In this paper, we design and implement a korean meta-language which can use easily than a high level programming language. The meta-language includes functions of general purpose and description language. It is easy for novice to use for programming and debugging. Especially, this paper is reflected characteristic of korean language.

Pure primary medullary hemorrhage is a rare condition, which is characterized by ipsilateral hypoglossal nerve palsy and contralateral hemiparesis. The hemorrhage usually extended to medial and ventral medulla, these two characteristic signs distinguished from the classical presentation of Wallenberg's lateral medullary syndrome. A 53-years-old man was admitted with sudden onset left sides weakness and vertigo. Neurologic examination showed dysarthria, mild dysphagia, Horner syndrome of right side, spontaneous horizontal jerking nystagmus to left side and right deviation of tongue at protrusion. Pain and temperature sensation of left trunk, left extremity and right face were decreased. Brain CT scan and brain MRI revealed focal hemorrhage in the right medulla. We report a case of pure primary medullary hemorrhage with undetermined etiology.

Subacute combined degeneration is a metabolic disorder of the spinal cord caused by vitamin B12 deficiency. A 72-year old man was admitted with weakness and tingling sensation of the bosh upper extremities. 9 years ago, he was diagnosed as having stomach cancer. So total gastrectomy with splenectomy was done at that time. The complete blood cell counts and morphology revealed megaloblastic anemia. Nerve conduction velocity study(NCV), electoromyography(EMG) and somatosensory evoked potentials(SEP) showed diffuse sensorimotor peripheral neuropathy. Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) showed an increased T2-weighted signal, mild decreased T1-weighted signal, and slight contrast enhancement of the posterior columns of the cord in the cervical and upper thoracic spinal region. He was treated with vitamin B12 supplements and improved gradually. If abnormal sensation and muscle weakness was developed after gastrointestinal surgery, subacute combined degeneration should be considered in the differential diagnosis. We describe MRI findings of a typical case of subacute combined degeneration, which was induced by total gastrectomy.

We have developed the exclusive CAD/CAM system for the machining of impeller blades. This study is about the modeling method for the effective machining of impeller blades formed by ruled surface. As the impeller is consisted of boss part and blade part, the boss is modeled by rotational surface of hub curve on z-axis and the blade is described by ruled-surfaces between hub curve and shroud curve. This modeling process can be carried out on the software developed in this study. And, the developed software can describe the impeller as a solid model through interface with Solid-Works software. The developed software containing the interface method proposed in this study was very effective for impeller modeling.

This paper describes the method and the process for impeller machining on 5-axis CNC machining center. Also, The CAD/CAM software for the impeller post processing is developed. The software can be interfaced with Solid-works software for confirmation of the impeller shapes. In this study, blades on impeller is described from Ruled-surfaces between two Ferguson curves. In this study, using 5-axis NC part program obtained from the developed software, a sample impeller was machined on 5-axis CNC machining center. The machined impeller was very agreeable to the designed impeller. Thus, theories proposed in this study can be very useful for the 5-axis machining of impeller blades with Ruled-surfaces.

This study is continuous with the study 1 (A Study on the Modeling) and the sample impeller of this study is defined by the modeling process of the exclusive CAD/CAM system developed in the study I. And, this study describes a method for the 5-axis machining of impeller blades formed by ruled surface. Therefore, the exclusive CAD/CAM system is the software for modeling and machining of impeller blades. By using the machining method suggested in this study, we could manufacture impeller blades on 5-axis CNC machining center and the machined impeller was very agreeable to the designed impeller. Thus, theories proposed in this study can be very useful for the 5-axis machining of impeller blades.

<P> To determine a possible role of glutathione (GSH) conjugation in 1,3-dibromopropane (1,3-DBP)-induced hepatotoxicity and immunotoxicity, female BALB/c mice were treated orally with 1,3-DBP. Based on the liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry (LC/ESI-MS) analyses, two forms of S-bromopropyl GSH were observed at m/z 427.9 and 429.9 in the positive ESI spectrum with a retention time of 5.29 and 5.23 min, respectively. Following single treatment of mice with 150, 300 or 600 mg/kg 1,3-DBP for 12 hr, the amount of S-bromopropyl GSH was detected maximally in liver homogenates at 600 mg/kg 1,3-DBP. Hepatic GSH levels were significantly decreased by treatment with 1,3-DBP. In a time course study, production of S-bromopropyl GSH rose maximally 6 hr after treatment and decreased gradually thereafter. The liver weights were significantly increased by treatment with 600 mg/kg 1,3-DBP. When mice were treated orally with 600 mg/kg 1,3-DBP for 12 hr, the activities of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were increased by 365- and 83-fold. In addition, oral 1,3-DBP significantly suppressed the antibody response to a T-dependent antigen at 600 mg/kg 1,3-DBP. 1,3-DBP elevated hepatic levels of malondialdehyde and suppressed the activities of some hepatic enzymes involved in anti-oxidation. Taken together, the formation of GSH conjugate with 1,3-DBP may deplete cellular GSH and, subsequently, produce hepatotoxicity and immunotoxicity via damage to the cellular anti-oxidative system.</P>

1. The effects of flupyrazofos on liver microsomal cytochrome P450 were investigated in the male Fischer 344 rat. When rats were treated intraperitonelly with flupyrazofos for 3 consecutive days, the activities of ethoxyresorufin O-deethylase and testosterone 2 B-hydroxylase were significantly reduce, wheceas the activities of pentoxyresorufin O-depentylase and testosterone 6B-and 7 ∝-hydroxylases were induced in liver microsomes. 2. Within 24 h after treatment with 50 m kg_(-1) flupyrazofos, most enzyme activities were decreased, indicating the interaction of flupyrazofos with cytochrome P450. 3. In Western immunoblotting, cytochrome P4502BI/2 proteins were clearly induced by treatment with flupyrazofos, wherea P4501A1/2 and 2C6 proteins were reduced in liver microsomes. 4. The present results indicated that flupyxazofos modulates the expression of cytochrome P450 in rat.

Despite the development and dissemination of green technology in response to the reduction of greenhouse gas emission and climate change, carbon dioxide production is still increasing every year due to the indiscriminate use of fossil fuel. As part of its will to expand their efforts for green growth internationally, the government is establishing Green Technology Center(GTC) of Global Green Growth Institute(GGGI) and completing ‘Green Triangle’ of strategy-technology-capital including Green Climate Fund(GCF) as one of the national strategic policies. Our country is getting a considerable achievement in using clean energy and realizing a low-carbon society by making new and renewable energy dissemination policy realized and local governments are aggressively trying to attract photovoltaic power generation sites with interest. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the current status of Sinhyeon village and Sangcheon/Hancheon village where green villages were built in Jecheon City, seek for ways to disseminate the solar houses in the future, make an efficient use of the facilities with the expansion of dissemination, and reduce the environmental problems caused by the use of fossil fuel.

World Energy Council(WEC) announced the report titled "World Energy Scenario", and predicted that fossil fuel will be used as the main energy source by 2050. At this point of time, the international oil price is edging up to 110 dollars a barrel. Many countries all around the world are focusing on increasing the proportion of new renewable energy and reducing the proportion of fossil fuel, for cutting down greenhouse gas. Therefore, Korea has implemented the target management system by introducing "the Fundamental Law for Low-Carbon Green Growth" in 2012, and started the greenhouse gas and energy target management system" for cutting down the domestic green house gas by2020. In this context, Seoul City has pushed forward with the green roof project in 69 public and private buildings by investing nearly five billion won in it last year. Therefore, this study aims to obtain data to use for selection of vegetation to apply to green roofs by analyzing the change of surface temperature caused by green roof in the buildings chosen for the green roof project which Seoul City is pushing ahead with.
