This study compared cardiovascular function of middle aged women by Aerobicdance`s period to provide leaders of programers useful data in spot that guide sound Aerobicdance. First, there are no big difference among three groups when they are checked HRrest and HRmax when they are Bruce test. Second, in VO_(2max) tests, there are difference among groups by exercise period. In ANOVA shows there are also difference VO_(2max) among groups. However independent t-test shows VO_(2max) in longer period exercise groups are higher that the shorter period exercise group. but difference is slight, On the other hands, there are serious difference among individuals in its VO_(2max) that divide into weight and body size both Bruce test and independent t-test. Third, V_(Emax) values among groups by exercise period when they are Bruce test show serious difference, but also in its independent t-test shows difference is slight between short and long exercise period group. On the other hand, there are serious difference among individuals in its V_(Emax) that divide into weight and body size both Bruce test and independent t-test. Fourth, there are difference among groups according to exercise period when they are Bruce test in its exercise endurance time.

규범 사전과 규범 정보 - 『표준국어대사전』 ‘한 걸음 더’를 중심으로-

『표준국어대사전』 ‘한 걸음 더’의 내용과 특징을 분석하고 이를 확장하는 방안을 논의하였다. ‘한 걸음 더’는 1,549개의 표제어 항목에 제시되어 있는데(2023년 10월 16일 기준) 현재는 기존 규범 정보의 확장형으로 대체로 어문 규정에 제시된 단어와 해당하는 어문 규정의 조항을 바탕으로 내용이 기술되어 있다. 구체적으로 ‘한글 맞춤법’은 제30항, 제19항, 제54항, 제22항, 제11항과 ‘표준어 사정 원칙’은 제26항, 제25항, 제17항, 제7항, 제9항이 가장 많이 제시되었다. 이 외에도 형태소 결합 정보, 관련어 정보, 문법 정보, 언어 예절에 대한 정보가 제시된 것을 분석하였다. 현재의 ‘한 걸음 더’에 제시할 확장된 정보로 ‘별도의 해석이 필요한 항목의 정보 명세화, 복수 표준어 이력 정보 보충, 규범 문법 내용 보충, 정보 제시 위치 수정’ 등을 설정하고 관련 문제를 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the contents and characteristics of the Standard Korean Dictionary ‘Han Georeom Deo’ and suggest improvement plan. For this purpose, as of October 16, 2023, I analyzed ‘Han Georeom Deo’ provided in 1,549 headword items. Currently, ‘Han Georeom Deo’ is an extension of existing normative information, and the contents were generally described based on the vocabulary of the word regulation search list and the provisions of the regulation that explain the vocabulary. Specifically, paragraphs 30, 19, 54, 22, and 11 were most frequently presented in terms of 'Korean Orthography', paragraphs 26, 25, 17, 7, and 9 in terms of 'Standard Language assessment principles'. And it was analyzed that information on morpheme combination information, related words information, grammar information, and language etiquette was presented. In addition, based on the previously suggested content, the improvement plan for ‘Han Georeom Deo’ was proposed as the alternative was described by dividing the types into supplementation of the specifying information for items that require separate interpretation, supplementation of multiple standard language history information, supplementation of normative grammar content, and revision of the presentation position of ‘Han Georeom Deo’.

This study evaluated whether the walking patterns can vary during unrestricted fTee walking at inner city park trail while different tempo of music is provided. Unnoticeable video recordings were performed at one of the city park trail. During the recording, one of the three background musics; no music (NM), slow music (SM, <76 beat/min), fast music (FM, >120 beat/min) was provided. A total of 1,244 walkers' data was analyzed for step length (SL), step rate (SR), and walking speed (Speed) while comparing among sex and three age groups; young (YG, <30 yrs), middle (MG, 31-59 yrs), and old (OG, ≥60 yrs). Men and women both walked faster in FM than NM and SM, and men walked faster than women (P<O.05). SR was higher in FM (P<0.05), but no sex differences were found among conditions. SL showed the highest in FM, but the values were higher in men than women in all conditions (P<O.05). Speed was higher in YG and MG of both sex, however, except YG of men, the increased Speed was attributed to elevated SL only without changes of SR. The walking patterns of OG were not influenced by any musics. In conclusion, the slow music did not modifY walking speed while the fast music resulted in increased walking speed during walking in trail. The increased speed at fast music was possible by both increased stride length and rate. Man was faster than woman, in which the stride length for man was greater than woman. The older group did not showed any responses to musical background.

기술격차에 따른 기술무역과 상품무역에 대한 연구

기술격차로 인해서 발생되는 기술무역의 파생효과와 기술무역에 따른 기술무역수지를 살펴보고 기술무역과 상품무역의 상관관계에 대해서 알아보고자 한다. 우리나라와 주요국 사이의 기술 격차가 가져다주는 기술무역의 현황과 기술무역의 수지를 파악하여 상품무역에 영향을 미치는 기술무역의 역할을 연구해보고자 한다. 그리고 국가전략기술 전체의 주요국 기술수준 변동과 국가전략기술의 주요국 기술격차 변동을 파악한 다음 국가전략기술 전체의 기술수준 과 기술격차 변동을 함께 동시에 살펴봄으로서 우리나라의 기술무역이 차지하는 비중을 알아보고자 한다. 기술 격차에 따른 기술도입은 기술무역수지의 적자를 유발하면서도 상품 생산성 증대로 인하여 상품무역 수지 흑자를 유발하여 정의 효과를 가져다주는 순기능을 하고 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. 상품수출 증가에 따라 선진국으로부터 기술도입에 따른 기술비용증가로 기술무역수지 적자규모가 커지더라도 기술무역 규모의 확대는 상품무역 수지 개선을 통해 경제성장에 올바른 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. This study examines the effect of technology trade on technological trade gap and the relation between technology trade and commodity trade. This study examines the status of technology trade brought about by the technological gap between Korea and major countries, and studying the role of technology trade affecting commodity trade by identifying the balance of technology trade. The purpose of this study is to investigate the technological level and the technological gap between the major countries of the national strategic technology, and the proportion of Korea s technology trade. The introduction of technology according to technological gap has been found to cause a deficit in the trade balance of technology, but it has a positive effect of bringing about a positive effect by inducing a trade surplus of commodity due to increase of product productivity. It is confirmed that the expansion of the volume of technology trade has a positive effect on the economic growth through the improvement of the trade balance of goods even if the technical trade deficit is increased due to the increase of technology costs due to the introduction of technology from developed countries.

GPS 기반 효율적인 건강관리를 위한 자전거 경로 안내 통합시스템 설계

본 논문에서는 자전거 경로만을 제공하는 기존 시스템의 문제점을 개선하기 위해 자전거경로 안내 시스템을 설계하였다. 이를 위하여 API와 GPS를 분석하고, 현대인의 건강관리를 위하여 자전거경로 안내 및 날씨에 따른 옷차림, 코스 난이도 정보 등을 제공하여 효율적으로 건강을 관리할 수 있는 통합적인 자전거 경로 안내 시스템을 설계하였다.

텍스트 마이닝을 이용한 2012년 한국대선 관련 트위터 분석

최근 소셜미디어는 전세계적 커뮤니케이션 도구로서 사용에 전문적인 지식이나 기술이 필요하지 않기 때문에 이용자들로 하여금 콘텐츠의 실시간 생산과 공유를 가능하게 하여 기존의 커뮤니케이션 양식을 새롭게 변화시키고 있다. 특히 새로운 소통매체로서 국내외의 사회적 이슈를 실시간으로 전파하면서 이용자들이 자신의 의견을 지인 및 대중과 소통하게 하여 크게는 사회적 변화의 가능성까지 야기하고 있다. 소셜미디어를 통한 정보주체의 변화로 인해 데이터는 더욱 방대해지고 ‘빅데이터’라 불리는 정보의 ‘초(超)범람’을 야기하였으며, 이러한 빅데이터는 사회적 실제를 이해하기 위한 새로운 기회이자 의미 있는 정보를 발굴해 내기 위한 새로운 연구분야로 각광받게 되었다. 빅데이터를 효율적으로 분석하기 위해 다양한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 지금까지 소셜미디어를 대상으로 한 연구는 개괄적인 접근으로 제한된 분석에 국한되고 있다. 이를 적절히 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 트위터 상에서 실시간으로 방대하게 생성되는 빅스트림 데이터의 효율적 수집과 수집된 문헌의 다양한 분석을 통한 새로운 정보와 지식의 마이닝을 목표로 사회적 이슈를 포착하기 위한 실시간 트위터 트렌드 마이닝 시스템을 개발 하였다. 본 시스템은 단어의 동시출현 검색, 질의어에 의한 트위터 이용자 시각화, 두 이용자 사이의 유사도 계산, 트렌드 변화에 관한 토픽 모델링 그리고 멘션 기반 이용자 네트워크 분석의 기능들을 제공하고, 이를 통해 2012년 한국 대선을 대상으로 사례연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구를 위한 실험문헌은 2012년 10월 1일부터 2012년 10월 31일까지 약 3주간 1,737,969건의 트윗을 수집하여 구축되었다. 이 사례연구는 최신 기법을 사용하여 트위터에서 생성되는 사회적 트렌드를 마이닝 할 수 있게 했다는 점에서 주요한 의의가 있고, 이를 통해 트위터가 사회적 이슈의 변화를 효율적으로 추적하고 예측하기에 유용한 도구이며, 멘션 기반 네트워크는 트위터에서 발견할 수 있는 고유의 비가시적 네트워크로 이용자 네트워크의 또 다른 양상을 보여준다.

보행로 주변환경, 보행자 성별 및 연령, 보행 시 동반자 유무에 따른 도심공원 내 보행자의 걷기패턴 분석

The variant walking pattern of free walkers at inner city park walking trails which have different characteristics of infrastructure was examined, and the pattern was analyzed according to age groups, sex, and an existence of companion for walking. The three walking trails were selected; 1) a flat and straight trail along with a river stream without dead end (RW), 2) a flat circular trail along side of a lake (LW), and 3) a mixed slope trail within a park with irregular intersections (PW). A total of 658 free walkers were analyzed and divided into three groups by age; 1) young group (20-39 yrs old), 2) middle aged group (40-59 yrs old), and 3) old aged group (>60 yrs old), by sex, and by an existence of walking companion. The video was unnoticeably taped and the analyses were performed by Dart Fish program. Both walking speed and step length at PW was faster and longer, respectively, than two other trails in both men and women (P<0.05). The young and middle aged walkers showed variant responses at all three trails, but the infrastructure of park trail did not influence on walking pattern of old aged group. The free walkers were slower and showed shorter step length whey they walked with companions (P<0.05). Further studies are necessary regarding the walking pattern in case of walking with companions.

일반논문 : 지방정부 규제행정의 성과요인에 관한 소고: 규제체감도를 중심으로

본 연구는 규제행정의 기본적인 요소와 기업인들의 경험이 규제체감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하기 위해 기업인 대상 설문자료를 구조방정식 모형을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과, 규제행정의 요인 중 단체장, 담당 공무원, 규제내용, 행정시스템 모두 기업인의 규제체감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 기업의 특성변수로는 수도권 입지 여부만이 규제체감에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 지방자치단체장의 경우, 행정경험을 매개변수로 포함한 모델에서 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났고, 담당 공무원은 두 번째로 높은 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타나 기업인들의 규제체감에는 인적 요인이 큰 영향을 미치는 변수임을 알 수 있다. 한편, 행정경험 역시 규제체감에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 주요 시사점으로는 첫째, 기업인들의 규제체감에 직·간접적인 영향을 주는 행정경험을 개선하기 위한 자치단체장 및 공무원들의 노력이 더욱 경주되어야 할 필요가 있으며, 둘째 부당한 재량행위가 남용되지 않도록 행정절차 및 시스템 측면에서의 제도적 장치가 마련되어야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 개별 기업들의 특수성과 다양성을 반영할 수 있도록 규제 내용의 합리성을 제고하려는 노력이 필요하다. This study analyzes how regulatory implementation factors and businessmen’s experiences impact their perceptions of the regulatory environment in South Korea using a structural equation model. The results show that regulatory implementation factors-local government head, public officials, contents of regulation, and administration system-have a significant effect on the perception of the regulatory environment. The characteristics of business, apart from regional factors, do not have a direct influence on the perceptions. In particular, local government head had the greatest impact on the dependent variable, followed by government officials as the second greatest factor. This suggests that human factors (local government head and officials) have a profound impact on how people doing business perceive the regulatory environment in South Korea. Meanwhile administrative experience had direct and indirect impact as a mediator on regulatory perception. The policy implications are: i) local government head and officials need to play a leading part to make a better regulatory environment as well as to settle improved systems and administrative processes that could prevent the abuse of power; ii) more responsiveness and flexibility are required for executing regulatory powers to deal with the diverse circumstances businessmen encounter.
