해외안전여행정책에 대한 정책PR, 공중관계성, 정책리터러시, 정책지지의 관계구조 분석

본 연구는 해외안전여행정책에 대한 정책PR, 공중관계성, 정책리터러시, 정책지지의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이론적 고찰에서 주요 개념들에 대한 정의가 제시되었으며, 관련변수들 간의 영향관계를 검증하는 연구가설이 설정되었다. 연구모형으로는 해외안전여행정책에 대한 정책PR-정책지지의 관계를 기본 축으로 하고 공중관계성과 정책리터러시를 중간변수로 구성하는 구조적 관계모형이 제시되었다. 연구방법으로는 설문조사법이 적용되었으며, 해외여행경험이 있는 내국인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 해외안전여행정책에 대한 정책PR은 공중관계성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 정책리터러시에는 부분적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 공중관계성은 정책리터러시에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공중관계성과 정책리터러시는 정책지지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서는 해외안전여행정책에 대한 정책PR이 공중관계성과 정책리터러시를 통해 정책지지에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 연구의 시사점으로는 공중관계성 확보 차원에서 의견수렴활동을 위한 위기단계별 대책마련이 요구되었으며, 정책리터러시 차원에서 국민의 수용조건에 적합한 정보를 제공하는 수용자별 맞춤형 정보제공 방안의 필요성이 제시되었다. This study aimed at analyzing the structural relations among policy PR, organization-public relationships, policy literacy and policy support toward outbound travel safety policy. The literature review covered the concept of policy PR, organization-public relationships, policy literacy, policy support and accordingly research hypotheses were established for related variables based on the previous researches. The research model was designed based on the extended policy PR model covering the intermediate variable effects. Survey data were collected from the residents in Seoul metropolitan area. The results indicated that policy PR had significant influence fully on organization-public relationships, but partially on policy literacy. In addition, organization-public relationships had significant influence on policy literacy. And both organization-public relationships and policy literacy had significant influence on policy support. In conclusion, this study confirmed that outbound travel safety policy PR has significant influence through organization-public relationships and policy literacy.

본 연구는 지역관광축제에 있어서 사회자본이 거버넌스 형성과 정책성과에 미치는 영향관계를 구조적으로 분석하는데 목적을 두었다. 이론적 고찰에서는 지역관광축제정책, 사회자본, 거버넌스에 대한 개념고찰과 선행연구에 대한 검토가 이루어졌다. 연구모형은 사회자본-거버넌스 형성-정책성과를 기본구조로 하였으며 개념들 간의 인과관계와 거버넌스 형성의 매개효과에 대한 가설이 설정되었다. 연구방법으로는 설문조사법이 적용되었으며 남양주시 다산문화제를 사례로 사업자단체 참여, 주민단체 참여, 자원봉사 등의 형태로 참여한 지역주민을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 사회자본과 거버넌스 형성, 정책성과의 관계는 모두 유의한 것으로 확인되었으며 거버넌스형성은 사회자본과 정책성과의 관계에서 부분적으로 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서는 지역관광축제정책에서 사회자본과 거버넌스를 통한 지역공동체적 접근이 중요하다는 점을 확인하였다. 연구의 시사점으로 지역관광축제정책의 효과적인 추진을 위한 네트워크 활성화와 신뢰구축의 중요성을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was analyzing the influence of social capital on governance formation and policy performance in local tourism festival policy. The literature review covered the concepts of local tourism festival policy, social capital, governance and related precedent studies. Regarding the research design, a structural model was constructed and hypotheses were suggested. Using a purposive sampling method, survey data were collected from local business and civil organization participants and volunteers of Dasan cultural festival in Namyangju, Kyungki-do. A total of 206 effective questionnaires were utilized for the analysis, and analytical methods such as confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis were used. The result of this study showed that the relations among social capital, governance formation and policy performance was confirmed to be significant. Governance formation had partially significant mediating effect on the relation between social capital and policy performance. Based on these findings, theoretical implications were discussed and the ways of enhancing the network and trust in local tourism festival policy was suggested.

Compound K (C-K) is one of the most pharmaceutically effective ginsenosides, but it is absent in natural ginseng. However, C-K can be obtained through the hydrolysis of protopanaxadiol-type ginsenosides (PPDGs) in natural ginseng. The aim of this study was to obtain the high concentration of food-available C-K using PPDGs in Korean ginseng extract by an extracellular enzyme from Aspergillus niger KACC 46495. A. niger was cultivated in the culture medium containing the inducer carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) for 6 days. The extracellular enzyme extracted from A. niger was prepared from the culture broth by filtration, ammonium sulfate, and dialysis. The extracellular enzyme was used for C-K production using PPDGs. The glycoside-hydrolyzing pathways for converting PPDGs into C-K by the extracellular enzyme were Rb1 → Rd → F2 → C-K, Rb2 → Rd or compound O → F2 or compound Y → C-K, and Rc → Rd or compound Mc1 → F2 or compound Mc → C-K. The extracellular enzyme from A. niger at 8.0 mg/ml, which was obtained by the induction of CMC during the cultivation, converted 6.0 mg/ml (5.6 mM) PPDGs in Korean ginseng extract into 2.8 mg/ml (4.5 mM) food-available C-K in 9 h, with a productivity of 313 mg/l/h and a molar conversion of 80%. To the best of our knowledge, the productivity and concentration of C-K of the extracellular enzyme are the highest among those by crude enzymes from wild-type microorganisms.
Functional Properties of Newly-Bred ‘Summer King’ Apples

In this study, we investigated the various physiological properties of ‘Summer King’ apples (Malus domestica Borkh) to highlight this fruit as a high value functional food source. The peels of newlybred ‘Summer King’ apple were extracted using water and ethanol, and each extract demonstrated relatively high levels of phenolic compounds at 4.41 ㎎·g<SUP>-1</SUP> and 7.39 ㎎·g<SUP>-1</SUP>, respectively. The water and ethanol extracts also showed antioxidant protection factor (PF) levels of 3.37 PF and 2.65 PF, respectively, and the antioxidation effects towards thiobarbituric acid reactive substances were 38% and 30% at 100 ㎍·mL<SUP>-1</SUP> phenolic concentrations. Therefore, extracts of ‘Summer King’ apple possess substantial properties for anti-aging. The anti-inflammatory effect (hyaluronidase inhibition) of the extracts were 4.97% for the water extract and 20.40% for the ethanol extract, both at a 200 ㎍·mL<SUP>-1</SUP> phenolic concentration. Both the water and ethanol extracts showed low α-amylase inhibition effects, but each demonstrated 93.59% and 98.80% α-glucosidase inhibition at a 200 ㎍·mL<SUP>-1</SUP> phenolic concentration, respectively. In an anti-wrinkle assay, the water extract showed 14.55% and 67.73% inhibition of elastase and collagenase, respectively, and the ethanol extract had 56.50% and 77.81% inhibition, respectively. These results support the high potential for the use of these extracts in functional food and cosmetics, and the ‘Summer King’ apple peel was determined to have various functions including anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, anti-wrinkle, and anti-diabetic effects.
