3,4,4a,4b,5,6,7,9,10,10a-dodecahydro-1,4a,7-trimethyl-1-phenanthrene carboxyaldehyde; Methoxyiminopro panedioic acid; 13-Methyl-13-β-Methyl-13-vinyl-dodecaarp-7-en-3-3-ol; 22-Methyl-26-thio-furost-6-methyl-3-ol; 5α-Androstane-2,11-dione; 9-Methyl-heptadecanoic acid.

      • 食用油의 酸價에 미치는 溫度, 重合物, 貯藏期間의 영향

        Study on the quality of edible oils in Gwangju area was performed from Sept. 20, 1978 to March 20, 1979, for seven months. Samples were purcheased on Sept. 20, 1978 in Gwangju area markets. The results are as follows. 1. The tested samples were good enough for eating oil. It were tested by the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs Food Standard. 2. The color of edible oils due to heat for 5 hours 'were changed in various sites, yellowish-pink, pink cloudy ambor, and dark red, except sample I and 4. 3. Acid values of the edible oils during storage in dark place of room temperature were changed in some extend. It showed that the acid value changes of the edible oils were dependent on peroxide values. 4. It. was investigated that the polymer in the edible oils were analyzed by gas liquid chromatography. The content of polymer in the edible oils samples 5,6,7, and 8, were. 2.505%, 2.301%, 3.050%, and 2.652%, respectively. 5. Fatty acids analyzed by GLC. contained 26∼69%, of the essential fatty, acids, and 66∼94% of the unsaturated fatty acids in total samples. 6. It was investigated that Gadoleic acid, Gondoic acid, Catoleic acid, Erucic acid, and Behenic acid were contained in sample 3. 7. Acid value of soybean oil was changed to be increased more readily at the tem- perature(150±5℃) than any others.

      • 植物性食用油로 사육한 토끼근육의 근원섬유 단백질의 ATPase활성에 미치는 금속의 영향

        In order to study ATPase activity, Myofibrillar protein of Rabbit fed Vegetable oils was extracted from Cbin-Chillaspecies. The ATPase activity was tested by using various concentrations of divalant metal ions(Ca^(2+) and Mg^(2+)) in order to determine inhibitory effect. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The ATPase activity in Myofibrillar protein of Rabbit exhibited a common-biphasic response, and the ATPase activity is high at a lower ionic strength and low at a higher ionic strength. 2. The effect of EDTA on the ATPass activity of Myofibrillar protein extracted from Rabbit fed vegetable oills was tested by using various concentrations. The AT-Pase activity wasinh ibited from 0.2mM and over concentration of EDTA. 3. The ATPase activity in Myofibrillar protein was decreased remarkably in 0.2mM and over concentration for Mg^(2+), and in 1.0 mM and over concentration for Ca^(2+) 4. In vitro, the digestibilities in A,B,C and D groups of Rabbit muscle treated with Pepsin and Trypsin for 30 minutes at 36˚C water bath were 71.66%, 73.87%;70.62%, 77.93%; 67.93%, 76.52%; and 86.79%, 90.22%, respectively.

      • 측백물추출액과 들깨기름이 토끼의 혈장성분 변화에 미치는 영향

        The effect of Thuja Biotae water extract on lipid composition, blood glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride and lipid hydroperoxide was studies in rabbits. In the animal fed Thuja Biotae water extract. blood glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride and lipid hydroperoxide was lower values than the control group. The lipid composition of plasma was not great differencies, but palmitic acid C?? was very elevated with higher than 50%, n-3/n-6 ratio was higher than 0.3 and P/S ratio washigher than 4.0. It assumed that Thuja Biotase water extract affected the blood glucose, cholesterol and triglyceride level lowering.

      • 마그네슘, 칼슘과 불포화지방산과의 상호작용이 3-Hydroxy-3-Methylglutaryl Co-A reductase 활성에 미치는 영향

        Interaction of dietary Magnesium, Calcium, and polyunsaturated fatty acids (vegetable oils) on 3-Hydroxy-3-Methylglutaryl Co-A reductase activity was studied for as period of 30 days using isocalories and isonitrogenous as a basal dist. The subjed rabbits were divided into 18 feeding groups. The results are summaried as follows: 1. The ratio of α₁-lipoprotein per lipalbumin is 0.34 for control group, 0.38, the highest, group fed 0. lM ㎎(Ⅱ) (10㎖) plus perilla oil and basal diet, the lowest, 0.25, group fed 0. lM ㎎(Ⅱ) (5㎖) pisu sesame oil and basal diet. 2. The ratis of α₂-lipoprotein per lipalbumin is 0.64 for control group, 0.95, as she highest for the group fed 0. lM Ca( Ⅱ ) (15㎖) plus sesame oil and basal diet, 0.25, as the lowest, for the groups fed 0.lM ㎎(Ⅱ) (5, 10㎖) plus Soybean oil and basal diet, 0.lM Ca(Ⅱ) (5㎖) plus perilla oil and basal diet. 3. The ratio of β-lipoprotein per lipalbumin is 0.71 for control group, the highest, 0.80 for the groups fed 0. lM ㎎(Ⅱ) (10㎖) plus sesame oil and basal diet, the louest, 0.37 for the group fed 0. lM ㎎(Ⅱ) (15㎖) plus Soybean oil and basal diet. 4. In serum triglyceride, control group was 129.5㎎%, the highest, 155.4㎎% for the group fed 0.lM Ca(Ⅱ) (5㎎) plus sesame oil and basal diet, the lowest, 85.7㎎% for the group fed 0.lM ㎎(Ⅱ) (10㎖) plus Soybean oil and basal diet. 5. In serum cholesterol, control group was 96.7㎎%, the hightest, 152.5㎎% for the group fed 0.lM Ca(Ⅱ) (10㎖) plus sesame oil and basal diet, the lowest, 80.5㎎% for the group fed 0.lM ㎎(Ⅱ) (15㎖) plus soydean oil and basal diet. 6. In case of H㎎-Co A reductase activity, control group was 0.95, the highest, 0.98 fer the group fed 0.lM Ca(Ⅱ) plus soybean oil and basal diet, the lowest, 0.82, for the group fed 0. lM ㎎(Ⅱ) (10㎖) plus seame oil and basal diet. 7. Interaction betueen Metal ions and polyunsaturated fatty acid(vegetable oil) are soybean oil>sesame oil>perilla oil for ㎎(Ⅱ), soybean oil>perilla oil>sesame oil for Ca(Ⅱ). Therefore, It is investigated that the interaction between metal ion and polyunsaturated fatty acid is the higher, the cholesterol level is the lower, and HMG-Co A reductase activity is increased.

        한국 호박의 지방산 조성

        호박의 지방산 조성에 관하여 gas chromatography법으로 분리 정량하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 호박의 일반성분은 수분 57.3%, 탄수화물 40%, 조단백질 2.2%, 조지방 0.1%, 조회분 0.4%이었다. 지방산은 15종이 검출되었고, 호박의 성장일수에 따른 지방산 조성의 변화는 C_14:0, C_15:0, C_16:1, C_17:0, C_18:0, C_18:1등은 20일 경과된 때가 많았으나 시간이 지남에 따라 점점 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, C_20:2, C_20:3, C_20:0은 어린 호박에는 검출되지 않았다. 그리고 C_18:3인 경우는 완전히 노랗게 익은 것이 어린 것일 때보다 90% 정도 증가하였다. C_16:0의 경우는 C(22.5%), B(22.9%), A(26.6%)를 보여 커짐에 따라 증가되었으며, C_16:1와 C_18:1의 경우는 A가 가장 적고 C가 가장 높았다. Docosahexaenoic acid와 eicosapentaenoic acid의 전구체인 ω-3 fatty acids인 α-linoleic acid가 44.8%로 가장 많았으며, linoleic acid(17.2%), stearic acid(3.5%) 등이었다. 그리고 polyunsaturated fatty acid가 62.2%이었고, n-6은 17.4%이었으며, n-3/n-6 ratio는 2.6이었다. In order to investigate the fatty acid composition of Korean pumpkins, this study was designed. Three samples of Korean pumpkins, A(yellowish ripe), B(unripe, 30 days old) and C(unripe, 20 days old) were used for fatty acid analysis by gas chromatography. The results were as follows : Pumkin C , B and A showed 10, 12 and 15 kinds of fatty acids, respectively. In case of palmitic acid(C_16:0), pumpkin C, B and A showed 22.5%, 22.9% and 26.6%, respectively. In case of α-linolenic acid(C_18:3), pumpkin C, B and A showed 22.6%, 23.6% and 44.8%, respectively. In case of palmitoleic acid(C_16:1), pumpkin C. B and A showed 12.4%, 10.1% and 0.5%, respectively. In case of oleic acid(C_18:1), pumpkin C. B and A showed 9.2%, 7.7% and 2.8%, respectively, In case of stearic acid(C_18:0), pumpkin C, B and A showed 4.5%, 3.7% and 3.5%, respectively. The ratio of P/S was 1.4, 1.6 and 1.9 for sample C, B and A, respectively. The ratio of ω-3/ω-6 was 1.1, 0.9 and 2.6 for sample C, B and A, respectively. Through this study, the ripe pumpkin (sample A) was thought to be good enough in nutritional aspects of fatty acids, particulary α-linoleic acid, C18:3(ω-3) series.

        The effects of dietary calcium, magnesium on the serum cholesterol concentration in rabbit was studied for a period of 21 days using isocalories and isonitrogenous basal diet. It is investigated that the serum cholesterol level lowering 10-30% by feeding with calcium and magnesium containning diet was performed. There was no effect for the total protein, but there was some sort of effect for albumin and globulin. Particulary, the beta-globulin concentration was decreased by calcium and magnesium containning diet. It is, also, investigated that there is almost no effect for the electrolytes concentration transport and phenomena in the cell through magnesium and calcium containning diets.

        In order to investigate the amino acid and fatty acid composition in Thuja biotae water extract, this examination was performed. There are 16 kinds of different amino acid and 14 kinds of different fatty acid in Thuja biotae water extract. An acidic amino acid, aspartic acid was contained 52% and proline was contained 10%, particulary r-aminobutyric acid was analyzed. Essential fatty acids: linoleic acid, linolenic acid, arachidonic acid was contained and palmitoleic acid was contained 11.4%. There are 5 different unknown materials which were investigated by GC-MS spectrum, such as Ethyl(l-methylbutyl)-amlonic acid ; 9, 12, 15-Octadecatnenoic acid : 7-Ethenyl-1, 2, 3, 4, 4a, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10a-dodecahydro-1, 4a, 7-trimethyl-1-phenanethrenecarboxylic acid: Decahydro-1, 4a-dimethyl-6-methylene-5-(3-methyl-2, 4-pentadinyl)-N-naphthakebecarbo-xylic acid: 17-β-Hydroxy-5-estri-1-en-3-one.

      • 토끼의 혈청콜레스테롤 함량에 미치는 리놀레산과 리포단백질의 상호작용

        The effect of interaction between linoleic acid and lipoprotein on rabbit blood serum cholesterol level was studied for a period of 4 weeks using isocalories and isonitrogenous diets. Linoleic acid added to the basal diet and vegetable oils. The subject rabbits were divided into 4 feeding groups such as A(basal diet only), B(basal+sesame oil+casein+linoleic acid), C(basal+soybeanoil+casein+linoleic acid) and D(basal+perilla oil+casein+linoleic acid). The results are summarized as follows: 1. Serum cholesterol(㎎/1㎖. serum) of the A,B,C and D group was 79.55, 112.65, 116.55 and 98.0 respectively. Cholesterol ester was 45.2% for A group, 65.5% for B group, 70.5% for C group and 53.7% for D group. 2. Serum triglyceride(mg/100ml.serum) of the A,B,C and Dwas 121.5, 128.7, 138.7 and 130.7 repsectively. 3. Serum lipalbumin(㎎/100㎖. serum) of the A,B,C and D group was 3.31, 3.45, 3.33 and 3.44 respectively. Beta-lipoprotein was 0.71 for A group, 0.68 for B group, 0.80 for C group and 0.57 for D group. 4. The percentage of lipalbumin and beta-lipoprotein were 57.3, 12 for A group; 64.1, 11.5 for B group; 47.0, 13.7 for C group and 49.0, 9.6 for D group. The ratio of beta-lipoprotein per lipalbumin was 2.4 for A group, 1.97 for B group, -2.14 for C group and 1.65 for D group. 5. The mobility of lipalbumin and beta-lipoprotein of the A,B,C and D group were 3.8, 9.4, 4.4, 11.6; 4.4, 12.6, 5.0, 12.8 respectively. The ratio of linoleic acid per ilpalbumin was 2.5 for B group, 2.1 for C group and 1.9 for D group. 6. Addition of linoleic acid causes an increase in the mobility of beta-lipoprotein, and this effect is considered to be due to association of linoleic anions with the lipoprotein. This electrokinetic anion causes more mobility increase to the anodic direction.

      • 고추장·된장 및 간장의 지방산 조성에 관한 연구

        In order to investigate of the fatty acid composition for hot-been paste, bean paste and soy-sauce, methylated fatty acid is analyzed with gas chromato graphy. The results obtained as follows: Fatty acids of the hot-bean paste, bean paste and soy-sauce cntaine 10 kinds and 12 kinds, respectively. Especially, it is analyzed that C18:1, cis-II-octa-decanoic acid(vacceanoic acid) contained in hot-bean paste and C18:2, linoleic acid contained 60.8 percent. The p/s ratio of the fatty acids for hot-bean paste and soysau ceis 3.4, 4.4 and 3.7, respectively. The n-6/n-3 ratio of the fatty acids for hotbean paste, bean paste and soy-sauce is 13.5, 6.3 and 5.1, respectively. There are 7 kinds of fatty acids for red pepper powder without seed and the p/s ratio is 1.6 and the n-6/n-3 ratio is 3.6, respectively.
